a)前進波の電圧の大きさ又は電流の大きさを測定する第1の手段、
b)反射波の電圧の大きさ又は電流の大きさを測定する第2の手段、及び
c)直角位相検出器に接続された出力端子を有し、直角位相検出器は、0゜〜360゜の範囲内の反射係数Γの位相θに関する情報をもたらす信号を出力するよう構成されている。

Claims (6)
- 負荷のインピーダンス又はアドミタンスを検出する回路であって、
無線周波数増幅器に接続可能であると共に前記負荷に接続可能な入力端子を備えた方向性結合器を有し、
前記方向性結合器は出力端子を有しており、当該出力端子は、
前進波の電圧の大きさ又は電流の大きさを測定する第1の手段と、
反射波の電圧の大きさ又は電流の大きさを測定する第2の手段と、
0°〜360゜の範囲の反射係数Γの位相θに関する情報をもたらす信号を出力するよう構成された直角位相検出器と、
に接続されており、
前記位相θに関する情報を提供する前記信号は、sin(θ)に比例する信号及びcos(θ)に比例する信号であり、
前記第1の手段及び前記第2の手段は、ミクサ及び振幅リミッタを有するピーク検出器であり、又は、前記第1の手段及び前記第2の手段は、緩衝増幅器を含み、
前記直角位相検出器は、90°移相器を有する全域フィルタである、
ことを特徴とする回路。 - インピーダンス整合回路であって、
給電路によってRF増幅器に接続可能であり又は接続されている調節可能な出力整合ネットワークを有し、
前記調節可能な出力整合ネットワークは、前記給電路によって負荷に接続可能であり又は接続されており、
前記負荷のインピーダンス又はアドミタンスを測定する検出器を有し、前記検出器は、前記給電路のノードに接続可能であり又は接続されており、
前記調節可能な出力整合ネットワークの出力を制御する制御ユニットを有し、前記制御ユニットは、前記検出器に接続されており、
前記検出器は、請求項1に記載の回路である、インピーダンス整合回路。 - 前記ノードは、前記RF増幅器と前記調節可能な出力整合ネットワークとの間に設けられている、請求項2記載のインピーダンス整合回路。
- 前記ノードは、前記調節可能な出力整合ネットワークと前記負荷との間に設けられている、請求項2記載のインピーダンス整合回路。
- 負荷のインピーダンス又はアドミタンスを検出する方法であって、
方向性結合器を無線周波数増幅器と負荷との間に配置するステップと、
前進波の電圧の大きさ又は電流の大きさを測定するステップと、
反射波の電圧の大きさ又は電流の大きさを測定するステップと、
0°〜360゜の範囲で反射係数Γの位相θを、sin(θ)に比例する信号及びcos(θ)に比例する信号を供給する直角位相検出器により、測定するステップと、
を備える、方法。 - 前記電圧の大きさ又は前記電流の大きさを測定するステップは、ピーク検出器によって行われる、請求項5記載の方法。
