の範囲であれば厚み方向のたわみが少なく断熱特性が良好であった。つまり、上記の関係は、最終段の搬送コンベアの出口距離が乾燥炉の入口距離に較べて1.0倍から1.5倍の範囲に設定すれば良いことを示している。これを逆に言えば、乾燥炉の入口距離は、最終段の搬送コンベアの出口に較べて1.0から1/1.5の範囲であれば良いことを意味する。
0.25≦V9/V1≦0.70
となり、この各項の逆数をとると、
1.4≦V1/V9≦4.0
となるので、クリンピング率は1.4から4.0が適切な範囲と考えられる。
Claims (1)
- 住宅の大引間などに配置される床用断熱材において、この床用断熱材は無機繊維の積層体を長さ方向と厚み方向に沿って徐々に圧縮してマット状に積層成形することで得られ、更に断熱材を構成する積層された繊維層の境界に現れる波形状の方向がマット状床用断熱材の厚み方向と幅方向の中間または厚み方向と長さ方向の中間を向くことを特徴とする床用断熱材。
