Claims (15)
- 支持基板であるベース基板と、
前記ベース基板の上部に形成され、入射される光を熱エネルギーに変換する光−熱変換層と、
前記光−熱変換層上に形成され、イメージを形成する転写層と、
前記ベース基板と光−熱変換層との間に形成され、前記ベース基板からの光−熱変換層の剥離を容易にする、ガラス転移温度(Tg)が25℃以下であるシリコン系高分子物質を含むリリーズ層と、
を含むことを特徴とする熱転写素子。 - 前記リリーズ層は、コーティング膜及び蒸着膜から選択される1つの膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱転写素子。
- 前記リリーズ層は、紫外線硬化、常温硬化、低温硬化、及び触媒硬化の中から選択される1つの方法によって硬化可能な物質から形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱転写素子。
- 前記リリーズ層は、20μm以下の厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱転写素子。
- 前記リリーズ層は、1μm以上5μm以下の厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱転写素子。
- 前記転写層は、少なくとも発光層を備える有機薄膜層を転写するためのイメージ形成物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱転写素子。
- 前記転写層は、少なくとも発光層を備える多層の有機薄膜層を転写するためのイメージ形成物質を含み、前記多層の有機薄膜層の少なくとも1つ以上の層がパターニングされるか又は全てがパターニングされないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱転写素子。
- 支持基板であるベース基板と、
前記ベース基板の上部に形成され、入射される光を熱エネルギーに変換する光−熱変換層と、
前記光−熱変換層上に形成され、イメージを形成する転写層と、
前記光−熱変換層と転写層との間に形成され、前記光−熱変換層を保護する中間層と、
前記ベース基板と光−熱変換層との間に形成され、前記ベース基板からの光−熱変換層の剥離を容易にする、ガラス転移温度(Tg)が25℃以下であるシリコン系高分子物質を含むリリーズ層と、
を含むことを特徴とする熱転写素子。 - 前記リリーズ層は、コーティング膜及び蒸着膜から選択される1つの膜であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の熱転写素子。
- 前記リリーズ層は、紫外線硬化、常温硬化、低温硬化、及び触媒硬化の中から選択される1つの方法により硬化可能な物質から形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の熱転写素子。
- 前記リリーズ層は、20μm以下の厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の熱転写素子。
- 前記リリーズ層は、5μm以下の厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の熱転写素子。
- 前記転写層は、少なくとも発光層を備える有機薄膜層を転写するためのイメージ形成物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の熱転写素子。
- 前記転写層は、少なくとも発光層を備える多層の有機薄膜層を転写するためのイメージ形成物質を含み、前記多層の有機薄膜層の少なくとも1つ以上の層がパターニングされることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の熱転写素子。
- 請求項1または8に記載の熱転写素子を用いて形成される少なくとも発光層を備える有機薄膜層を含むことを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。
