Claims (6)
- 基板上に形成された複数のマイクロダイオード、
前記マイクロダイオードに接続され、少なくとも3つの電圧供給点を有する導線パターンを含む照明モジュール、及び
電源に接続されるように用いられ、少なくとも2つの前記電圧供給点を選択することにより、前記マイクロダイオードの一部と前記電源が少なくとも1つのループを形成して、前記ループの前記マイクロダイオードをオンにする選択ユニット
を含み、
前記選択ユニットは、
少なくとも2つの直流電極と前記導線パターンに電気的に接続された少なくとも2つの交流電極、及び
前記電源が直流か、または交流かを判断し、前記判断された結果に基づいて、前記電源を前記直流電極または前記交流電極に選択的に接続することにより、前記導線パターンの前記電圧供給点の一部によって、いくつかのマイクロダイオードと電源が少なくとも1つのループを形成して前記ループの前記マイクロダイオードをオンにする識別ユニット
を含む照明装置。 - 前記選択ユニットは、前記電源と前記導線パターンによって接続されたマイクロダイオードの等価耐電圧間の関係に基づいて前記電圧供給点を選ぶことができる請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記選択ユニットは、前記識別ユニットの前記判断された結果に基づいて、前記導線パターンと前記直流と交流電極間の接続を制御する複数の絶縁ユニットを更に含む請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記導線パターンは、前記マイクロダイオードを少なくとも2列に接続する請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記電源が交流の時、選択ユニットは、前記交流電極によって前記電源を前記2列のマイクロダイオードに接続し、前記電源の正の半周期の間、前記2列のマイクロダイオードの中の1つをオンにし、前記電源の負の半周期の間、前記2列のマイクロダイオードの中のもう1つをオンにする請求項4に記載の照明装置。
- 前記電源が直流の時、前記選択ユニットは、前記直流電極によって前記電源を前記マイクロダイオードに接続することにより、複数列のマイクロダイオードは、前記電源によって個別にバイアスされ、各列のマイクロダイオードが1つまたは1つ以上のマイクロダイオードを有する請求項5に記載の照明装置。
