Description
The present invention relates to manufacture of a liquid ring mount, and more particularly, to a method for enclosing a liquid in a liquid chamber of a mount work and an apparatus used therefor.
Conventionally, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, a liquid ring mount in which a liquid is sealed in a rubber elastic body has been widely used for an engine mount of an automobile.
This liquid seal mount has a substantially cylindrical
In the figure,
The
By the way, in such a liquid seal mount, if air remains in the liquid chamber, there is a possibility that proper vibration isolation performance may not be obtained, so it is necessary to completely eliminate the air in the liquid chamber and replace it with liquid. In this method, the air in the liquid chamber of the mount work (before the liquid is sealed) is sucked with a vacuum pump or the like to forcibly exhaust, and then the liquid is sealed (
For example, in
However, in each of the methods of the above-mentioned patent documents, the liquid chamber is closed after the pressure is once returned to normal pressure, so that air may be mixed into the liquid chamber at that time.
As a common problem at the time of mass production of this type of liquid ring mount, there is a demand for controlling the liquid filling amount with high accuracy. This is because if the amount of liquid filled varies, it will affect the anti-vibration performance.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described points, and aims to improve the liquid sealing accuracy during the manufacture of the liquid seal mount, stabilize the liquid sealing process, and improve the efficiency of the liquid sealing operation. . In particular, it is possible to reliably eliminate air contamination at the time of liquid sealing so that a predetermined amount of liquid can be stably sealed.
In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, the reduced pressure chamber is used to fill the measured liquid into the liquid chamber of the mount work under reduced pressure, and the liquid chamber is closed under the reduced pressure as it is. .
Specifically, it is a liquid sealing device for liquid seal mounting that encloses a liquid in a liquid chamber of the mount work, and includes a decompression chamber that houses the mount work therein, and protrudes into the decompression chamber. A nozzle that is inserted without being in close contact with the sealing hole that communicates with the liquid chamber, a decompression unit that decompresses the interior of the decompression chamber, a liquid metering unit that meters a predetermined amount of degassed liquid, and the liquid metering unit the in metered liquid, a liquid supply line for supplying the liquid chamber of the mounting work through the nozzle under reduced pressure, under reduced pressure, to supply the closing member into sealing inlet through said nozzle, the interior of the nozzle in reciprocating rod in fitted into the liquid injection hole of a small diameter formed the closing member in the liquid chamber side of the encapsulating entry apertures, characterized in that it and a closing means for closing the liquid chamber.
In the liquid sealing apparatus having the above configuration, first, the mount work is accommodated in the decompression chamber. Since the entire mount work is accommodated in the decompression chamber, even mount works with different shapes can be applied without any problem and excellent versatility.
When the mount work is accommodated in the decompression chamber, the nozzle projecting into the decompression chamber is inserted into the sealed hole communicating with the liquid chamber of the mount work without being in close contact. When the inside of the decompression chamber containing the mount work is decompressed, there is a gap between the sealing hole and the nozzle, so the liquid chamber of the mount work is decompressed without causing a pressure difference with the outside. The Therefore, an extra load is not applied to the rubber diaphragm partitioning the liquid chamber, and it does not deform. In this regard, in
Subsequently, in a state where the inside of the decompression chamber is decompressed by the decompression means, the liquid is filled from the liquid supply line into the liquid chamber of the mount work through the nozzle inserted into the sealing hole.
Since the liquid is supplied to the liquid chamber with the nozzle inserted into the sealing hole, there is no risk of the liquid spilling into the vacuum chamber, the amount of the sealed liquid does not vary greatly, and the high-pressure vacuum pump depressurizes the vacuum chamber. There is no possibility that the liquid is sucked into the (decompression unit) and the failure is caused.
Furthermore, since the liquid to be filled is deaerated in advance and then weighed by the metering means, the amount of liquid filling can be controlled with high accuracy to reduce variation.
Subsequent to the supply of the liquid to the liquid chamber of the mount work, a closing member is supplied to the sealing hole via a nozzle inserted into the sealing hole under reduced pressure, and the liquid chamber is closed by the closing member.
Since the liquid chamber is closed under reduced pressure, there is no possibility of air entering the liquid chamber, and the vibration-proof performance of the mount can be secured stably.
Specifically, the decompression chamber includes a chamber cover portion that includes an upper wall and a peripheral wall that extends downward from the periphery of the upper wall, and the decompression chamber is fixed to the apparatus main body of the liquid sealing device; A chamber base portion that is provided below the chamber cover portion so as to be movable up and down, and is crimped to the chamber cover portion to seal the lower opening thereof, and the nozzle is directed downward from the upper wall. In addition to projecting, support means for supporting the mount work with the sealing hole facing upward may be disposed on the upper surface of the chamber base so as to receive the nozzle.
According to this, first, the mount work is supported by the support means disposed on the upper surface of the chamber base. Then, by simply raising the chamber base part, the chamber base part is crimped to the chamber cover part to close the lower opening, and the mount work is sealed in a state of being housed in the decompression chamber. . By pressure bonding, wear due to rubbing can be eliminated and stable and highly accurate sealing can be ensured. On the other hand, if the chamber base is lowered, the mount work housed in the decompression chamber can be easily taken out.
Further, the upper wall of the chamber cover portion is fixed to the apparatus main body so as not to move. By protruding the nozzle from the upper wall that does not move, the nozzle can be firmly fixed to the upper wall and can be reliably sealed. In this regard, in the
And while the nozzle protrudes downward, the mounting work's sealing hole is supported upward so that the nozzle can be received, so the nozzle is automatically inserted into the sealing hole simply by raising the chamber base. Is done. Therefore, since the positioning operation performed each time the liquid sealing process is performed can be easily performed, work efficiency is improved.
If at least a part of the peripheral wall of the chamber cover part is configured to be transparent, the state of the mount work at the time of liquid sealing treatment can be visually observed, for example, whether or not the nozzle is inserted into the sealing hole, etc. You can work safely and reliably.
If an exhaust line for exhausting air inside the decompression chamber is connected to the chamber cover part, the chamber cover part has a large surface area and there are few restrictions on the connection of pipes. Piping can be connected and the decompression capacity of the decompression chamber can be sufficiently enhanced. In addition, since the chamber cover part is fixed to the apparatus main body, the exhaust line connected to the chamber cover part can also be arranged in a fixed state. It will be advantageous.
If the metering means includes a cylinder driven by a servo motor, the amount of liquid discharged from the cylinder can be accurately adjusted by the operation of the servo motor. In addition, since the servo motor has high resolution, the liquid amount can be finely adjusted.
An atmosphere release line for returning the decompressed decompression chamber to normal pressure, and switching means for switching between the atmosphere release line and the liquid supply line, and when the switching means switches to the atmosphere release line, the nozzle is If the inside of the decompression chamber is configured to communicate with the outside, the interior of the decompression chamber can be returned to normal pressure only by a switching operation. In addition, when the degree of vacuum inside the decompression chamber is increased, it becomes difficult to release the atmosphere by lowering the chamber base by lowering the pressure resistance, but once air is taken into the decompression chamber through the nozzle. Thus, the chamber table can be easily lowered without difficulty.
As a method for manufacturing a liquid seal mount, specifically, the above-mentioned mount work is accommodated in a decompression chamber, and a preparatory step for inserting a nozzle without being in close contact with the sealing hole communicating with the liquid chamber of the mount work; A depressurizing step for depressurizing the inside of the depressurizing chamber, and a liquid supplying step for supplying a predetermined amount of liquid that has been deaerated in advance into the liquid chamber through the nozzle connected to the liquid supply line under a reduced pressure. A small-diameter liquid injection hole formed on the liquid chamber side of the sealing hole by supplying a blocking member to the sealing hole through the nozzle under reduced pressure , and a rod that advances and retreats in the nozzle. the fitting put may be a closing step of closing the liquid chamber, and a return step of returning the inside of the depressurized vacuum chamber to atmospheric pressure, shall be provided with. With this method, for example, the above-described manufacturing apparatus can easily execute a high-quality liquid sealing process.
In this case, the returning step is an air intake step in which the liquid supply line connected to the nozzle is switched to an air release line communicating with the outside of the decompression chamber, and air is taken into the decompression chamber via the nozzle. It is even better to include. If it does so, the internal pressure of the pressure-reduced decompression chamber can be raised gradually, and it can return to a normal pressure without trouble.
As described above, according to the liquid sealing device and the sealing method for a liquid ring mount according to the present invention, the liquid sealing accuracy at the time of manufacturing the liquid ring mount is improved, the liquid sealing process is stabilized, and the liquid sealing operation is performed. Can be made more efficient.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the following description of the preferred embodiment is merely illustrative in nature, and is not intended to limit the present invention, its application, or its use.
(Configuration of liquid sealing device)
2 to 6 show a liquid sealing apparatus according to the present invention. This liquid sealing device is for sealing the liquid L in a work W (mount work) of an engine mount separately manufactured by vulcanization integrated molding. In the present embodiment, the liquid ring mount of FIG. 1 described above will be described as an example, but the liquid ring mount applied to the liquid liquid sealing apparatus is not limited to this.
FIG. 2 schematically shows the liquid sealing apparatus viewed from the front. This device has a height that is about the height of an operator, and includes a

On the other hand, a support jig 11 (support means) for supporting and fixing the workpiece W is disposed at a substantially central portion on the upper surface of the
For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the
The
At this liquid sealing position, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the valve unit 6 (switching means) is fixed to the upper surface of the
Specifically, the
The unit

Further,

As shown in FIG. 6, the measuring

Thus, a connecting

(Occlusion device)
Next, the structure of the
The
The said
A
That is, on the
A
If the
In this way, the steel ball B is passed through the
Then, the steel ball B supplied up to the
That is, the

(Manufacturing procedure for liquid ring mount)
Next, a manufacturing procedure of the liquid seal mount will be described. As shown in the flowchart of FIG. 7, the manufacturing procedure is composed of steps such as a preparation step S1, a pressure reduction step S3, a liquid supply step S4, a closing step S5, and a return step S6. Hereafter, it demonstrates later for every process.
Preparatory process S1 is a process for accommodating the workpiece | work W in the
Specifically, first, the
The preparation step S1 includes a degassing step S2 for degassing the liquid L. The degassing step S2 is a step of degassing the liquid L in the storage tanks T1 and T2, and is performed alternately in the two storage tanks T1 and T2 in parallel with the above processes. In the following description, the two storage tanks T1 and T2 are simply referred to as the storage tank T without being distinguished from each other, and the electromagnetic open / close valves 38 and 39 are not distinguished from each other unless there is a particular need. It is assumed that the liquid L has already been stored in the storage tank T.
When degassing the liquid L in the storage tank T, first, with all other valves provided in the storage tank T closed, the electromagnetic open / close valve 38 provided on the
When the inside of the storage tank T reaches a predetermined vacuum pressure, the electromagnetic switching valve 38 is closed to make the inside of the storage tank T a sealed space for a predetermined time. In this way, the liquid L is deaerated in the sealed storage tank T, and the air dissolved in the liquid L is removed, so that bubbles can be prevented from being generated in the liquid after sealing, and the vibration-proof performance can be stably achieved. It is advantageous in securing.
On the other hand, the electromagnetic opening / closing valve 32 of the storage tank T that has already been deaerated in the
When supplying the liquid from the storage tank 31 that has been degassed to the measuring
When the
Specifically, the open /
Next, the liquid L is supplied to the
Specifically, when the inside of the
Then, the liquid L pushed out from the
Further, since the amount of liquid filled in the
When the liquid supply step S4 ends, the
Specifically, the
At this time, since the inside of the
Finally, the inside of the
That is, when the
When the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the
When the
In addition, this invention is not limited to the structure of the said embodiment, It includes other various structures. That is, the liquid sealing device of the above embodiment is provided with the
Moreover, although the
Moreover, although the two storage tanks T are provided in the said embodiment, one may be sufficient.
