nは、HARQプロセスに対するTTIカウンターとして、0からk−1までのk個のHARQプロセスごとに一つずつ増加する値を有する。
SG(k,n)(Serving Grant)は、k番目のHARQプロセス及びn番目のTTIで端末に許容された最大許容データ伝送率、または端末が使用した電力比(power ratio)として、基準チャンネルに対するE−DCHの電力比である。
R_used(k,n)は、k番目のHARQプロセス及びn番目のTTIで端末が実際伝送したデータ伝送率、またはE−DCHの電力比である。
Deltaは、RGによって‘増加’または‘減少’されるデータ伝送率の量。事前定義された値であるか、または上位シグナリングにより通知された値である。
第4の実施形態に対する基地局送信装置と端末の受信装置は、第3の実施形態で説明したような規則に従うRGの生成及び解釈を除いては、図4、図5の説明と同様である。

Claims (3)
- 移動通信システムにおける複数の複合自動再伝送要求(HARQ)プロセスを含むユーザ端末(UE)がアップリンクパケットデータを伝送する方法であって、
前記UEが、ノードBからHARQプロセスの電力比制御情報(RG)を受信するステップと、
前記電力比制御情報(RG)が維持(HOLD)を示す場合、前記UEが前記HARQプロセスの最大許容電力比を、前記HARQプロセスのすぐ直前の伝送時点(TTI)の最大許容電力比と同一に設定するステップと、
前記HARQプロセスの設定された最大許容電力比以内でパケットデータを、前記UEが前記ノードBに伝送するステップと、を含み、
前記電力比制御情報(RG)が維持(HOLD)を示す場合、前記受信するステップは、前記UEが、前記ノードBからDTX(Discontinuous Transmission)モードで前記電力比制御情報を受信するステップを含むことを特徴とする前記パケットデータ伝送方法。 - 移動通信システムにおいて、複数の複合自動再伝送要求(HARQ)プロセスを含むユーザ端末(UE)が伝送するアップリンクパケットデータのためのダウンリンク制御情報をノードBが送信する方法であって、
前記UEのHARQプロセスのための最大許容電力比を決定するステップと、
前記UEが、前記HARQプロセスの最大許容電力比を前記HARQプロセスのすぐ直前の伝送時点(TTI)の最大許容電力比と同一に設定するように、前記ノードBが前記HARQプロセスの電力比制御情報(RG)を、維持(HOLD)に設定するステップと、
前記ノードBが前記UEに前記設定された電力比制御情報(RG)を伝送するステップと、を含み、
前記設定された電力比制御情報(RG)が維持(HOLD)を示す場合、前記伝送するステップは、前記UEに前記設定された電力比制御情報(RG)をDTX(Discontinuous Transmission)モードで伝送するステップを含むことを特徴とする制御情報の送信方法。 - 移動通信システムにおいて、複数の複合自動再伝送要求(HARQ)プロセスを含むユーザ端末(UE)が伝送するアップリンクパケットデータのためのダウンリク制御情報を送信するノードBの送信装置であって、
前記UEのHARQプロセスのための最大許容電力比を決定するノードBスケジューラと、
前記UEが、前記HARQプロセスの最大許容電力比を、前記HARQプロセスのすぐ直前の伝送時点(TTI)の最大許容電力比と同一に設定するように、前記HARQプロセスの電力比制御情報(RG)を、維持(HOLD)に設定するRGシグナリング生成部と、
前記設定された電力比制御情報(RG)を前記UEに伝送する無線信号送信部と、
を含み、
前記無線信号送信部は、前記設定された電力比制御情報(RG)が維持(HOLD)を示すと、前記UEに前記設定された電力比制御情報をDTX(Discontinuous Transmission)モードで伝送することを特徴とするノードBの送信装置。
