In order to prepare the blood collection tubes used for blood collection automatically and efficiently,
A blood collection tube housing means having a plurality of detachable blood collection tube storage cases;
Transfer means for transferring the blood collection tube taken out from each blood collection tube storage case to the label printing application means;
Label printing sticking means for printing information on a patient corresponding to the blood collection tube transferred by the transfer means on a label, and sticking the printed label to the blood collection tube;
Discharging means for discharging the blood collection tube to which the label is attached,
An automatic blood collection tube preparation device having a blood collection tube collection mechanism for collecting a blood collection tube after labeling discharged by the discharge means for each patient and a control device for controlling the operation of each means has already been proposed (Patent Document 1). ).
In the automatic blood collection tube preparation apparatus described above, the control device associates and stores the storage locations of a plurality of blood collection tube storage cases and the types of blood collection tubes stored in the blood collection tube storage cases placed in the storage locations. is doing.
On the other hand, when a blood collection tube is replenished to the blood collection tube storage case, the blood collection tube storage case is often completely pulled out of the storage location and replenished at another location. Further, it is rare that a blood collection tube is replenished to only one blood collection tube storage case, and usually, a plurality of blood collection tube storage cases are pulled out and the blood collection tubes are replenished simultaneously.
However, as described above, since the control device recognizes the storage position of the blood collection tube based on the storage location, when the blood collection tube storage case is returned to the storage location after the blood collection tube is replenished, the control tube is misplaced. Then, there is a problem in that the control device misrecognizes the accommodation position of the blood collection tube, resulting in a mistake in the collection of the blood collection tube.
For this reason, the user must return with great care when returning the blood collection tube storage case supplemented with the blood collection tube to the storage location, and it is serious to impose such a burden on the user. There is also.
The present invention solves the above-described conventional problems and provides an automatic blood collection tube preparation device in which the control device does not misrecognize the accommodation location of the blood collection tube regardless of the storage location of the blood collection tube storage case. The purpose is that.

From the identification means provided in each blood collection tube storage case Reading means for reading different information is provided, and the control means stores in advance the identification information of each blood collection tube storage case and the identification information of the blood collection tube stored in the blood collection tube storage case in association with each other, The control means is configured to recognize the accommodation location of the blood collection tube based on the identification information of the blood collection tube storage case read by the reading device.
Preferably, the identification means includes a plurality of magnetic block attachment portions to which the magnetic block can be attached and detached, and a combination of a magnetic block attachment portion to which the magnetic block is attached and a magnetic block attachment portion to which the magnetic block is not attached. Furthermore, a larger number of blood collection tube storage cases than can be accommodated in the blood collection tube storage means are prepared, and the identification information of all the blood collection tube storage cases and the blood collection tubes stored in the blood collection tube storage case are previously stored in the control device. By storing the identification information in association with each other, if necessary, the blood collection tube storage case containing a certain type of blood collection tube is replaced with another blood collection tube storage case containing another type of blood collection tube. Can be configured.
An automatic blood collection tube preparation device according to the present invention includes a blood collection tube storage means having a plurality of detachable blood collection tube storage cases, a transfer device for transferring the blood collection tubes taken out from each blood collection tube storage case to a label printing affixing means, Information on a patient corresponding to the blood collection tube transferred by the means is printed on a label, label printing pasting means for pasting the printed label on the blood collection tube, discharge means for discharging the blood collection tube to which the label is attached, discharge In a blood collection tube automatic collection device having a blood collection tube collection mechanism that collects the collected blood tubes after labeling discharged by means for each patient and a control device that controls the operation of each means, A readable identification means having identification information, and a reading means for reading the identification information from the identification means provided in each blood collection tube storage case in the blood collection tube storage means Provided, and previously storing the identification information of each blood collection tube storage case and the identification information of the blood collection tube stored in the blood collection tube storage case in association with each other, and the control unit includes the reading unit. Since the storage location of the blood collection tube is recognized based on the identification information of the blood collection tube storage case read in
In addition, the identification means is provided with a plurality of magnetic block attachment portions to which the magnetic block can be attached and detached, and a combination of a magnetic block attachment portion to which the magnetic block is attached and a magnetic block attachment portion to which the magnetic block is not attached is adopted. By using it as identification information for a blood vessel storage case, it is possible to easily set identification information for each blood collection tube storage case.
Further, the identification means is provided with two sets of a plurality of magnetic block mounting portions to which the magnetic block can be attached and detached, and a combination of a magnetic block mounting portion to which the magnetic block is mounted and a magnetic block mounting portion to which the magnetic block is not mounted By reversing the two sets of magnetic block mounting portions, the blood collection container housing case is identified based on the combination of the presence or absence of magnetic blocks in one set of magnetic block mounting portions, and the other set of magnetic block mounting portions Based on the combination of the presence / absence of magnetic blocks, the combination of the presence / absence of magnetic blocks in the one set of magnetic block mounting portions can be verified. Specifically, since the combination of the presence or absence of the magnetic block in the two sets of magnetic block mounting portions is reversed, the magnetic sensor is not attached to the magnetic block mounting portion in one set. Regardless, if it is detected that the magnetic block is not attached to the corresponding magnetic block attachment portion of the other set, it can be immediately determined that either the magnetic block is missing or the magnetic sensor is defective. it can.
Also, more blood collection tubes than the number that can be accommodated in the blood collection device are prepared, and the control device previously identifies identification information of all the blood collection tubes and the identification of the blood collection tubes stored in the blood collection cases. By associating and storing information, if necessary, replacing a blood collection tube housing case containing a certain type of blood collection tube with another blood collection tube housing case containing another type of blood collection tube Will be able to. This makes it possible to use a separate collection tube storage case for preparing an outpatient blood collection tube and for preparing a blood collection tube for a ward, or to collect a special blood collection tube that is not often used at any time. It can be stocked in a blood vessel storage case.

The second tray accommodating portion 64 is configured such that one end thereof extends to the
With the configuration described above, the collected tray obtained by collecting the blood collection tube after labeling for each patient is selectively accommodated in either the first tray accommodating portion 63 or the second tray accommodating portion 64.
The second tray housing portion 64 is disposed above the blood collection tube housing means 2 and on the front side of the blood collection tube automatic preparation device. In this way, the automatic collection device for blood collection is enlarged by providing the storage portion for the collected tray above the collection tube storage means 2 in the automatic collection device for blood collection and on the front side of the automatic collection device for blood collection. Therefore, the collected tray can be stored in a place where the user can easily take it out.
The allocation of the collected trays to the first tray accommodating portion 63 and the second tray accommodating portion 64 includes, for example, a ward tray that is not used immediately in the first tray accommodating portion 63 and the second tray accommodating portion 64. It is conceivable to store an outpatient tray to be used immediately.
Specifically, the automatic blood collection tube preparation device is configured to be able to mix and process the preparation of a blood collection tube for outpatient use and the preparation of a blood collection tube for a ward. When an order for an outpatient blood collection tube is entered while the apparatus is preparing a blood collection tube for the ward, the collected tray containing the blood collection tube for the ward is accommodated in the first tray accommodating portion 63. However, the collected tray containing the external blood collection tube is accommodated in the second tray accommodating portion 64.

Hereinafter, the operation of the second transfer means 35 configured as described above will be described more specifically.
The
For example, while the label printing sticking means 20R of one automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R cannot be used due to a failure or the like, the collection collected in the blood collection tube storage portion 2R of the automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R. When a blood vessel is used, the blood collection tube is taken out from the corresponding blood collection tube storage case 3R of the automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R using the blood collection tube pushing means 11R, and the first transfer conveyor 30R of the automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R is used. A blood collection tube is placed on the comb-shaped rack 32R. Next, the
Next, the
Thereafter, the
Thereafter, the other automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1L is operated as usual, and the label printing processing of the blood collection tube is performed.
As described above, the second transfer means 35 is used to transfer the other automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1L (or from the first transfer means 30R (or 30L) of one automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R (or 1L). 1R) is configured so that the blood collection tube can be moved to the first transfer means 30L (or 30R), whereby the label printing sticking means 20R (or 20L) of one of the blood collection automatic labeling mechanisms 1R (or 1L) is provided. ) Cannot be used due to a failure or the like, the blood collection tube stored in the automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R (or 1L) can be used to prepare the blood collection tube. Even if the sticking means 20R (or 20L) cannot be used due to a failure or the like, the processing can be continued without stopping the processing of the entire apparatus.
Further, the
In the above description, when the label printing application means 20R of one automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R becomes unusable due to a failure or the like, the automatic blood collection labeling mechanism 1R is used by using the second transfer means 35. An example has been described in which the accommodated blood collection tube is transferred from the first transfer means 30R of the automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R to the first transfer means 30L of the automatic blood collection labeling mechanism 1L.
However, the second transfer means 25 is not limited to the case where the label printing sticking means 20 of the automatic blood collection
Specifically, when orders for blood collection tubes housed in one automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R are concentrated, all the blood collection tubes are processed by the label printing pasting means 20R of the automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R. Instead, the second transfer means 35 is used to transfer some of the blood collection tubes from the first transfer means 30R of the automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R to the first transfer means 30L of the automatic blood collection labeling mechanism 1L. If the second transfer means 30R is operated so that the label print sticking means 20L of the blood collection automatic label sticking mechanism 1L also performs processing, the processing speed of the entire apparatus can be improved.
