The present invention relates to an improvement of an automatic blood collection tube preparation device.
In order to prepare the blood collection tubes used for blood collection automatically and efficiently,
A blood collection tube storage portion having a plurality of blood collection tube storage cases arranged one above the other;
Transfer means for transferring the blood collection tube taken out from each blood collection tube storage case to the label printing application means;
At least two automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanisms having label printing application means for printing information on a patient corresponding to the blood collection tube transferred by the transfer means on a label and attaching the printed label to the blood collection tube An automatic blood collection tube preparation device has already been proposed (Patent Document 1).
Such an automatic blood collection tube preparation device is provided with a blood collection tube discharge conveyor for discharging the blood collection tubes labeled with a plurality of automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanisms. The collected blood tube after labeling is discharged by the blood collection tube discharge conveyor.
And the blood collection tube discharged | emitted by the blood collection tube discharge conveyor is collect | recovered for every patient by the blood collection tube collection | recovery apparatus.
The above-described conventional automatic blood collection tube preparation device includes a plurality of automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanisms, and each automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism includes a blood collection tube storage unit, a transfer unit, and a label printing application unit. There is an advantage that the printing speed and the label sticking speed are fast and the overall processing speed is high.
However, in the configuration of the conventional automatic blood collection tube preparation device described above, when the label printing application means of one automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism fails, the type stored in the blood collection tube storage unit of the failed automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism Therefore, even if the label printing application means of another automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism is functioning normally, the entire apparatus must be stopped or a failed blood collection tube Regarding the blood collection tube housed in the automatic labeling mechanism, there is a problem that the label has to be pasted by hand.
The failure of the label printing sticking means is a failure of the label printer or a failure of the label sticking mechanism.
In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the applicant must attach another automatic blood collection label even if the label printing application means of one automatic blood collection label application mechanism fails and cannot be used. It is an object of the present invention to provide an automatic blood collection tube preparation device capable of continuing the processing of blood collection tubes without stopping the entire device if the label printing / applying means of the mechanism is functioning normally.
In order to achieve the above-described object, an automatic blood collection tube preparation device according to the present invention includes a blood collection tube storage means having a plurality of blood collection tube storage cases arranged one above the other, and a blood collection taken out from each blood collection tube storage case. The first transfer means for transferring the blood vessels to the label print sticking means, and the label print sticking for printing information on the patient corresponding to the blood collection tube transferred by the first transfer means on the label and sticking the printed label to the blood collection tube Discharge means for discharging the blood collection tube provided with at least two automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanisms including means, and discharging the blood collection tube to which the label is attached by the at least two automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanisms, and a label discharged by the discharge means In the automatic blood collection tube preparation device having a blood collection tube collection mechanism for collecting the blood collection tube after application for each patient, the at least two automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanisms Characterized in that a second transfer means transferring the definitive blood from one of the first transport means to another of the first transport means tube.
Preferably, the first transfer means comprises a conveyor arranged substantially vertically, and the second transfer means may comprise guide means arranged substantially horizontally so as to cross at least two first transfer means.
The first transfer means includes a comb rack for receiving the blood collection tubes taken out from the respective blood collection tube storage cases, and the second transfer means is a comb having a shape that can be rubbed with the comb rack of the first transfer means. It can have a rack.
An automatic blood collection tube preparation apparatus according to the present invention transports a blood collection tube containing means having a plurality of blood collection tube storage cases that are arranged one above the other to the label printing application unit. A blood collection automatic label sticking provided with a label printing sticking means for printing on a label information relating to a patient corresponding to the blood collection tube transferred by the first transfer means and the first transfer means, and attaching the printed label to the blood collection tube At least two mechanisms, a discharge means for discharging the blood collection tube labeled by the at least two automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanisms, and a blood collection tube after labeling discharged by the discharge means for each patient In the automatic blood collection tube preparation device having a blood collection tube collection mechanism for collecting, from one first transfer means in the at least two automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanisms Since the second transfer means for transferring the blood collection tube to the first transfer means is provided, even if the label printing sticking means of one blood collection blood vessel automatic label sticking mechanism breaks down and becomes unusable, If the label printing application means of another automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism is functioning normally, the blood collection tube housed in the automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism that cannot use the label printing application means is After being taken out by one transfer means, the second transfer means can be used to move the blood collection tube to the first transfer means of another automatic blood collection labeling mechanism, and as a result, the blood collection tube can be taken without stopping the entire apparatus. There is an effect that the process can be continued.
Further, when orders are concentrated on the blood collection tubes housed in one automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism, a part of the blood collection tubes of the automatic blood collection labeling mechanism where the orders are concentrated is transferred to the second transfer means. The processing speed of the whole automatic blood collection tube preparation device can be processed by using the label printing pasting means of all automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanisms by transferring to another automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism using Can be improved.
In addition, the second transfer is performed while the user is replacing the consumables of one label printing sticking means, such as by using up the label printing sticking means (consumables) of one automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism. By using this method, the blood collection tube of the automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism during replacement of consumables is transferred to the other automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism that does not replace consumables, so that processing can be performed even during replacement of consumables. You can continue.

Like the automatic blood collection tube preparation apparatus in this embodiment, a magnetic block is provided in each blood collection

The second tray accommodating portion 64 is configured such that one end thereof extends to the
With the configuration described above, the collected tray obtained by collecting the blood collection tube after labeling for each patient is selectively accommodated in either the first tray accommodating portion 63 or the second tray accommodating portion 64.
The second tray housing portion 64 is disposed above the blood collection tube housing means 2 and on the front side of the blood collection tube automatic preparation device. In this way, the automatic collection device for blood collection is enlarged by providing the storage portion for the collected tray above the collection tube storage means 2 in the automatic collection device for blood collection and on the front side of the automatic collection device for blood collection. Therefore, the collected tray can be stored in a place where the user can easily take it out.
The allocation of the collected trays to the first tray accommodating portion 63 and the second tray accommodating portion 64 includes, for example, a ward tray that is not used immediately in the first tray accommodating portion 63 and the second tray accommodating portion 64. It is conceivable to store an outpatient tray to be used immediately.
Specifically, the automatic blood collection tube preparation device is configured to be able to mix and process the preparation of a blood collection tube for outpatient use and the preparation of a blood collection tube for a ward. When an order for an outpatient blood collection tube is entered while the apparatus is preparing a blood collection tube for the ward, the collected tray containing the blood collection tube for the ward is accommodated in the first tray accommodating portion 63. However, the collected tray containing the external blood collection tube is accommodated in the second tray accommodating portion 64.

Hereinafter, the operation of the second transfer means 35 configured as described above will be described more specifically.
The
For example, while the label printing sticking means 20R of one automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R cannot be used due to a failure or the like, the collection collected in the blood collection tube storage portion 2R of the automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R. When a blood vessel is used, the blood collection tube is taken out from the corresponding blood collection tube storage case 3R of the automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R using the blood collection tube pushing means 11R, and the first transfer conveyor 30R of the automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R is used. A blood collection tube is placed on the comb-shaped rack 32R. Next, the
Next, the
Thereafter, the
Thereafter, the other automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1L is operated as usual, and the label printing processing of the blood collection tube is performed.
As described above, the second transfer means 35 is used to transfer the other automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1L (or from the first transfer means 30R (or 30L) of one automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R (or 1L). 1R) is configured so that the blood collection tube can be moved to the first transfer means 30L (or 30R), whereby the label printing sticking means 20R (or 20L) of one of the blood collection automatic labeling mechanisms 1R (or 1L) is provided. ) Cannot be used due to a failure or the like, the blood collection tube stored in the automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R (or 1L) can be used to prepare the blood collection tube. Even if the sticking means 20R (or 20L) cannot be used due to a failure or the like, the processing can be continued without stopping the processing of the entire apparatus.
Further, the
In the above description, when the label printing application means 20R of one automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R becomes unusable due to a failure or the like, the automatic blood collection labeling mechanism 1R is used by using the second transfer means 35. An example has been described in which the accommodated blood collection tube is transferred from the first transfer means 30R of the automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R to the first transfer means 30L of the automatic blood collection labeling mechanism 1L.
However, the second transfer means 25 is not limited to the case where the label printing sticking means 20 of the automatic blood collection
Specifically, when orders for blood collection tubes housed in one automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R are concentrated, all the blood collection tubes are processed by the label printing pasting means 20R of the automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R. Instead, the second transfer means 35 is used to transfer some of the blood collection tubes from the first transfer means 30R of the automatic blood collection tube labeling mechanism 1R to the first transfer means 30L of the automatic blood collection labeling mechanism 1L. If the second transfer means 30R is operated so that the label print sticking means 20L of the blood collection automatic label sticking mechanism 1L also performs processing, the processing speed of the entire apparatus can be improved.
