Claims (6)
- 受信器を具備するレーダーベースのセンサシステムであって、
前記受信器は、差動増幅器と、該差動増幅器のコモンモード電圧を調整するために前記差動増幅器に制御電流を供給する、前記差動増幅器に結合された少なくとも1個のコモンモード帰還回路とを具備し、
前記差動増幅器は、少なくとも2モードの第1モードにおいて前記差動増幅器が信号を積分するよう作動可能であり、前記少なくとも2モードの第2モードにおいて前記差動増幅器が以前に積分された信号の少なくとも1代表サンプルを保持するよう作動可能であるように、前記少なくとも2モードの少なくとも1モードで作動可能であることを特徴とするレーダーベースのセンサシステム。 - 前記差動増幅器に印加された電圧信号を積分するために、前記差動増幅器に結合された少なくとも1個のキャパシタ及び少なくとも1個の抵抗をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーダーベースのセンサシステム。
- 前記差動増幅器は、少なくとも2個の差動電圧入力端子及び少なくとも2個の差動制御電圧端子を具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーダーベースのセンサシステム。
- 前記差動増幅器は、入力信号を増幅する増幅器部と、前記入力信号を積分する積分部と、前記入力信号の積分の結果得られる少なくとも1電圧値をサンプリング及び保持するサンプル及び保持部とを具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーダーベースのセンサシステム。
- 前記サンプル及び保持部は、前記入力信号の積分の結果得られる電圧値を保存する少なくとも2個のキャパシタを具備することを特徴とする請求項4記載のレーダーベースのセンサシステム。
- 前記少なくとも2つの差動制御電圧端子が前記少なくとも2モードの一方の選択を可能にすることを特徴とする請求項3記載のレーダーベースのセンサシステム。
