Claims (12)
- 脈管遮断器具であって、
脈管を遮断するための拡張可能なプラグと、
前記プラグに連結して前記脈管の脈管壁に係止し得る複数の係止要素を有するアンカー機構と
を含み、
前記拡張可能なプラグは、前記脈管内で拡張し、かつ前記係止要素が前記脈管壁に係止した後に脈管内で圧潰し得ることを特徴とする脈管遮断器具。 - 前記プラグは、一方の幅細の端部と他方の幅細の端部とで接続された2つの凹形遮断要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脈管遮断器具。
- 折り畳まれた状態で前記脈管に送達されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脈管遮断器具。
- 前記拡張可能なプラグが、砂時計形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脈管遮断器具。
- 前記凹形遮断要素のそれぞれが各々リムを含み、前記リムが脈管に向かって拡張可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の脈管遮断器具。
- 遮断器具を脈管に向けて拡張させるための拡張要素を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脈管遮断器具。
- 前記脈管遮断器具を脈管から引き抜くための抜去可能な機構を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脈管遮断器具。
- 吸収性ワイヤを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脈管遮断器具。
- 前記吸収性ワイヤが、閉塞物質で被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の脈管遮断器具。
- 前記複数の係止要素が、突起物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脈管遮断器具。
- 前記複数の係止要素が、フックを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脈管遮断器具。
- カテーテル器具によって送達されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脈管遮断器具。
