Description
Claims (2)
- ドナー組織の移植片を、所定寸法形状の患者の腔に移植する装置において、
レサー・ビームを生成するレーザ光源と、
前面が露出した前記ドナー組織を提示する手段と、
レンズ面を有し、前記レーザ光源と係合可能で該レーザ光源と固定された構成を確立する第1の安定化素子と、
前記ドナー組織の前面に対して前記第1の安定化素子を選択的に固定して該ドナー組織を前記レーザ光源に整合保持し、該レーザ光源を励起させ該ドナー組織を光変形して、互いにほぼ平行な上面と下面と、これら上面と下面との間に延在し、傾向角度θで傾向する側面とで画成されるドナー組織片を形成するようにした固定手段と、
前記ドナー組織片の形成時前記レーザ・ビームを誘導して該レーザ・ビームを前記傾向角度θに設定する誘導手段と、
患者の組織を前面を露出させて提示する手段と、
前記レセプター組織の前面に第2の安定化素子を選択的に固定する手段と
を有し、
前記傾向角度θは、前記前面と前記側面との交差線上の一点における、該前面に対する法線に関して測られるものであり、
前記第2の安定化要素は、前記第1の安定化要素とほぼ同一形状のものであり、前記レセプター組織を前記レーザ光源に整合保持し、該レーザ光源を励起して該レセプター組織を光変形して、前記ドナー組織片とほぼ同寸法の腔を形成して、当該腔に該ドナー組織片を移植するようにした移植装置。 - 前記第1の安定化素子のレンズ面は、前記ドナー組織片の前面とほぼ一致するものであり、該ドナー組織片の前面は、前記ドナー組織の前面の一部であり、さらに前記法線と該前面との間の前記傾向角度θは、零より大きいものである請求項1に記載の移植装置。
