Claims (3)
- 板金製の環状の第一の軸受体と、この第一の軸受体に当該第一の軸受体の軸心の回りで相対的に回転自在となるように重ね合わされた合成樹脂製の環状の第二の軸受体と、第一の軸受体及び第二の軸受体間に介在されている合成樹脂製の環状のスラスト滑り軸受片と、第一の軸受体の外面を覆った合成樹脂製の環状のカバーとを具備しており、第二の軸受体の内径よりも小さな内径を有している第一の軸受体は、環状下面及び環状平坦外面を有した第一の環状板部と、この第一の環状板部に一体であって湾曲外面を有した第一の湾曲部とを具備しており、第二の軸受体は、第一の環状板部の環状下面に対面した環状上面及び環状外周端面を有する第二の環状板部と、この第二の環状板部に一体であって当該第二の環状板部の環状上面から第一の環状板部の環状下面に向かって突出していると共に環状外周面を有した環状突起と、該第二の環状板部に一体であって当該第二の環状板部の環状外周端面から径方向外方向に突出する環状の係合突起とを具備しており、スラスト滑り軸受片は、第一の環状板部の環状下面に接触する環状上面と、第二の軸受体の環状板部の環状上面に軸心周りの方向に低摩擦抵抗をもって滑り接触する環状下面と、第二の軸受体の環状突起の環状外周面に軸心周りの方向に低摩擦抵抗をもって滑り接触する環状内周面と、第一の湾曲部の湾曲内面に隙間をもって対面する環状外周面とを具備しており、第一の環状板部の環状平坦外面の中央環状領域を露出させて当該第一の環状板部の環状平坦外面及び第一の湾曲部の湾曲外面を覆っているカバーは、第一の環状板部の環状平坦外面に隙間なしに接触した環状平坦内面を有した第三の環状板部と、この第三の環状板部に一体であって第一の湾曲部の湾曲外面に隙間なしに接触した湾曲内面を有した第二の湾曲部と、この第二の湾曲部に一体な円筒部と、この円筒部の円筒状内周面に一体であって第二の軸受体の係合突起にスナップフィット式に係合した係合突起とを具備しているスラスト滑り軸受。
- 請求項1に記載のスラスト滑り軸受と、ショックアブソーバのピストンロッドとを具備しており、ピストンロッドは、第二の環状板部の内周面及び当該内周面に面一であって第二の軸受体の環状突起の内周面で規定される貫通孔に配された大径部と、この大径部よりも小径であって大径部に一体的に形成されていると共に第一の環状板部の内周面で規定される貫通孔に配された小径部と、この小径部に刻設されたねじ部とを具備しており、第一の軸受体は、その第一の環状板部の環状下面に接触するピストンロッドの大径部及び小径部間の環状凹段部面と、第一の環状板部の露出された環状平坦外面の中央環状領域に接触する環状面を有していると共にねじ部に螺合されたナットとに挟持されているスラスト滑り軸受とピストンロッドとの組合せ機構。
- 四輪自動車におけるストラット型サスペンションに用いるための請求項2に記載のスラスト滑り軸受とピストンロッドとの組合せ機構。
