Claims (2)
- 周方向に複数の磁極が設けられた回転子と、
前記回転子に空隙を介して配置された固定子とを備え、
前記固定子は、前記回転子の磁極がなす電気角360度以内に、ティースと第1のコイルターンと前記第1のコイルターンに直列かつ逆極性をなす第2のコイルターンとによって形成される2の同相の固定子磁極を有し、
前記第1のコイルターンと前記第2のコイルターンは、それぞれ周方向角度幅が電気角180度よりも小さく巻回され、前記第1のコイルターンと前記第2のコイルターンの間に他相の固定子磁極の一部を形成するティースを挟んで設けられる回転電機の製造方法であって、
前記固定子を、
線材を巻枠に巻きつけた前記第1のコイルターンと前記第2のコイルターンとを、前記巻枠ごと前記固定子を構成する固定子コアの内側に配置する第1のステップと、
前記第1のコイルターンと前記第2のコイルターンとを挿入ブレードの移動により固定子コアの径方向に広げるようにして、前記固定子に形成された固定子コアスロット内に挿入する第2のステップと、
前記巻枠には巻線凸部が円周状に配置されているとともに、巻線凸部の上方,下方に巻線ピンが配置されており、当該巻線凸部と巻線ピンの箇所を、分散巻コイルを形成するように線材を巻回する第3のステップとを有して製造する回転電機の製造方法において、
前記固定子を、
前記第3のステップの後、前記巻線ピンの軸方向高さ位置を低くすることによって前記分散巻コイルから前記巻線ピンを外し、加圧ロッドを上昇することによって前記挿入ブレードを径方向に移動させて前記分散巻コイルを前記固定子コアスロット内に挿入する第4のステップを有して製造することを特徴とする回転電機の製造方法。 - 請求項1において、
前記固定子を、
前記第1のステップと前記第2のステップを複数回繰り返すことによって、複数の相の
巻線を前記固定子コアスロット内に挿入して製造することを特徴とする回転電機の製造方法。
