実施例1
試験シガレットを製造した。そのために、幅7mmの不連続のバンドを、18mm離して、白熱燃焼可能なCigla55標準のシガレット紙(多孔度55CU、Julius Glatz GmbH、Neidenfels)上にグラビア印刷した。用いた印刷媒体は、化学架橋されかつ機械破砕されたジャガイモスターチ(F6493、Emsland-Starke GmbH、Emlichheim)の13.5%水性懸濁液であった。塗布された領域での多孔度は、14CUであった。NIST試験および自由燃焼試験は、100%合格した。
用いた印刷媒体が、フィルム形成の極めて有能なジャガイモスターチヒドロキシプロピルエーテル(Emsize E2、Emsland- Starke GmbH)の7.5%水溶液である以外は、実施例1と同様に試験シガレットを製造した。塗布された領域での多孔度は14CUであり、自由燃焼試験は100%合格したが、NIST試験はわずか63%であった。
用いた印刷媒体が、実施例1の化学架橋されかつ破砕されたジャガイモスターチ(F6493)の12.5%懸濁液である以外は、実施例1と同様に試験シガレットを製造した。塗布された領域での多孔度は25CUであり、NIST試験および自由燃焼試験は、100%合格した。
用いた印刷媒体が、ジャガイモスターチヒドロキシプロピルエーテル(Emsol K 115、Emsland-Starke GmbH、Emlichheim)の8%水中懸濁液である以外は、実施例1と同様に試験シガレットを製造した。多孔度は37CUであり、自由燃焼は合格し、NIST試験は合格しなかった。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも不連続の帯域において、乾燥品の粒子サイズ(重みつき平均)が1〜1000μmの範囲の機械破砕され化学架橋された多糖を含む組成物が塗布されているベースラッピング材料を含む、喫煙物品ラッピング材料。
- 機械破砕され化学架橋された多糖が、化学架橋され機械破砕されたスターチを含む、請求項1記載の喫煙物品ラッピング材料。
- 組成物が、乾燥品の粒子サイズ(重みつき平均)が1〜1000μmの範囲の化学架橋され機械破砕されたスターチだけを含む、請求項2記載の喫煙物品ラッピング材料。
- 組成物がさらに多糖を含む、請求項1または請求項2記載の喫煙物品ラッピング材料。
- 組成物がさらに充填剤、燃焼速度遅延物質および/または燃焼速度加速物質を含む、請求項1、2または4のいずれか1項記載の喫煙物品ラッピング材料。
- 乾燥品の粒子サイズ(重みつき平均)が1〜1000μmの範囲の機械破砕され化学架橋された多糖を含む組成物を、ベース喫煙物品ラッピング材料の少なくとも不連続の帯域に塗布することを含む前記組成物が塗布されている喫煙物品ラッピング材料の製造方法。
- 塗布を印刷または噴霧により行う、請求項6記載の方法。
- 塗布を、圧力ノズルを用いて行う、請求項6記載の方法。
- 不連続の帯域を得るための組成物中の塗布すべき物質が、水、水と有機溶剤との混合物中、有機溶剤または有機溶剤の混合物中に存在する、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- タバコ棒状体と、少なくとも不連続の帯域において、乾燥品の粒子サイズ(重みつき平均)が1〜1000μmの範囲の機械破砕され化学架橋された多糖を含む組成物が塗布されているベースラッピング材料を含む喫煙物品ラッピング材料と、適切ならばフィルターとを含む喫煙物品。
