Claims (5)
- 電気炉から発生する副生ガスを予冷洗浄塔からベンチュリスクラバに導く横行ダクトを、前記予冷洗浄塔からベンチュリスクラバに向かって水平に、又は、水平を基準として斜め上向きに取付けるとともに、
前記横行ダクトのガス出口側の端部に、該横行ダクト内にガスシール部を介して前後進可能に挿入され、かつ、基端に高圧水供給部、先端に高圧水噴射ノズルを備えた横行ダクト洗浄ランスを設け、
前記横行ダクトのベンチュリスクラバ取付け部位の直上に該横行ダクトからベンチュリスクラバのスロート部に至る垂直ダクト内にガスシール部を介して前後進可能に挿入され、かつ、基端に高圧水供給部、先端に高圧水噴射ノズルを備えた垂直ダクト洗浄ランスを設けてなることを特徴とする電気炉副生ガス回収ダクトの洗浄装置。 - 横行ダクトは、予冷洗浄塔からベンチュリスクラバに向かって水平を基準として2〜7°傾斜して取りつけられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気炉副生ガス回収ダクトの洗浄装置。
- 横行ダクト洗浄ランス及び垂直ダクト洗浄ランスは、ランスの軸まわりに回転可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電気炉副生ガス回収ダクトの洗浄装置。
- ランスの先端には、高圧水をダクトの管壁に向かって噴射する高圧水噴射ノズルを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電気炉副生ガス回収ダクトの洗浄装置。
- 電気炉から発生する副生ガスを予冷洗浄塔からベンチュリスクラバに導く横行ダクトを複数本設けるとともに、該複数本の横行ダクトのそれぞれに対して請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の横行ダクト堆積ダスト洗浄ランス及び垂直ダクト堆積ダスト洗浄ランスを設けてなる電気炉副生ガス回収ダクトの洗浄装置。
