Description
本出願は、「波面(wavefront)案内プロシージャ(procedure)の修正が屈折の結果を最適化するのを可能にする導入(implementing)計算図表(nomogram)」の名称で、2003年11月7日に出願された出願番号60/518,182の共願のプロビジョナル出願の優先権を主張する。
Claims (13)
- プロセッサと、患者の眼の波面記述データを前記プロセッサに送る手段と、前記プロセッサと信号の通信が可能な表示装置と、ユーザから前記波面記述データに対する所望の補正を受けるように適合された、前記プロセッサと信号の通信が可能な入力装置と、前記プロセッサに搭載されたソフトウエアと、を備えたシステムを用いることにより、レーザアブレーション角膜処置のための処方を最適化する方法であって、
患者の眼の波面記述を備えるデータを受けるステップと、
前記波面記述データを前記表示装置に表示するステップと、
前記入力装置から前記波面記述データに対する所望の補正を受けるステップと、
前記所望の補正に基づいて、補正された波面記述データを生成するように、球面補正を含む、前記波面記述データに対する修正を演算するステップと、
前記補正された波面記述データを前記表示装置に表示するステップと、
前記演算するステップに続いて、残存角膜厚及び角膜弁状片厚を計算するステップと、
前記残存角膜厚を所定の最小角膜厚と比較するステップと、もし前記残存角膜厚が前記所定の最小角膜厚より小さければ、前記患者の眼は前記処置の候補として許容されないことを前記表示装置に表示するステップとを備え、
前記球面補正を前記球面補正における所定の上限と比較するステップと、もし前記球面補正が前記所定の上限を超えていれば、前記患者の眼は前記処置の候補として許容されないことを前記表示装置に表示するステップと、によってさらに特徴付けられる方法。 - 前記データを受けるステップは、患者の眼の波面のチェルニッケ多項式記載をプロセッサ内に受けることを備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記波面記述データの表示ステップは、測定された球面・シリンドリカルデータ及び前記球面・シリンドリカルデータの補正に用いる計算式である第1の補正処方を表示することを備え、前記補正された波面記述データは、該波面記述データの補正に用いる計算式である第2の補正処方を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記球面・シリンドリカルデータは、主屈折、波面に基づく屈折、及び傾き後主屈折の少なくとも1つを備える請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記修正を受けるステップは、前記球面・シリンドリカルデータに対する所望の補正を受けることを含む請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記演算するステップに続いて、光学的ゾーン直径、ピークアブレーション深さ、中心アブレーション深さ、及び患者の眼の瞳における前記ピークアブレーション深さの位置の少なくとも1つを計算するステップを更に備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記受けるステップは、前記入力装置から、単視を実現するオプションを含む修正を演算する選択を受けるステップを更に備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- もし前記入力装置から前記単視の選択が入力されたら、単視を実現するためのあらかじめ選択されたオフセットを表示する請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記受けるステップは、単視を実現するためのユーザに特別のオフセットを前記入力装置から受けることを更に備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- コンピュータ上で実行すると、請求項1から9のいずれか一項のステップを実施するコンピュータプログラム。
- レーザアブレーション角膜処置のための処方を最適化するシステムであって、
プロセッサと、
患者の眼の波面記述データを前記プロセッサに送る手段と、
前記プロセッサと信号の通信が可能な表示装置と、
ユーザから前記波面記述データに対する所望の補正を受けるように適合された、前記プロセッサと信号の通信が可能な入力装置と、
前記プロセッサに搭載されたソフトウエアと、を備え、
前記ソフトウェアは、
患者の眼の波面記述を備えるデータを受けるコードセグメントと、
前記波面記述データを前記表示装置に表示するコードセグメントと、
前記入力装置から前記波面記述データに対する所望の補正を受けるコードセグメントと、
前記所望の補正に基づいて、補正された波面記述データを生成するように、前記波面記述データに対する修正を演算するコードセグメントと、
球面補正を含む、前記補正された波面記述データを前記表示装置に表示するコードセグメントと、
前記演算することに続いて、残存角膜厚及び角膜弁状片厚を計算するコードセグメントと、
前記残存角膜厚を所定の最小角膜厚と比較し、もし前記残存角膜厚が前記所定の最小角膜厚より小さければ、前記患者の眼は前記処置の候補として許容されないことを前記表示装置に表示するコードセグメントを有し、
前記演算するコードセグメントは、さらに
前記球面補正を前記球面補正における所定の上限と比較し、もし前記球面補正が前記所定の上限を超えていれば、前記患者の眼は前記処置の候補として許容されないことを前記表示装置に表示するコードセグメントを含むことによって特徴付けられる、システム。 - 前記プロセッサに搭載される前記ソフトウェアは、前記波面記述データを有し、前記所望の補正を電子的に入力する領域を有するグラフィカルユーザインターフェースを表示するコードセグメントを備える請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記インターフェースは、単視を実現するための補正された波面記述データを演算する選択を電子的に入力する領域を更に備え、前記演算するコードセグメントは、単視を実現するための前記補正された波面記述データを調整するコードを更に備える請求項12に記載のシステム。
