Description
1)デジタル「CTP」版のマスク剥離、又は従来のアナログ版のネガ作製による画像形成工程、
2)光硬化層にフロア層を作製し、レリーフ深度を設ける背面露光工程、
3)マスクまたはネガを介して前面露光することで、マスクまたはネガで覆われていない光硬化層部分を選択的に架橋及び硬化してレリーフ像を作成する工程、
4)未露光の感光性樹脂を溶媒(水等)又は熱現像で現像除去する工程、並びに
5)必要に応じて、後露光及び粘着低下(detackification)工程。
1)背面露光工程が不要であるため、処理工程を省くことによる向上した生産性。背面露光工程を省くと、プリントショップの顧客とって装置の配置、継続的な人件費、及び周期的調整が不要になる。
2)処理済み刷版の非常に均一で一貫したフロア層。
a)バックシートに第1光硬化層を形成する。
b)第1光硬化層を化学線で硬化して第1光硬化層全体に硬化したフロア層を形成する。
c)硬化した第1光硬化層の上に、レリーフ像印刷要素を形成するように化学線で処理可能である第2光硬化層を形成する。
a)前硬化した感光性樹脂フロア層、及び前硬化したフロア層の上に未硬化感光性樹脂層を含む光硬化性印刷ブランクを顧客に提供し、並びに
b)ワークフロープロセスから背面露光工程を省く指示を顧客に提供する
工程を含み、これにより顧客が均一で一貫したフロアを有するレリーフ像印刷要素を作製する。
a)バックシートに第1光硬化層を形成する。
b)第1光硬化層を化学線で硬化して第1光硬化層全体に硬化したフロア層を形成する。
c)硬化した第1光硬化層の上に、レリーフ像印刷要素を形成するように化学線で処理可能である第2光硬化層を形成する。
a)前硬化した感光性樹脂フロア層、及び前硬化したフロア層の上に未硬化感光性樹脂層を含む光硬化性印刷ブランクを顧客に提供し、並びに
b)ワークフロープロセスから背面露光工程を省く指示を顧客に提供する
工程を含み、これにより顧客が均一で一貫したフロアを有するレリーフ像印刷要素を作製する。
a)(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)バック層14、
b)第1前硬化した光硬化層18、及び
c)離型層16。
第2段階において、離型層16が取り除かれ、刷版ブランクは下記a)〜d)を含む。

Claims (14)
- フレキソレリーフ像印刷要素の作製プロセスで使用する光硬化性印刷ブランクの製造方法であって、前記方法は、
a)第1光硬化層が、バックシートと離型層との間に押出されて形成され、バックシートに第1光硬化層を形成する、
b)第1光硬化層を化学線で硬化して第1光硬化層全体に硬質フロア層を作製する、及び
c)硬化した第1光硬化層の上に、レリーフ像印刷要素を形成するように化学線で処理可能である第2光硬化層を形成する、
工程を含むことを特徴とするフレキソレリーフ像印刷要素の作製プロセスで使用する光硬化性印刷ブランクを製造する方法。 - バックシートが、ポリエチレンテレフタレートである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2光硬化層が押出しによって形成される請求項1から2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第2光硬化層が第1光硬化層の上に形成される前に、第1光硬化層から離型層を取り除く請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1光硬化層が、接着剤を使用せずにバック層に形成される請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1光硬化層及び第2光硬化層が同じ組成物を有する請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1光硬化層及び第2光硬化層が異なる組成物を有する請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 化学線源が少なくとも紫外光源である請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 1つ以上の層を含むカバーシートが、第2光硬化層の上に提供される請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1光硬化層を化学線で硬化する前に、第1光硬化層をカレンダー処理する工程を含む請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1光硬化層を化学線で硬化する前に、第1光硬化層を冷却する工程を含む請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第2光硬化層をカレンダー処理する工程を含む請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1光硬化層の厚さが、22ミル〜125ミルである請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第2光硬化層の厚さが、23ミル〜125ミルである請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の方法。
