Enew=Eold−P+Ct(E0−Eold)

Enew=E0(1−e-Ct)+Eolde-Ct

Claims (5)
- レーザ眼科手術を実施するシステムであって、
レーザ・エネルギー発生デバイスと、
前記レーザ・エネルギー・デバイスの送出エネルギーを測定するための、ターゲットに、または、ターゲットの近くに配設されたレーザ・エネルギー測定デバイスと、
前記レーザ・エネルギー発生デバイスと前記レーザ・エネルギー測定デバイスとに接続されたプロセッサと、
このプロセッサが、直前のレーザ・エネルギーのパルスと比較して、レーザ・エネルギーのパルスの送出エネルギーの総量での減少を計算することにより、レーザ送出経路に沿って蓄積した物質に基づく送出エネルギーの減少を計算して、レーザ送出経路に沿って蓄積した物質の補償をするために、前記レーザ・エネルギー発生デバイスの調節を計算し、
前記プロセッサが、レーザ送出経路に沿う少なくとも1つの物質の蓄積を補償するために、所定期間レーザー・エネルギー発生装置から供給されるレーザ・エネルギの総量を増加することによる前記レーザ・エネルギー発生デバイスの調整を行い、そして、レーザ・エネルギーのパルス間の時間を補償するように、送出レーザ・エネルギーの総量の増加を減少させることによる調整を行い、前記時間は前記物質の消散を可能にすることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記レーザ・エネルギー発生デバイスは、パルス駆動式レーザ・エネルギーを供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記レーザ・エネルギー発生デバイスは、連続波レーザ・エネルギーを供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記レーザ眼科手術を実施する前に較正されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記送出経路に沿ったオゾンの蓄積を補償するように、前記レーザ・エネルギー発生デバイスを調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
