【0001】
【産業上の利用分野】本考案は術者が双眼で観察しなが
ら治療光を術部に投射して治療する光治療装置に関す
る。

【従来の技術】エキシマレ−ザ等により角膜の表面をエ
ロ−ジョンし、その曲率を変え屈折異常を矯正する装置
が知られている。これらの装置では治療光の照射をより
正確に行うためには、治療光の導光光学系の光軸と観察
光学系の対物レンズの光軸は同軸にされることが望まし
い。従来においては、光路上にダイクロイックミラ−を
配置して、治療光軸と観察光軸とを同軸にする方法が一
般に知られている。また、対物レンズの光軸に全反射ミ
ラ−を配置して治療光軸を反射する方法も知られてい
る。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】しかし、前者はダイク
ロイックミラ−が高価であり、装置のコストアップの要
因であるばかりでなく、観察光学系に収差補正レンズを
配置しなければならないという欠点があった。また、後
者の場合には必要とする全反射ミラ−の大きさとの関係
で、全反射ミラ−により観察視野の一部がケラれ、視野
欠損を起こすという欠点があった。

で、観察系の視野が十分確保され、しかもコンパクトで
安価な光治療装置を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本考案は上記目的を達成
するために、以下のような特徴を有する。 (1) 双眼にて手術眼を観察する双眼観察光学系と、
治療用光源から出射された治療光を手術眼に導光する導
光光学系とを有する光治療装置において、前記導光光学
系は、開口部の大きさが制御可能な照射範囲規制部材
と、該照射範囲規制部材の開口を術部に投影する投影レ
ンズと、前記双眼観察光学系の対物レンズの光軸と前記
投影レンズの光軸を同軸にするために導光光学系の光路
中に配置される,治療光を反射する治療光反射ミラー
と、前記照射範囲規制部材の光源側に配置される,該治
療光反射ミラーの近傍に治療光を集光する集光部材とを
備えることを特徴とする。

【実施例】以下に、本考案の実施例を図面に基づいて説
明する。図1は本実施例のエキシマレ−ザを治療光の光
源とする光治療装置の光学配置を示す光学系配置略図で
あり、図2はその観察光学系の一部を上方(図1上)か
ら見た図である。1はエキシマレ−ザ発振器であり、1
93nmの治療光を出射する。2はガイド光用光源であ
り、エキシマレ−ザ発振器1から出射された治療光はダ
イクロイックミラ−3によりガイド光と同軸になる。ガ
イド光は可視のダイオ−ドレ−ザ発振器2の出射光を使
用するが、出射光は治療光とほぼ同一の大きさの平行光
束に調整される(図示せず)。4はミラ−であり、矢印
方向に平行に移動する。本出願人は特願平2−4167
67号において新たなレ−ザビ−ムによるアブレ−ショ
ン装置を提案したが、本実施例も同一の原理によってい
る。その要旨はビ−ム断面の一方向が均一でそれと直交
する方向が不均一な強度分布を持ったレ−ザビ−ムによ
り対象物をアブレ−ションする場合は、不均一な強度分
布を持つ方向にスキャンすることによりほぼ均一なアブ
レ−ションが可能になるというものである。なお、特開
昭63−150069号のように特殊な透過率分布を持
ったフィルタで均一化する方法やレ−ザを折り曲げて均
一化する方法を使用するときは、これらの光学系を点線
部等に配置すると共に、光束を拡大して使用する。5は
マスク6の光源側に近接して配置された集光レンズであ
る。集光レンズ5は治療光の光束を後述する反射ミラ−
8のやや被術眼側のAに集光させる。集光位置は反射ミ
ラ−8の強度を考慮してAの位置にされているが、ミラ
−の強度が許せば反射位置に集光することが望ましい。
この集光レンズ5のパワ−は投影レンズ7との関係にお
いて決定される。6は照射領域を限定するためのマスク
であり、マスクは周知の機構により開口面積を変化さ
せ、照射領域を変えることができる。7はマスク5の像
を術眼の角膜9に投影する投影レンズである。8は反射
ミラ−であり、対物レンズ10の光軸に斜設されてい
る。反射ミラ−8は8mm角のものであり、観察系の光路
を妨げない。反射ミラ−8は対物レンズ10側に近づけ
て配置することにより大きくすることができる。10〜
13は観察光学系を構成し、11はズ−ム光学部、12
はプリズム、13は接眼レンズである。11〜13は左
右眼それぞれ一対のものである。

ンズを介して術眼を観察し、術眼をX−Y−Z方向に移
動して位置合わせする。アブレ−ションの部位及びその
深さは屈折異常の程度や角膜の形状等に基づいてあらか
じめ計算され、装置のマイクロコンピュ−タに入力さ
れ、マイクロコンピュ−タはそれにしたがってエキシマ
シマレ−ザ発振器1、ミラ−4やマスク6等の動作を制
御する。エキシマレ−ザ発振器1から出射した治療光は
ミラ−4で反射した後、集光レンズ5によって集光さ
れ、マスク6、投影レンズ7を通過して反射ミラ−8で
反射され、術眼側Aに集光する。投影レンズ7はマスク
6の像を被検眼角膜9上に結像して角膜上皮をアブレ−
ションする。治療光がマスク6の開口上を均等に通過す
るように、ミラ−4を1ショット毎に矢印方向に順次移
動する。

限定されるものではなく、他の治療光に関しても応用で
きるものであり、それらも本考案に含まれることは明ら

- 【請求項1】 双眼にて手術眼を観察する双眼観察光学
系と、治療用光源から出射された治療光を手術眼に導光
する導光光学系とを有する光治療装置において、前記導
光光学系は、開口部の大きさが制御可能な照射範囲規制
部材と、該照射範囲規制部材の開口を術部に投影する投
影レンズと、前記双眼観察光学系の対物レンズの光軸と
前記投影レンズの光軸を同軸にするために導光光学系の
光路中に配置される,治療光を反射する治療光反射ミラ
ーと、前記照射範囲規制部材の光源側に配置される,該
治療光反射ミラーの近傍に治療光を集光する集光部材と
を備えることを特徴とする光治療装置。 - 【請求項2】 請求項1の集光部材は集光レンズまたは
集光ミラーであることを特徴とする光治療装置。 - 【請求項3】 請求項1の治療用光源はエキシマレーザ
発振器であることを特徴とする光治療装置。 - 【請求項4】 請求項3のエキシマレーザの導光光学系
中には光密度を均等化する光学系を配置するか、また
は、不均一な光密度を有する方向にスキャンさせること
を特徴とする光治療装置。 - 【請求項5】 請求項4の光治療装置は角膜上皮をアブ
