Description
電源部から供給される電力を所望の直流電力として出力するための電圧制限部及び電流制限部と、出力調整器にて設定されたレベルをCPU出力するCPUと、電圧制限器の出力電圧値と電流制限器の出力電流値を乗算する乗算器と、上記CPUの出力と乗算器の出力を比較して電源部における出力を制御する比較器を具備し、負荷抵抗の増減に拘らず一定の直流電力が出力されるように構成するものとし、上記の加熱装置は、収容部を有する筐体に組み込まれ、かつ収容部の開口を覆う蓋を有しており、収容部は所望の直流電力の出力端子と加工に使用するプライヤーを含む工具の収納部となり、その開口を覆う蓋は上記工具による加工のための作業台を兼ねており、作業台に向かう術者の手を検出して加熱装置を始動させる検出手段が筐体に設けるように構成するという手段を講じたものである。
ア.出力電圧値及び出力電流値に上限を設定し、出力の暴走を防止する、
イ.赤外センサーまたはタッチセンサー等の検出手段により術者の手を検出して動作管理し、作業への専念を可能にする、
ウ.工具の開閉を検出し、開放時には動作を停止し、短絡時には過電流から保護する、
エ.連続使用等を原因とする温度上昇を検出し、音や光による警報を発する、
オ.CPUは最後に使用したレベル値を記憶し、次回電源投入時そのレベルを表示する、
カ.最後に通電した後、例えば数分の設定時間経過後に警報を音や光により知らせる電源消し忘れ警報機能、
などの事項を実施するために、適宜制御ソフトによる動作管理を行なうものとする。

Claims (1)
- 形状記憶合金よりなる部材に通電し、発生する熱によって部材を目的の形状に加工するための形状記憶合金部材の加熱装置において、
電源部から供給される電力を所望の直流電力として出力するための電圧制限部及び電流制限部と、出力調整器にて設定されたレベルをCPU出力するCPUと、電圧制限器の出力電圧値と電流制限器の出力電流値を乗算する乗算器と、上記CPUの出力と乗算器の出力を比較して電源部における出力を制御する比較器を具備し、負荷抵抗の増減に拘らず一定の直流電力が出力されるように構成されており、上記の加熱装置は、収容部を有する筐体に組み込まれ、かつ収容部の開口を覆う蓋を有しており、収容部は所望の直流電力の出力端子と加工に使用するプライヤーを含む工具の収納部となり、その開口を覆う蓋は上記工具による加工のための作業台を兼ねており、作業台に向かう術者の手を検出して加熱装置
を始動させる検出手段が筐体に設けられていることを特徴とする
