Description
The present invention relates to a house that takes into account communication formation between families, and more particularly, to a house having a space configuration in which parents and children can communicate in various forms according to the stage of child development and growth.
In a typical two-story house, a public zone is often provided on the first floor for family gatherings, meals, and customer service, and a private zone such as a bedroom or a child room is often provided on the second floor. However, if the independence of the private zone is raised too much, communication between family members tends to be sparse. In particular, it has been pointed out that in families with small children, communication between parents and children is insufficient if children tend to be trapped in private rooms, which may have undesirable effects on children's profits, education, and personality development. Yes.
The spatial configuration described in
Moreover, since the stage used as
Furthermore, since the spatial configuration described in
The present invention has been made in consideration of such points, and various living scenes are produced more richly by connecting individual spaces with continuity in the horizontal and vertical directions. It is an object of the present invention to provide a housing structure suitable for parents and children to communicate in various forms.
In order to achieve the above-described object, the housing of the present invention includes a pit living having a floor surface that is one step lower than the passage space, with the passage space provided at the main living function level on the lower floor, A stage living having a floor surface that is two steps higher than the aisle space is provided so as to be visible to each other, and at least a part of the upper space of the stage living is provided with an atrium, and the upper floor is formed along the atrium. Elevating means for communication is installed, and a private room is provided on the upper floor.
Here, the “lower floor” refers to a hierarchical part where a main zone, a public zone such as a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen are provided. In general, the first floor part of a two-story or three-story house having an entrance on the first floor is a lower floor according to the configuration of the present invention. For example, the first floor is used as a piloti or a store. In the case of a three-story house with a front door, the second floor corresponds to the lower floor.
In addition, the “main life function level” refers to a floor level at which a flow line connecting basic living spaces is formed on the lower floor. Except for special floor configurations such as skip floors, the floor from the entrance to the kitchen, dining room, water space, storage space for each part, etc. should be at the same level so as not to cause a step that hinders walking. Usually designed. In the present invention, such a floor level serving as a design reference is defined as a main living function level, and a passage space is provided in the floor level. The width of the aisle space should be at least 1 m for safe and smooth walking. The passage space may be integrated with a living function space such as a dining kitchen, for example, and in that case, the passage space may have a width of up to about 4 m.
With such a passage space in between, a pit living room lower than the passage space is provided on one side, and a stage living room higher than the passage space is provided on the other side so as to be mutually visible. The standard height for one step is 16 to 21 cm. In the present invention, the interrelationship between these floor surface heights is a particularly important component in terms of space characteristics.
Pit living is a space mainly based on adult living. Here, for example, a short sofa, living room storage furniture, AV equipment and the like are installed. By making the floor one level lower than the flow line level of the main living function, it becomes a calm hollow space, fostering the centripetal force for families to gather naturally, and fostering a sense of security like a hangout. This pit living is a space suitable for music and video viewing, reading, reading to children, and peaceful gatherings.
The stage living is a space where the child plays a leading role, and is assumed to be utilized in various modes depending on the child's growth stage. A substantially rectangular flat surface close to a square is provided so that it can lie down or jump off. Considering usability, it is desirable that the area of the stage living room is at least 2 m × 2 m. A stage living that is two steps higher than the aisle space and three steps higher than the pit living is an open space that overlooks the pit living. In this stage living, the child can play while feeling the sign of the parent in the pit living, and the parent can watch the child from the pit living. In addition, for children from early childhood to early childhood, ascending and descending to high places stimulates a sense of uplift and promotes the development of athletic ability.
Use of stage living includes baby bed storage in infancy, solo play in early childhood, playing games, painting and painting, creative play such as clay, floor play using blocks and blocks, parents reading a picture book, etc. In addition, during the childhood, games that move the body, playing heroes, playing musical instruments, etc. are assumed. In these modes of use, a parent can participate together or a parent can be a spectator. And from the second half of childhood to adolescence, they become aware of family signs during play and gradually learn how to behave as adults.
The upper space of the stage living room communicates with the upper floors through the atrium. A feeling of opening of the stage living is further enhanced by making the atrium just above the stage living. On the upper floor, there are private rooms such as bedrooms, children's rooms, and study. By providing stairs along the atrium, the stage living becomes an intermediate zone connecting the lower floor, which is a public zone, and the lower floor, which is a private zone (see FIG. 1).
Furthermore, the house of the present invention is characterized in that a desk that can be used from both the stage living room and the aisle space is installed between the stage living room and the aisle space. A face-to-face desk is installed across the two steps of the stairway between the stage living and the aisle space, and the height from the floor of the aisle space to the desk is about the same as a normal desk or table If the height (about 70 cm) is assumed, the height from the floor surface of the stage living room to the desk will be as high as a table (about 30 cm). With this height relationship, when the parent sits on the chair on the side of the aisle space, the height of the line of sight with the child who sits on the floor of the stage living and plays is aligned. Accordingly, for example, the parent can communicate with the child while performing a desk work related to housework or hobbies at the desk. In addition, if parents and children face each other across the desk, it will be easier for parents to assist children in reading and learning. It is desirable that the desk be provided at a position where both the stage living room and the pit living room can be easily viewed.
The stage living room may be provided with a storage space for enhancing various usage modes. The storage space may be configured in the form of a storage shelf provided on the wall surrounding the stage living room or on the side wall of the staircase, underfloor storage using the height of the stage living room, drawers around the desk, and a book shelf.
The pit living is surrounded by a wall surface and a lighting window surface, but an outdoor deck may be continuous outside. It is desirable that the outdoor deck is provided at substantially the same level as the aisle space and is accessible from both the aisle space and the pit living room. When the atmosphere of the outdoor space is taken indoors with such a configuration, the pit living becomes a more comfortable healing space, and the effect of producing the space according to the life scene is improved.
The house of the present invention configured as described above has a pit living mainly for adults to be one step lower than the main living function level, so that it becomes a calm hollow space for the family. Foster a sense of security such as centripetal power and hangouts. On the other hand, the stage living mainly for children to play and learn is an open space that can be used in various ways depending on the child's growth stage by providing two steps higher than the main living function level. Encourage the development of children's intelligence and creativity, emotional and motor skills. Pit living and stage living are spatially continuous with a reasonable distance, so parents in the pit living can watch over the children playing in the stage living, and parents and children can play together on the stage living You can also learn. Such a spatial configuration greatly increases the communication density between family members, especially parents and children, and can expect healthy growth and growth of children.
If you set up a desk that can be used from both the stage living room and the aisle space between the stage living room and the aisle space, you can watch the child play while working on the desk on the desk related to housework and hobbies. It also makes it easier to help children learn. Furthermore, by providing a desk in a position overlooking both the stage living room and the pit living room, the desk can be widely used as a central space for housework functions.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a basic conceptual diagram of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partial plan view of the first floor of a two-story house according to the first embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 2, the code |
On one side of the

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing an image of the
With such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 3, the space between the pit living 21 and the stage living 31 can be seen from each other spatially, and a sense of unity suitable for communication formation is formed. From the
On the other hand, since the
2 and 3, a
One
Further, in FIG. 2, an
