The present invention relates to a building equipped with a split-level floor.

Buildings with split-level floors are known. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a residential building with split-level floors. The split-level floors are connected to walls that make up the first floor of the residential building, such as corner partition walls that rise from the floor of the first floor.

In the above residential building, the split-level floor is connected to the wall that makes up the first floor, so users of the split-level floor may feel oppressive.

(1) The building according to the present invention comprises a room and a skip-floor provided in the room so as to be independent from the walls that constitute the room.
In the above-described building, since the walls constituting the rooms are separated from the split-level floor, users of the split-level floor are less likely to feel oppressed.

(2) In a preferred example, the building described in (1) is provided with a first staircase and a second staircase connecting the skip floor and the floor of the room.
According to the above-mentioned building, it is possible to move from one of the split-floor and the room to the other via the first staircase and the second staircase, so that the split-floor can be used from various positions.

(3) In a preferred example, the building described in (2) further includes storage furniture arranged adjacent to the skip floor, the storage furniture including at least one of a first storage furniture arranged adjacent to one side of the first staircase, and a second storage furniture arranged adjacent to one side of the second staircase.
According to the above-described building, the first storage furniture and the second storage furniture can be used as handrails when moving from one side of the skip floor or room to the other side, thereby improving convenience.

(4) In a preferred example, in the building described in (3), the storage furniture includes a third storage furniture provided adjacent to at least one of the other side of the first staircase and the other side of the second staircase.
According to the above-described building, when moving from one side of the split floor or room to the other, the third storage furniture can be used as a handrail, thereby improving convenience.

(5) In a preferred example, in the building described in any one of (2) to (4), the first staircase and the second staircase face each other via the skip floor.
According to the above building, the split-level floor can be used from a wider area.

In buildings related to this invention, users of the split-level floor are less likely to feel oppressed.

(Embodiment)
An example of a building 10 will be described with reference to Fig. 1. An example of the building 10 is an individual house or an apartment building. In the example shown in Fig. 1, the building 10 is an individual house including multiple floors. Fig. 1 is a plan view showing an indoor structure 20 on the first floor of the individual house. An area 10A surrounded by an exterior wall 11 of the building 10 is partitioned by multiple interior walls 12. In the area 10A partitioned by the multiple interior walls 12, an entrance 30, a room 40, an outdoor space 50, and a skip-floor 60, which are the main elements constituting the indoor structure 20, are provided.

The number and arrangement of the entrance 30, rooms 40, and outdoor spaces 50 can be selected as desired. In one example, the rooms 40 include an office 41, a kitchen 42, a dining room 43, and a living room 44. There are no interior walls 12 between the kitchen 42, the dining room 43, and the living room 44. This allows the users of the kitchen 42, the dining room 43, and the living room 44 to easily communicate with each other. An example of an outdoor space 50 is a wooden deck.

The skip floor 60 is provided in the approximate center of the interior structure 20. Therefore, the user of the skip floor 60 can easily communicate with the user of the kitchen 42, the user of the dining room 43, and the user of the living room 44. The skip floor 60 is provided in the room 40 so as to be independent from the exterior wall 11 and the interior wall 12 that constitute the room 40. The fact that the skip floor 60 is independent from the exterior wall 11 and the interior wall 12 that constitute the room 40 means that the skip floor 60 is not structurally connected to the exterior wall 11 and the interior wall 12. Therefore, the user of the skip floor 60 is unlikely to feel oppressed. The exterior wall 11 is a wall that is connected to the floor 40A and the ceiling (not shown) of the room 40. The interior wall 12 includes a first type interior wall and a second type interior wall. The first type interior wall is a wall that is connected to the floor 40A and the ceiling of the room 40. The second type interior wall is a wall that is connected to the floor 40A of the room 40 and is not connected to the ceiling.

The height LA (see FIG. 4) of the floor 60A of the split-floor 60 relative to the floor 40A of the room 40 can be selected arbitrarily. In a preferred example, the height LA is set so as to provide a sense of openness to users of the split-floor 60. One preferred example of the height LA is 592.5 mm.

The shortest distance LB between the skip floor 60 and the exterior wall 11 and interior wall 12 that constitute the room 40 can be selected arbitrarily. In a preferred example, the shortest distance LB is set so as to provide a high sense of openness to users of the skip floor 60. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the shortest distance LB is the shortest distance between the skip floor 60 and the interior wall 12 that constitutes the office 41. A preferred example of the shortest distance LB is 780 mm or more and 855 mm or less.

As shown in FIG. 2, the building 10 further includes a staircase 70 and storage furniture 80. The staircase 70 includes a main staircase 71 and an auxiliary staircase 72. The main staircase 71 is provided on the skip floor 60 and connects the skip floor 60 to a floor (hereinafter referred to as the "upper floor") above the floor on which the room 40 is provided. The configuration of the main staircase 71 can be selected arbitrarily. In the first example shown in FIG. 3, etc., the main staircase 71 includes a landing 71A, a first portion 71B connecting the floor 60A of the skip floor 60 to the landing 71A, and a second portion 71C connecting the landing 71A to the upper floor. A handrail 73 (see FIG. 3) is provided on one side of the second portion 71C. The relationship between the number of steps of the first portion 71B and the number of steps of the second portion 71C can be selected arbitrarily. In the example shown in FIG. 3, etc., the number of steps of the second portion 71C is greater than the number of steps of the first portion 71B. Note that a portion of the second portion 71C is omitted in Figures 1 and 2. In the second example, the main staircase 71 directly connects the floor 60A of the split-level floor 60 to the upper floor. In other words, in the second example, the landing 71A and the first portion 71B are omitted from the configuration shown in the first example.

The auxiliary staircase 72 connects the floor 60A of the split floor 60 and the floor 40A of the room 40. The auxiliary staircase 72 includes a first staircase 72A and a second staircase 72B. It is possible to move from one of the split floor 60 and the room 40 to the other via the first staircase 72A and the second staircase 72B. This allows the split floor 60 to be used from a variety of positions. The number of steps of the first staircase 72A and the second staircase 72B can be selected arbitrarily according to the height LA (see FIG. 3). In the example shown in FIG. 2 etc., the number of steps of the first staircase 72A and the second staircase 72B is two. The number of steps of the first staircase 72A and the second staircase 72B may be different.

The positional relationship between the first staircase 72A and the second staircase 72B can be selected as desired. In a preferred example, as shown in FIG. 2, the first staircase 72A and the second staircase 72B are provided facing each other via the skip floor 60. This allows movement from one side of the skip floor 60 and the room 40 to the other side from a wider range.

The storage furniture 80 is provided adjacent to the split floor 60. The storage furniture 80 includes a first storage furniture piece 81, a second storage furniture piece 82, a third storage furniture piece 83, a fourth storage furniture piece 84, and a fifth storage furniture piece 85.

The first storage furniture 81 is provided adjacent to one side of the first staircase 72A. When moving from one of the skip floor 60 and the room 40 to the other, the first storage furniture 81 can be used as a handrail, improving convenience. The first storage furniture 81 faces the landing 71A of the main staircase 71. The first storage furniture 81 is fixed to at least one of the floor 40A of the room 40 and the skip floor 60. In this embodiment, the first storage furniture 81 is fixed to the floor 40A of the room 40. In another example, the first storage furniture 81 is fixed to the skip floor 60, or to the floor 40A of the room 40 and the skip floor 60.

5, the first storage furniture 81 includes a pair of side panels 81A, a top panel 81B, a back panel 81C, multiple partition panels 81D, and an opening 81E. The pair of side panels 81A and the back panel 81C are joined to the floor 40A of the room 40. The pair of side panels 81A, the top panel 81B, and the back panel 81C are joined to each other so as to form a storage space 81X for storing items 100. The multiple partition panels 81D divide the storage space 81X according to the size of the items 100 to be stored in the storage space 81X. The opening 81E faces the kitchen 42 (see FIG. 1). The items 100 to be stored in the storage space 81X can be selected arbitrarily. The items 100 are, for example, electrical appliances and daily necessities. In the example shown in FIG. 5, the items 100 are a refrigerator 100A, a floor-standing air conditioner 100B, a toaster oven 100C, and a cup 100D. Preferably, a louver 100E is provided in the area where the floor-standing air conditioner 100B is placed.

The height LC (see FIG. 4) from the top plate 81B of the first storage furniture 81 to the floor of the landing 71A can be selected arbitrarily. In a preferred example, the height LC is set so that the top plate 81B is higher than the landing 71A so that even if a user descending the second portion 71C of the main staircase 71 slips, the user is prevented from falling onto the floor 40A of the room 40. In a more preferred example, an example of the minimum value of the height LC is 1100 mm. When the height LC is within the range of 1100 mm or more, the first storage furniture 81 more reliably prevents a user of the main staircase 71 from falling from the landing 71A onto the floor 40A of the room 40.

The height LD (see FIG. 4) of the top plate 81B of the first storage furniture 81 relative to the floor 60A of the skip floor 60 can be selected as desired. A preferred example of the height LD is 1550 to 1692.5 mm (1550 mm or more and 1692.5 mm or less). When the height LD is 1550 to 1692.5 mm, the height LC of the landing 71A relative to the floor can be secured by securing the distance between the floor 60A of the skip floor 60 and the top plate 81B of the first storage furniture 81, so that the first storage furniture 81 more reliably prevents users of the main staircase 71 from falling from the landing 71A to the floor 40A of the room 40.

The height LE (see FIG. 4) of the top plate 81B of the first storage furniture 81 relative to the floor 40A of the room 40 can be selected arbitrarily. In a preferred example, the top plate 81B of the first storage furniture 81 is preferably located at a height position 415 to 700 mm (415 mm or more and 700 mm or less) away from the ceiling of the floor on which the first storage furniture is installed. A preferred example of the height LE of the first storage furniture 81 is 2000 to 2285 mm (2000 mm or more and 2285 mm or less). When the height LE is 2000 to 2285 mm, the height of the skip floor 60 and the height of the landing 71A can be ensured, and the height LC of the top plate 81B of the first storage furniture 81 relative to the floor of the landing 71A can be ensured, so that the first storage furniture 81 more reliably prevents users of the main staircase 71 from falling from the landing 71A to the floor 40A of the room 40.

As shown in FIG. 2, the second storage furniture 82 is provided adjacent to one side of the second staircase 72B. The second storage furniture 82 can be used as a handrail when moving from one side of the skip floor 60 and the room 40 to the other, improving convenience.

As shown in FIG. 6, the second storage furniture 82 includes a pair of side panels 82A, a top panel 82B, a back panel 82C (see FIG. 3), a louver panel 82D, and a louver 82E. The pair of side panels 82A and the back panel 82C are joined to the floor 40A of the room 40. The pair of side panels 82A, the top panel 82B, the back panel 82C, the louver panel 82D, and the louver 82E are joined to each other so as to form a storage space 82X that stores an item 200. The item 200 is, for example, a floor-mounted air conditioner.

The third storage furniture 83 shown in FIG. 2 is provided adjacent to at least one of the other side of the first staircase 72A and the other side of the second staircase 72B. In the example shown in FIG. 2, the third storage furniture 83 is provided adjacent to the other side of the first staircase 72A and the other side of the second staircase 72B. When moving from one side of the skip floor 60 and the room 40 to the other, the third storage furniture 83 can be used as a handrail, improving convenience.

As shown in FIG. 7, the third storage furniture 83 includes a pair of side louver panels 83A (see FIG. 6), a top plate 83B, a back plate 83C (see FIG. 6), a front louver panel 83D, a louver 83E, and a plurality of partition plates 83F. The back plate 83C is joined to the floor 40A of the room 40. The pair of side louver panels 83A, the top plate 83B, the back plate 83C, the front louver panel 83D, and the louver 83E are joined to each other so as to form a storage space 83X that stores items 300. The plurality of partition plates 83F divide the storage space 83X according to the size of the items 300 to be stored in the storage space 83X. The opening 83G faces the living room 44 (see FIG. 1) and the dining room 43 (see FIG. 1). The items 300 to be stored in the storage space 83X can be selected arbitrarily. In the example shown in FIG. 7, the items 300 are a thin television set 300A and a floor-standing air conditioner 300B.

As shown in FIG. 2, the fourth storage furniture 84 is provided adjacent to the first storage furniture 81 and the main staircase 71. As shown in FIG. 4, the fourth storage furniture 84 includes a shelf 84A and a support portion 84B that supports the shelf 84A.

The shelf 84A includes a plurality of vertical frames 84AA, a top plate 84AB, a plurality of shelf boards 84AC joined to the vertical frames 84AA, and a plurality of partition boards 84AD. The plurality of partition boards 84AD divide the space between the adjacent shelf boards 84AC in the height direction. The partition boards 84AD are joined to the adjacent shelf boards 84AC in the height direction. The partition boards 84AD divide the space between the adjacent shelf boards 84AC in the height direction, thereby forming a storage section 90 capable of storing items. The storage section 90 is open on the skip floor 60 side so that items can be stored and removed from the skip floor 60 side. The storage section 90 may be provided with a panel 91 on the back side to prevent stored items from falling. The panel 91 may be provided so as to cover the entire back side of the storage section 90, or may be provided so as to cover only a portion of it. It is preferable that the panel 91 be made of a transparent material. The shape of the panel 91 is not limited to a plate shape, but may also be rod-shaped, lattice-shaped, or mesh-shaped.

The support part 84B shown in FIG. 8 is a hollow box. A storage space (not shown) capable of storing items is formed inside the support part 84B. A door 94 is provided on the rear surface of the support part 84B, which is opened and closed when placing items in and removing them from the storage space. The type of door 94 can be selected arbitrarily. In the example shown in FIG. 8, the door 94 includes a single-leaf door 94A and a double-leaf door 94B.

The fifth storage furniture 85 shown in FIG. 2 is provided adjacent to the support portion 84B of the fourth storage furniture 84 and the side panel 82A of the second storage furniture 82. The fifth storage furniture 85 is a hollow box. The fifth storage furniture 85 has a top panel 85A and a louver panel 85B joined to the top panel 85A. The fifth storage furniture 85 stores, for example, a floor-mounted air conditioner.

The building 10 provides the following actions and effects.
Since the outer wall 11 and the inner wall 12 constituting the room 40 are separated from the split floor 60, users of the split floor 60 are less likely to feel oppressed.

(Modification)
The above-mentioned embodiment is an example of a form that a building according to the present invention can take, and is not intended to limit the form. A building according to the present invention can take a form different from the form exemplified in the embodiment. An example of such a form is a form in which a part of the configuration of the embodiment is replaced, changed, or omitted, or a form in which a new configuration is added to the embodiment. An example of a modified embodiment is shown below.

- The arrangement of the storage furniture 80 can be changed as desired. In the modified building 10, at least one of the first storage furniture 81, the second storage furniture 82, the third storage furniture 83, the fourth storage furniture 84, and the fifth storage furniture 85 is located away from the skip floor 60.

- The configuration of the third storage furniture 83 can be changed as desired. The third storage furniture 83 of the building 10 in the first modified example is provided adjacent to the other side of the first staircase 72A or the other side of the second staircase 72B. The building 10 in the second modified example has a plurality of third storage furniture 83. In the case of the second modified example, the third storage furniture 83 is provided adjacent to at least one of the other side of the first staircase 72A and the other side of the second staircase 72B.

A skip floor provided in the room so as to be independent from the walls constituting the room ;
A first staircase and a second staircase connecting the skip floor and the floor of the room are provided.
The split-floor is provided with a main staircase connecting the split-floor to an upper floor that is a floor higher than the floor on which the room is provided,
The main staircase includes a landing, a first portion connecting the floor of the split floor and the landing, and a second portion connecting the landing and the upper floor,
The first staircase and the second staircase face each other via the skip floor,
In a plan view, the extending direction of the first portion intersects with the extending direction of the second portion, and the extending direction of the first staircase and the second staircase intersects with the extending direction of the first portion.
