Description
The present invention relates to an adhesive material, and particularly to an adhesive material that is easy to use by being attached to a curved portion such as a hand or a fingertip with a large curved surface.
Hairdressers always use water, hot water, detergents, chemicals, etc. in hair washing, perm treatment, and other work, and sometimes perform cutting treatments, which can cause severe rough hands, scratches and cuts. In many cases, it is required to protect fingers from obstacles that can be called occupational diseases.
In this case, it is conceivable to work with gloves on, but the work cannot be performed smoothly, and the customer may feel uncomfortable and cannot actually be used.
Therefore, sticking a stretchy adhesive tape to the hands and fingertips to prevent the entry of water, hot water, detergents, chemicals, etc., and protecting the fingers from scratches and cuts. The above-mentioned salon work can be appropriately performed without causing the customer to feel uncomfortable like a glove.
These adhesive tapes are applied to fingers and are thin and flexible so that they do not stand out and can be used without a sense of incongruity. Since it is difficult to do, it is necessary to stick a carrier sheet (auxiliary sheet) to the base material side to facilitate the pasting operation.
In the skin covering material, a backing sheet (auxiliary sheet) is temporarily attached to one surface of the covering film, and the adhesive layer provided on the other surface of the covering film is covered with release paper. First, the release paper is peeled off, It is known to make it easy to stick to the affected part in the attached state, and to remove the mount sheet after sticking. (Patent Document 1)
Conventionally, when such a mount sheet (carrier sheet) is provided, the carrier sheet is usually sufficiently rigid and hard compared to the base sheet in order to make it easier to peel off after sticking the patch to the affected area. in use.
Therefore, if a carrier sheet that is not very rigid is used, it can be deformed following the curved surface of the finger, so that it can be easily adhered to the bent portion. .
However, when using a carrier sheet that is not so rigid, the familiarity between the base sheet and the carrier sheet after peeling off the release paper is too good, and the temporarily attached carrier sheet is used as the base sheet. It is difficult to peel off from the substrate, and it is often difficult to remove it, and even the pasted base sheet may be peeled off.
Therefore, the present invention has a large curved surface such as a hand or a fingertip, and can be sufficiently deformed in accordance with the curved surface, and can be easily adhered to the curved portion. In addition to being able to be affixed to a state, the carrier sheet is intended to be easily peeled off after being affixed.
As a result of continuing various studies and tests to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventor easily peels off or hardly peels off a carrier sheet that is temporarily attached to a thin and flexible base sheet and is not so rigid. It has been found that as a factor that influences this, the magnitude (strongness) of the adhesive force of the release sheet covering the adhesive layer of the base sheet to the adhesive layer is related.
That is, when the adhesive strength of the release sheet to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is strong, after peeling off the release sheet, it becomes easy to peel the carrier sheet from the base sheet, and when the adhesive strength of the release sheet to the adhesive layer is weak It has been found that after peeling off the release sheet, it becomes difficult to remove the carrier sheet from the base sheet.
Thus, when the adhesive force of the release sheet to the adhesive layer is large, the release sheet is somewhat difficult to peel off from the adhesive layer due to the softness of the carrier sheet, but the carrier sheet temporarily attached to the base sheet Is easy to peel off. On the other hand, when the adhesive strength of the release sheet to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is small, the release sheet is easily peeled off from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, but the carrier sheet temporarily attached to the base sheet is somewhat difficult to peel off.
Therefore, the present invention is based on the above knowledge, and uses a light release type release sheet having a small adhesive force to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a heavy release type release sheet having a large adhesive force, A plastic carrier that is flexible and stretchable and has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one surface of a thin plastic substrate sheet having a thickness of about 10 to 50 μm, and is less flexible and stretchable than the substrate sheet on the other surface of the substrate sheet Temporarily attach a sheet, cover a part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with a light-peeling type release sheet having a low adhesive force, and cover the other part with a heavy-peeling type release sheet with a high adhesive force. It is what.
Further, in this patch, the ratio of the 50% tensile stress of the base sheet to the 50% tensile stress of the carrier sheet is 1: 2 to 5.5, and the 50% tensile stress of the base sheet is at least 3.3 MPa. The 50% tensile stress of the carrier sheet is 18 MPa or less.
Furthermore, the ratio of the adhesive force between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the substrate sheet and the light release type release sheet and the adhesive force between the heavy release type release sheet is 1: 2 to 30, and the adhesive layer Adhesive force between the light release type release sheet and the light release type release sheet is at least 0.05 N / 10 mm, and the adhesive force between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the heavy release type release sheet is 3.0 N / 10 mm or less. It is.
Further, the ratio of the adhesive force between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the light release type release sheet and the adhesive force between the substrate sheet and the carrier sheet is in the range of 1: 3 to 10: 1. The adhesive force between the base sheet and the carrier sheet is 0.3 N / 10 mm or less.
Since the present invention is configured as described above, by peeling the release sheet, the curved surface of the hand, fingertip, etc. is greatly bent, and the bent portion can be sufficiently deformed following the curved surface. Therefore, it can be attached in such a state that it can be easily adhered to such curved surfaces and bent portions. And in the part where the heavy release type release sheet is peeled off, the carrier sheet is easier to peel off from the base sheet than the part where the light release type release sheet is peeled off, so the part where the heavy release type release sheet is peeled off If the carrier sheet is picked from the substrate sheet side and peeled off, the soft carrier sheet can be easily peeled off.

This 50% tensile stress is a numerical value when measured based on JIS Z 0237.

Further, in the patch 5 obtained in this way, the adhesive force between the pressure-sensitive

Such a patch 5 is often stored in a sachet and gas sterilized in many cases.

Next, when the folded

Further, in a stick-like portion such as a finger, first, the heavy release

(Discussion)
In Examples 1 and 2, both the light release type release sheet and the heavy release type release sheet can be easily peeled off, and the carrier sheet can be easily peeled off, and good results are obtained. ing.
On the other hand, in Comparative Examples 1 to 6, the balance between the adhesive force between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the light release type release sheet and the adhesive force between the pressure sensitive adhesive layer and the heavy release type release sheet is poor, and the usability is poor. .
In Comparative Examples 1 and 4, the difference in adhesive force between the light release type release sheet and the heavy release type release sheet with respect to the adhesive layer is too large, or the heavy release type release sheet and the adhesive layer Due to the strong adhesive force, the heavy release type release sheet is difficult to peel off, making it difficult to use as a patch. Since the thing of the comparative example 2 has the strong adhesive force of a base material sheet and a carrier sheet, it becomes impossible to peel a carrier sheet from a base material sheet well.
In Comparative Example 3, the adhesive strength of the light release type release sheet and the adhesive strength of the heavy release type release sheet to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are both about the same as the adhesive strength of the light release type release sheet of Example 1. However, both the release sheets can be easily peeled off, but the carrier sheet cannot be peeled off satisfactorily.
In Comparative Example 5, the adhesive strength of the light release type release sheet and the adhesive strength of the heavy release type release sheet to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are both about the same as the adhesive strength of the heavy release type release sheet of Example 2. Therefore, the carrier sheet can be peeled off, but the light release type release sheet is difficult to peel off.
In Comparative Example 6, the adhesive strength between the light release type release sheet and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer was small, and the light release type release sheet was easily peeled off even with a very small force, making it difficult to use.
