Description

The present invention relates to a method for producing a decorative board having at least a groove on the surface, and more particularly, a decorative board excellent in design that allows the groove to be viewed three-dimensionally without deeply forming the groove, particularly an interior material for housing equipment. Further, the present invention relates to a method of creating a decorative plate that can be suitably used for a storage door such as a system kitchen, a bathroom vanity door, and a ceiling material.

As a conventional decorative board, by providing a concave part and a groove part, a thing which gives a three-dimensional feeling and gives a high-class feeling is preferred, and many are provided.
When a groove is formed on such a decorative plate, it is preferable to form the groove deeply in order to make the groove clearly visible. However, if the groove is formed too deeply, a decorative film patterned by coloring is formed on the original plate. However, there is a problem in that inconveniences such as unevenness in the groove portions and uneven portions occur due to the time and effort required for positioning the film and the original plate.

In addition, in the case of applying a decorative coating to the surface of the original plate, if the groove is formed too deeply, the strength of the decorative plate will be weakened, so that it becomes necessary to form a thicker wall than necessary, or uneven ink may occur. There was a problem.

Further, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-5144 (Patent Document 1), as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), makeup capable of easily performing patterning on the surface having the concave portion 6, the convex portion 5 and the joint 7 is provided. A plate manufacturing method has been proposed.
That is, in Patent Document 1, a B-stage paper-like material 1 impregnated with a resin liquid and having a pigment 4 attached to the surface thereof is disposed on a substrate 2 and thermocompression-bonded from above through a rubber-like elastic body. Thus, the pigment 4 moves by being pressed by the rubber-like elastic body, flows into the concave portion 6 of the substrate 2, and forms a thick opaque pigment 4 layer in the concave portion 6, while the convex portion 5 presses against the rubber-like elastic body. As a result, a method of manufacturing a glossy decorative board in which the color of the pigment 4 is slightly shaded according to the amount of the pigment 4 and the convex portion 5 is lifted by forming the thin layer of the pigment 4 is proposed. .

However, according to the above method, when there are many concave portions, a large amount of pigment flows into the concave portions, so that a large amount of pigment is required, resulting in high cost, and when the unevenness and joints are shallow, such as about 1 mm or less, There is a fear that the surface becomes a substantially planar shape and a three-dimensional feel cannot be obtained.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-5144

The present invention has been proposed in order to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a decorative board having a three-dimensional appearance and excellent design without forming a groove portion deeply. .

According to claim 2, the said corresponding portion to be stuck in the groove of the original sheet of the decorative film, the more toward the groove bottom from its proximal end, characterized in that colored dark color.

According to claim 3, the surface of the original plate, a method of making a decorative laminate which has been subjected to cosmetic coating on the surface of the original plate, after the groove has been machined on the basis of the three-dimensional data, based on the three-dimensional data The groove portion is colored by an ink jet printer so that the groove portion has a darker color than other portions.

According to the method for producing the decorative board according to claim 1 or 2, the coloring of the corresponding part of the decorative film stuck to the groove part of the original board is colored in a darker color than the other parts. The groove portion can be seen three-dimensionally without forming the groove portion deeply, and the design is excellent.

Moreover, since a groove part is not formed deeply, it can perform reliably and easily, without sticking to the original plate of a decorative film.
Further, since the three-dimensional shape of the groove can be clarified without forming a shade depending on the amount of ink or pigment, the cost is excellent.

In claim 2, even when the groove portion is shallowly formed by coloring the corresponding portion of the decorative film attached to the groove portion of the original plate from the base end toward the groove bottom, the color is darker. Thus, the design has a more three-dimensional effect.

In Claim 3, it is the decorative board which gave the decorative coating to the surface of the negative | original plate which formed the groove part, Comprising: The groove part is deeply formed by coloring the color of a groove part in a color darker than another part. Therefore, the groove can be shown three-dimensionally, and the design is excellent.

Further, since it is not necessary to form the groove portion deeply, it does not weaken in strength, and it is difficult to cause uneven coating, so that the appearance is good and the cost is excellent.
Furthermore, by coloring the surface of the original plate directly, it is possible to effectively color even when the shape of the groove is complicated.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

1 and 2 show a decorative board according to the present embodiment, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the decorative board, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state before the decorative film and the original board are attached.

As shown in FIG. 1, the decorative board 10 of the present embodiment has a decorative film 20 attached to the surface of the original board 30 on which the groove 30a is formed.

The groove 30a is cut in a substantially V shape from the start end to the end in the X direction of the original plate 30.
The decorative film 20 is colored with various patterns and a plurality of colors, and the corresponding portion 20a attached to the groove portion 30a, that is, the portion composed of the width Z1 and the width Z2 and the width X is the other portion, that is, It is colored in a darker color than the width Y1, the width Y2 and the width X.

By setting it as the above structures, the groove part 30a can be shown in three dimensions, without forming the groove part 30a deeply, and it becomes the thing excellent in the designability.

Moreover, since it is not necessary to form the groove part 30a deeply, the decorative film 20 can be reliably and easily adhered to the original plate 30 without reducing the strength of the original plate.
Further, since the three-dimensional shape of the groove 30a can be made clear without forming a shade depending on the amount of ink or pigment, the cost is excellent.

The original plate 30 may be any material that can form a groove 30a such as a single plate, plywood, laminated wood, MDF, particle fiber wood, metal plate such as iron plate or aluminum plate, or resin plate. Something like that.

The decorative film 20 may be any film as long as it can be attached to the original plate 30 such as a resin film, paper, and cloth and can be colored, but a thermoplastic resin film may be used. This is preferable when the decorative film 20 is adhered to the original plate 30 by thermocompression bonding.

In the present embodiment, the groove portion 30a is cut into a substantially V shape, but is not limited to this, and is not limited to this, such as a U shape, a W shape, a concave shape, or a multi-stage structure, an inclined groove formed with steps. Cutting may be performed.
Further, the width Y3 and the depth D of the groove portion 30a are appropriately selected from the viewpoint of design and the material and thickness of the original plate 30, and may be any degree, but the depth D is excessively formed as described above. Therefore, when the width Y3 is 3 mm or more, the depth D is preferably about 2 mm to 8 mm, more preferably about 3 mm to 5 mm.

In addition, the groove 30a is cut in the X direction from the start end to the end, and the upper view is cut in only one place in a substantially rectangular shape, but the present invention is not limited to this. It is cut in various directions in the diagonal direction so that the grooves intersect. For example, it may have a grid-like configuration, and further, the grooves and recesses are formed from the middle of the original plate without cutting from the start to the end. May be.

Next, a method of creating the decorative board 10 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 2 showing a state before the decorative film 20 and the original board 30 are attached.
In FIG. 2, the colored portion of the decorative film 20 is surrounded by a dotted line, and the dark colored portion, that is, the base ends 20c and 20c are indicated by a two-dot chain line, and the groove bottom 20b is shown. It is indicated by a one-dot chain line.

In this embodiment, the shape of the original plate 30 is designed using a three-dimensional CAD, the entire shape and the groove 30a are cut, and the decorative film 20 is colored based on the three-dimensional data.
Specifically, as described above, the decorative film 20 is not limited to a single color, but is colored with various patterns and a plurality of colors, and the corresponding portion 20a to be attached to the groove 30a, that is, the width Z1 and the width Z2 and the width. The portion made of X is colored in a darker color than the other portions, that is, the portion made of width Y1, width Y2, and width X.

ここで、溝部30aに貼着される対応部分20aへの着色は、その基端20c、20cから溝底20b(原板30に形成される溝部30aの最下部に当接する部分となる。)
Here, the coloring of the corresponding portion 20a attached to the groove portion 30a is directed from the base ends 20c and 20c toward the groove bottom 20b (the portion that comes into contact with the lowermost portion of the groove portion 30a formed on the original plate 30). It is preferable that the color is darker, that is, the color is gradually darkened.
Thereby, even when the groove part 30a is formed shallowly as described above, the decorative board having a more three-dimensional design and excellent design is obtained.

For coloring the decorative film 20, for example, a method of printing with an ink jet printer based on the three-dimensional data of the original plate 30 is used.
As a result, as described above, it is possible to easily color the corresponding portion 20a attached to the groove portion 30a so as to have a darker color than the other portions.

Further, in this embodiment, the groove 30a is cut into a simple substantially V shape to facilitate the explanation of the structural features of the present invention. Even if it is a simple shape, the distance and shape from the base ends 20c, 20c to the groove bottom 20b are calculated based on the three-dimensional data, and the decorative film 20 can be colored.
In addition, what is necessary is just to apply a well-known thing about the printing method by an inkjet printer, and a suitable ink, and detailed description here is abbreviate | omitted.

The decorative film 20 colored as described above is subjected to parallel adjustment and positioning by detecting positioning reference lines L1 and L2 formed on the decorative film 20 and positioning edges E1 and E2 of the original plate 20 using an optical sensor. Then, the decorative film 20 is attached to the original plate 30 and unnecessary portions are cut to complete the decorative plate 10.
A protective film (not shown) may be further adhered after the decorative film 20 is adhered.
The decorative film 20 and the protective film may be attached by using a known method such as thermocompression bonding with an adhesive or pressure bonding with an elastic roller, and detailed description thereof is omitted here.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a decorative board according to the present embodiment.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, it is a decorative plate 11 printed directly on an original plate 31 by an ink jet printer, and the groove 11a is an original plate other than the other portion, that is, the groove 11a surrounded by the base edge 11c. It is colored darker than the surface part.

尚、実施例1と同様に基端縁11cから溝底11b(一点鎖線で示している。)
As in the first embodiment, the original plate 31 is designed using a three-dimensional CAD, the entire shape and the groove 11a are cut, and the original plate 31 is colored based on the three-dimensional data.
In addition, it is preferable to color in a deeper color as it goes from the base end edge 11c to the groove bottom 11b (shown by the alternate long and short dash line) as in the first embodiment.

According to the said structure, since it is not necessary to form the groove part 11a deeply, it does not become weak in intensity | strength, but since it is hard to produce the coating nonuniformity, it looks good and becomes excellent also in cost.
Further, by coloring the surface of the original plate 31 directly, it is possible to effectively perform coloring even when the shape of the groove is complicated.

In the present embodiment, the shape of the groove portion 11a is a substantially inverted U shape when viewed from above and a substantially U shape (semi-circular shape) when viewed from a cross section. Moreover, it can be applied to complicated shapes.
In addition, if the original plate 31 is a permeable material, it is preferable to perform base coating, and further, a protective top coat may be applied after printing a pattern or a plurality of colors.

Since other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment, description thereof is omitted.
