10 証明:10a 部品上に潤滑剤あり、10b 部品上に潤滑剤なし
Claims (8)
- 部品の表面上の残留物を検出する方法であって、
基礎溶液(1)および基準溶液(2)を水から生成するステップと、
新しい溶媒を前記基礎溶液の一部に加えて洗浄溶液を生成するステップ(3)と、
検査すべき前記部品の少なくとも一部を前記洗浄溶液で満たすステップ(4)と、
前記部品の内面全体を前記洗浄溶液で濡らすステップ(5)と、
前記部品から前記洗浄溶液を排出するステップ(6)と、
前記洗浄溶液を前記基礎溶液の残りに加えて検査溶液を生成するステップ(7)と、
前記検査溶液と前記基準溶液を比較するステップ(8)と、
前記部品の表面上の潤滑剤の証明(10a、10b)として、前記洗浄溶液と前記基礎溶液の間の混合ゾーンに濁りが発生したかどうかを検査するステップ(9)とを含む方法。 - 前記基礎溶液(1)および前記基準溶液(2)を生成するために、脱イオン化または蒸留されている水9mlが試験管に入れられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄溶液を生成するため、新しい溶媒1mlがパスツール・ピペットを使用して前記基礎溶液の前記一部に加えられる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 検査すべき前記部品が、その空体積の5〜10%を前記洗浄溶液で満たされるが、前記洗浄溶液は0.1lを超えない、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記部品が前記濡らすステップ(5)で所定の前記洗浄溶液で曝される時間の経過後に振られ、および/または旋回され、前記表面からの前記潤滑剤の溶解を促進する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記曝される時間が少なくとも10分であり、前記振りおよび旋回が10から15回行われる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記検査溶液を生成するため、前記使用済み洗浄溶液1.0mlがパスツール・ピペットを使用して上方から試験管内に移されるものであり、前記試験管は水9.0mlで満たされており、前記水は脱イオン化または蒸留されており、前記試験管は前記使用済み洗浄溶液を移す間は動かされない、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄溶液を生成するための溶媒として、2−プロパノール、変性エタノール、またはアセトンが使用される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
