Description
成形材料は、少なくとも複数種の生分解性樹脂とシリコーン成分とを含み、複数種の生分解性樹脂中、少なくとも25重量部以上をバイオマス樹脂とし、シリコーン成分によりトレーの表面に滑性を付与するようにしたことを特徴としている。
また、トレーを圧空成形すれば、真空成形では成形圧力が不足する場合に有意義であり、しかも、製品にムラが少なく、コーナ部もシャープに形成することができる。また、成形材料にシリコーン成分を添加してトレーの表面に滑性を付与するので、物品にトレーを円滑に嵌め合わせたり、複数のトレーを容易に積み重ねることが可能になる。
なお、ポリ乳酸樹脂以外の生分解性樹脂の出発材料の代表例としては、コハク酸、アジピン酸、テレフタル酸、1、4‐ブタンジオール等があげられる。

Claims (4)
- 物品を挟み持って当該物品に作用する衝撃を和らげる複数のトレーを備え、この複数のトレーのうち、少なくとも一のトレーをシート化した成形材料により真空成形あるいは圧空成形した緩衝体であって、
成形材料は、少なくとも複数種の生分解性樹脂とシリコーン成分とを含み、複数種の生分解性樹脂中、少なくとも25重量部以上をバイオマス樹脂とし、シリコーン成分によりトレーの表面に滑性を付与するようにしたことを特徴とする緩衝体。 - 物品を、半導体ウェーハを収納する基板収納容器とした請求項1記載の緩衝体。
- トレーは、物品に嵌まる嵌合被覆部と、この嵌合被覆部の周壁に形成されて外方向に伸びる連結片と、この連結片に形成されて嵌合被覆部の周壁に隙間をおいて対向する対向壁とを含み、連結片をベローズ構造とした請求項1又は2記載の緩衝体。
- 請求項1、2、又は3記載の緩衝体を収納することを特徴とする梱包体。
