Abstract
【解決手段】 基板収納容器を挟持して衝撃を和らげる上下一対のトレー10を備え、各トレーを少なくとも複数種の生分解性樹脂を含む成形材料により成形し、複数種の生分解性樹脂中、少なくとも25重量部以上をバイオマス樹脂とする。スタッキング可能な薄いトレー10を複数使用するので、保管時の嵩容積を低減し、保管コストを削減することができる。また、発泡スチロール等からなる緩衝体を省略するので、廃棄する場合にも有害な燃焼ガスが発生せず、環境保護の要請を満たすこともできる。

Description
複数種の生分解性樹脂中、少なくとも25重量部以上をバイオマス樹脂としたことを特徴としている。
また、物品を挟み持つ複数のトレーを備え、この複数のトレーのうち、少なくとも一のトレーをシート化した成形材料により真空成形あるいは圧空成形することができる。
また、成形材料にシリコーン成分を添加してトレーの表面に滑性を付与することもできる。
また、トレーをシート化した成形材料により真空成形すれば、あらゆる形状の物品に対応する高精度のトレーを短納期で安価に成形したり、汎用性を高めることができる。また、トレーを圧空成形すれば、真空成形では成形圧力が不足する場合に有意義であり、しかも、製品にムラが少なく、コーナ部もシャープに形成することができる。
さらに、トレーの連結片をベローズ構造とすれば、物品の搬送時や輸送時等にトレーの連結片が伸縮したり撓んで物品に外部から加わる衝撃を吸収、減衰するので、物品の損傷や破損を抑制することが可能になる。
なお、ポリ乳酸樹脂以外の生分解性樹脂の出発材料の代表例としては、コハク酸、アジピン酸、テレフタル酸、1、4‐ブタンジオール等があげられる。

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも複数種の生分解性樹脂を含む成形材料により成形され、物品に作用する衝撃を和らげる緩衝体であって、
複数種の生分解性樹脂中、少なくとも25重量部以上をバイオマス樹脂としたことを特徴とする緩衝体。 - 物品を、半導体ウェーハを収納する基板収納容器とした請求項1記載の緩衝体。
- 物品を挟み持つ複数のトレーを備え、この複数のトレーのうち、少なくとも一のトレーをシート化した成形材料により真空成形あるいは圧空成形した請求項1又は2記載の緩衝体。
- 成形材料にシリコーン成分を添加してトレーの表面に滑性を付与した請求項3記載の緩衝体。
- トレーは、物品に嵌まる嵌合被覆部と、この嵌合被覆部の周壁に形成されて外方向に伸びる連結片と、この連結片に形成されて嵌合被覆部の周壁に隙間をおいて対向する対向壁とを含み、連結片をベローズ構造とした請求項3又は4記載の緩衝体。
- 請求項1ないし5いずれかに記載の緩衝体を収納することを特徴とする梱包体。
