Description

【0001】
【0016】
上記木質繊維板2は、比重0.6〜0.9、厚さが1.0〜2.5mm(板状基材1の1/2〜1/5程度の厚さ)のものである。
【0017】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention belongs to a technical field related to a wooden decorative floor material excellent in decorativeness and workability.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this kind of wooden decorative flooring material, the upper edge of the decorative board is beveled diagonally, or a decorative joint groove having a V-shaped cross section in the vertical direction, the horizontal direction or both directions is formed on the decorative board surface. What is done is well known.
[0003]
However, since the slant chamfered one or the one with the V-shaped decorative joint groove formed does not have a soft feeling, for example, as shown in FIG. (See Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-88992). In this proposal, for example, when adjacent decorative flooring materials A and A are joined together by actual bonding, a joint groove 12 ′ in which both opposite side surfaces are curved is formed between both decorative flooring materials A and A. Therefore, a soft feeling and a walking feeling can be improved.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional one, when the gap 16 is generated in the actual joint portion between the decorative floor materials A and A due to the dimensional change of the decorative floor material A, there is a problem that the gap 16 is easily noticeable. Moreover, dust, dust, and the like easily enter the gap 16 from the joint groove 12 '. Once the dust, dust, etc. enter the gap 16 and become clogged, it is difficult to remove the dust and the like in that state and difficult to clean. It becomes.
[0005]
This invention is made | formed in view of such a point, The objective is improving the shape and structure of the upper edge corner | angular part as mentioned above, and the joint groove between adjacent flooring materials It is intended to make it easier to clean the joint groove by making it difficult for the gap to stand out even if a gap is formed in the gap and making it difficult for dust to fall into the gap.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, in addition to the arc-shaped convex surface, a bottom surface extending horizontally from the lower end is formed on the upper edge corner portion of the decorative floor material, and the adjacent decorative floor is formed by this bottom surface. The joint bottom of the horizontal flat surface was formed in the joint groove between the materials.
[0007]
Specifically, in the invention of claim 1, an arcuate convex surface composed of an arc surface projecting outward is formed on the upper edge corner of the wooden decorative board provided with a decorative layer on the surface of the wooden substrate, and this circle. A bottom surface extending horizontally from the lower end of the arc-shaped convex surface, and when joined to another floor material, the arc-shaped convex surface and the bottom surface of both floor materials are opposed to each other to form a joint groove, and the joint groove The bottom wall is configured to be formed on a joint bottom composed of a horizontal flat surface by the bottom surfaces of both floor materials.
[0008]
With the above configuration, the upper edge corner of the decorative wood flooring board is provided with an arc-shaped convex surface formed of an arc surface protruding toward the outside. A joint groove in which both side surfaces are curved is formed by the arc-shaped convex surface between the decorative flooring materials, and the soft feeling and the walking feeling can be improved.
[0009]
And since the bottom face extended horizontally from the lower end of the said arc-shaped convex surface is provided, the joint bottom which consists of a horizontal flat surface by the said bottom face is formed in the joint groove between both decorative flooring materials. For this reason, even if a gap occurs between adjacent decorative flooring materials due to a change in the size of the decorative flooring material, the joint floor becomes more conspicuous, and the appearance of the joints becomes less noticeable. Can be increased.
[0010]
Even when dirt or dust falls in the joint groove between the two decorative flooring materials, most of the dust stays on the joint floor consisting of the above horizontal flat surface, and any dust collected on the joint floor is further removed. It becomes difficult to be pushed in, and dust can be easily removed from the joint groove to facilitate cleaning.
[0011]
In the invention of claim 2, an arcuate convex surface comprising an arcuate surface projecting outward at the upper edge corner of the woody decorative board provided with a decorative layer on the surface of the wooden substrate, and a lower end of the arcuate convex surface An arc-shaped concave surface consisting of a continuous arc-shaped concave surface and a bottom surface extending horizontally from the lower end of the arc-shaped concave surface is provided, and the arc shape of both floor materials when joined to other floor materials. The convex surface, the arc-shaped concave surface, and the bottom face are formed so as to form a joint groove facing left and right, and the bottom wall of the joint groove is formed on the joint base composed of a horizontal flat surface by the bottom surfaces of both floor materials. It shall be.
[0012]
If it carries out like this, there can exist an effect similar to invention of the said Claim 1. In addition, since the arcuate convex surface and the horizontally extending bottom surface are connected by an arcuate concave surface consisting of an arcuate surface that is recessed inwardly, the surface is coated with a flow coater, sponge roll, etc. When painting, the paint contact angle with the arcuate concave surface between the arcuate convex surface and the bottom surface can be increased to improve wetting, and even with a flow coater, sponge roll, etc. The finish of the flooring can be made beautiful.
[0013]
In the invention of claim 3, a rising side wall is provided on the upper edge portion of the wooden decorative board in the decorative flooring material and extends linearly in a substantially vertical direction continuously from the upper end of the arcuate convex surface. Therefore, when the curved surface of the arc-shaped convex surface is processed by a grinding means such as brush grinding, the rising side wall serves as a guide for the grinding means such as the blade edge of the brush, so that the surface is not ground and the arc-shaped convex surface is improved. It can be made smooth. In addition, the rising side wall clearly separates the horizontal surface, which is the surface, from the arcuate convex surface, so that a decorative appearance with good decorativeness can be obtained in which the curved side wall made of the arcuate convex surface is emphasized.
[0014]
In the invention of claim 4, the wood substrate is composed of a plate-like base material and a wood fiber board on which an arc-shaped convex surface is formed, and the wood fiber board is made of a wood fiber board having a specific gravity of 0.6 or more. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 3 shows a wooden decorative flooring A according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and this decorative flooring A includes a wooden substrate 3 formed by adhering a wooden fiberboard 2 to the surface of a plate-like substrate 1 such as plywood. It consists of a wooden decorative board 5 provided with a surface decorative layer 4 such as a veneer, which is bonded and integrated with the upper surface (front surface) of the wooden substrate 3.
[0016]
The wood fiber board 2 has a specific gravity of 0.6 to 0.9 and a thickness of 1.0 to 2.5 mm (a thickness of about 1/2 to 1/5 of the plate-like substrate 1).
[0017]
The veneer constituting the surface decorative layer 4 is a hardwood veneer such as oak, beech, tamo, elm, sen, hippopotamus and zelkova having a thickness of 0.2 to 3 mm, or a softwood veneer such as hinoki and pine, A process of immersing in a synthetic resin liquid such as an unsaturated polyester resin liquid or an acrylic resin liquid, or applying the synthetic resin liquid to a veneer and infiltrating and impregnating the veneer before hardening. May be applied.
[0018]
Specifically, for example, a 9 mm thick plywood is used as the base material 1 and a 2.0 mm thick medium density fiber board (MDF) is used as the wood fiber board 2. A single plate made of 5 mm oak material may be used. Further, a cushion material can be provided on the back surface of the wooden decorative board 5.
[0019]
.. Of the pair of left and right side surfaces along the length direction of the plate-like substrate 1 in each of the decorative plates 5 so that the plurality of wooden decorative floor materials A, A,. One side (left side in the figure) has a female real part 6 formed by cutting out the central portion in the thickness direction of the side surface into a groove shape, and the other side (right side in the figure) has front and back sides on the side. Are formed, and by fitting the male part 7 of the adjacent flooring material A to the female part 6 on the side surface of the flooring material A, both flooring materials A and A are connected to each other. They are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction.
[0020]
In each flooring A, an arcuate convex surface 9, an arcuate concave surface 10 and a bottom surface at the same height on both the left and right sides of the left and right side portions along the length direction of the wooden decorative board 5 11 are provided in order from the upper side over the range of the surface decorative layer 4 or the wood fiber board 2, respectively. Each of the arcuate convex surfaces 9 is formed of an arc surface protruding in a substantially arc shape in cross section toward the outer side in the left-right direction of the decorative plate 5, and its upper end is continuous with the surface of the decorative layer 4 (decorative plate 5).
[0021]
Further, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 2, the arcuate concave surface 10 is an arcuate surface that is recessed inward, and its upper end is continuous with the lower end of the arcuate convex surface 9.
[0022]
Further, each bottom surface 11 extends substantially horizontally from the lower end of the arcuate concave surface 10, and the outer end thereof is continuous with the side surface of the wood fiber board 2 (decorative board 5).
[0023]
And as shown in FIG.1 and FIG.2, when both flooring materials A and A are joined by actual coupling | bonding, the circular-arc-shaped convex surface 9,9 of both flooring materials A and A, circular-arc-shaped concave surface 10,10, and the bottom face 11 , 11 face the left and right to form a joint groove 12, and the right and left side walls of the joint groove 12 are directed toward the opening side (upper side) of the joint groove 12 by the arcuate convex surfaces 9, 9 of both flooring materials A, A. It has a joint surface in which the groove width gradually increases and the bottom wall has a joint bottom formed on a horizontal flat surface by the bottom surfaces 11 and 11 of both flooring materials A and A. The left and right corners are formed on the arcuate surfaces by the arcuate concave surfaces 10, 10 of both flooring materials A, A.
[0024]
Further, a plurality of decorative joint grooves 14, 14,... Extending in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the wooden decorative flooring A and having a depth extending from the surface decorative layer 4 to the wooden fiber board 2 are formed in the center of the surface of the decorative board 5. Is provided. Each decorative joint groove 14 has substantially the same cross-sectional shape as the joint groove 12 formed at the joint portion between the floor materials A and A (see FIGS. 1 and 2), and the wall portion of each decorative joint groove 14. Is an arcuate side wall 14a having an outward bulge that bulges downward toward the center in the width direction of the cosmetic joint groove 14, and an arcuate surface that is recessed from the lower end of the arcuate side wall 14a toward the outer side in the width direction of the joint joint groove 14. And a horizontal bottom surface 14c located between the lower ends of the arcuate concave surface 14b.
[0025]
The decorative joint grooves 14 can also be formed in the width direction of the decorative board 5. That is, what is necessary is just to form so that it may continue in the direction parallel to at least one of the vertical direction of the decorative board 5, or a horizontal direction.
[0026]
The surface of the surface decorative layer 4 and the inner surface of the decorative joint groove 14 are continuously coated with, for example, a urethane synthetic resin transparent paint to form a coating film. Further, a cutting tool such as a combination cutter, saw, or router is used for cutting the decorative plate 5.
[0027]
Therefore, in this embodiment, when a plurality of decorative flooring materials A, A,... Are arranged side by side on a floor base material (not shown), the other floor member A, A has a female real part 6 on one side of the other. By fitting the male part 7 of the flooring material A, both flooring materials A, A are joined in a line in the left-right direction, and a joint groove 12 is formed between the two flooring materials A, A. It is formed. At that time, since the arcuate convex surface 9 made of an arc surface projecting outward is provided at the upper edge corner portion of the wooden decorative board 5 of the decorative flooring material A, between the two decorative flooring materials A, A. The formed joint groove 12 becomes the joint groove 12 whose both side surfaces are curved by the arcuate convex surface 9, and can improve the soft feeling and the walking feeling.
[0028]
Moreover, since the joint surface groove | channels 14, 14, ... of the substantially same cross-sectional shape as the joint groove 12 of the junction part between the said floor materials A and A are formed also in the center part surface of each flooring material A, soft feeling or The feeling of walking can be further improved.
[0029]
Further, since each joint groove 14 on the center surface of each floor material A has substantially the same cross-sectional shape as the joint groove 12 at the joint between the floor materials A and A, the joint between the decorative floor materials A and A is provided. It becomes difficult to distinguish between the joint groove 12 and the decorative joint grooves 14, 14,... On the center surface of each floor material A, and the appearance appearance when the floor material A is constructed can be enhanced.
[0030]
And since the bottom face 11 extended substantially horizontally from the lower end of the said arc-shaped convex surface 9 is provided in the upper edge corner | angular part of the wooden decorative board 5 of each said decorative flooring material A, between the said both decorative flooring materials A and A The joint groove 12 is formed into a joint groove having the bottom surface 11 as a base. For this reason, this joint floor becomes conspicuous, and after such construction, as shown by a virtual line in FIG. Even so, as the joint bottom becomes more conspicuous, the gap 16 becomes less conspicuous and the appearance of the joint portion can be enhanced.
[0031]
Further, even when dust or dust falls in the joint groove 12 between the two decorative flooring materials A and A in a state where the gap 16 is generated between the two decorative flooring materials A and A as described above, the dust etc. Remains on the joint bottom (on the bottom surfaces 11, 11 of the joint groove 12), and the dust accumulated on the joint bottom becomes difficult to be pushed further into the joint gap 16. It can be easily removed to facilitate cleaning.
[0032]
Furthermore, an arcuate concave surface 10 made of an arcuate surface that is recessed inward is provided between the arcuate convex surface 9 and the bottom surface 11 at the corner of the upper edge of the wooden decorative board 5 of each decorative floor material A. Therefore, when coating the surface of the decorative flooring material A with a flow coater or a sponge roll, the contact angle of the paint with respect to the arcuate concave surface 10 between the arcuate convex surface 9 and the bottom surface 11 is increased to wet the surface. Even if a flow coater, a sponge roll, or the like is used, the finish of the decorative flooring material A can be made beautiful by painting without leaving unpainted.
[0033]
Furthermore, since the portion of the substrate 3 that hits the upper edge of the decorative board 5 is made of the wood fiber board 2 having a specific gravity of 0.6 or more, the wood fiber board 2 has less vertical and horizontal directions than the plywood, and the plywood In particular, a bolus section of a conduit, temporary conduit, or wood fiber appears at the upper edge in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the fiber, or the fiber at the upper edge is fluffed without being cut cleanly. Thus, the arcuate convex surface 9 can be prevented from becoming a rough surface, and the curved side wall can be cut or ground more favorably.
[0034]
(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment (in the following embodiments, the same parts as those in FIGS. 1 to 3 are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted). In the first embodiment, the flooring material is shown. While the arcuate convex surface 9, the arcuate concave surface 10 and the bottom surface 11 are provided at the upper edge corner of the wooden decorative board 5 of A, the arcuate concave surface 10 is omitted.
[0035]
That is, in this embodiment, an arcuate convex surface 9 made of an arc surface protruding outward and a bottom surface 11 extending substantially horizontally from the lower end of the arcuate convex surface 9 are formed at the upper edge corner of the wooden decorative board 5. Is provided. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, and therefore, this embodiment can achieve the same functions and effects as those of the first embodiment.
[0036]
(Embodiment 3)

In this embodiment, in addition to the configuration of the first embodiment, a rising side wall 18 that extends linearly in a substantially vertical direction continuously from the upper end of the arcuate convex surface 9 is provided at the upper edge of each of the left and right sides of the decorative plate 5. When both floor materials A and A are joined by actual bonding, the rising side walls 18 and 18 of both floor materials A and A, the arc-shaped convex surfaces 9 and 9, the arc-shaped concave surfaces 10 and 10, and the bottom surface 11 and 11 forms a joint groove 12 facing left and right, and the joint groove 12 is a groove whose left and right side walls are directed toward the opening side (upper side) of the joint groove 12 by the arcuate convex surfaces 9 and 9 of both flooring materials A and A. The outer wall is formed into a curved surface with an outward bulge so that the width gradually increases, and the bottom wall is formed on the joint base composed of flat surfaces by the bottom surfaces 11 and 11 of both flooring materials A and A, and the bottom wall of the joint bottom is formed. The left and right corners are arcuate surfaces due to the arcuate concave surfaces 10 and 10 of both flooring materials A and A. It is formed, and further so that the upper end of the left and right side walls are formed in a linear rising side consisting rising side wall 18, 18 of both flooring A, A.
[0037]
Each decorative joint groove 14 on the central surface of the decorative board 5 is formed to have substantially the same cross-sectional shape as the joint groove 12 formed in the joint portion between the floor materials A and A (see FIG. 5). Yes.
