[0004] In addition, a wooden floor constructed using a decorative veneer has an inconvenience that the appearance is deteriorated. In other words, since the vertical groove of the decorative veneer is usually formed along the fiber direction of the veneer veneer, the horizontal groove is formed along the direction orthogonal to the fiber direction of the veneer veneer. Thus, a duct hole of a decorative veneer appears on the inner surface on both sides of the lateral groove having a V-shaped cross section. And if the conduit hole only appears, even if the colored paint is sucked by the conduit hole that appears on the inner surface on both sides of the horizontal groove that is the inclined plane, color unevenness occurs, so that the conduit hole becomes more conspicuous, The appearance of the wooden floor will deteriorate.

The decorative decorative board 1 according to the present embodiment is
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a decorative veneer 3 is adhered on the surface of a substrate 2, and the surface of the veneer veneer 3 is formed by vertical grooves 4 and horizontal grooves 5 which are orthogonal to each other. A plurality of sectioned screens 6 that are sectioned and have a rectangular shape in a plan view are arranged side by side in a state where they are aligned in the same longitudinal direction. In this case, the substrate 2 is formed by sequentially laminating the MDF 7 and the 5-ply plywood 8 from the front surface side along the thickness direction. For example, the thickness of the MDF 7 is 2.7 mm, and the thickness of the plywood 8 is The thickness is to be 9.0 mm. Note that the plywood 8 here functions as a reinforcing material for the MDF 7, and the rigidity of the wooden floor formed using the decorative veneer 1 is ensured by the plywood 8.

The decorative veneer 3 adhered on the surface of the substrate 2 has a thickness of, for example, 0.3 mm. Lateral groove 5
Each penetrates the decorative veneer 3 to the surface side of the substrate 2, that is, the depth penetrating into the MDF 6, for example,
It has a depth of 1.0 to 1.2 mm from the surface of the decorative veneer 3. Each of the vertical grooves 4 here is continuous along the longitudinal direction of each section screen 6, and has inner surfaces 4 on both sides thereof.
a is formed so as to have a curved surface shape protruding in a direction orthogonal to the direction in which the vertical groove 4 is formed, while each of the horizontal grooves 5 is formed so that both inner surfaces 5 a are formed along the short direction of each section screen 6. 5 is formed in a state having a curved surface shape protruding in a direction perpendicular to the forming direction. Here, both inner surfaces 4 of the vertical groove 4 and the horizontal groove 5 are used.
Since both a and 5a have a curved surface shape, a corner does not exist at the upper edge of the vertical groove 4 and the horizontal groove 5.

That is, in this case, the vertical groove 4 is formed along the fiber direction of the decorative veneer 3, and the horizontal groove 5 is formed in the decorative veneer 3
Are formed along the direction perpendicular to the fiber direction of the vertical grooves 4 and the inner surfaces 4a,
5a both have a similar curved shape protruding inward in the cross-sectional direction. In the case of such a configuration, the decorative veneer 3 is provided on both curved inner surfaces 5a of the lateral grooves 5 formed along the direction perpendicular to the fiber direction of the veneer veneer 3.
However, since the inner surfaces 5a on both sides are not inclined planes but curved surfaces and the cuts of the conduit holes are gently curved, colored paint is formed by the conduit holes. Even if it is sucked, the color unevenness does not become conspicuous, and the appearance of the wooden floor formed using the decorative veneer board 1 is improved.

The vertical grooves 4 and the horizontal grooves 5 formed on the decorative veneer 3 to divide the section screen 6 have a depth penetrating the decorative veneer 3 and penetrating into the MDF 6.
Since DF6 is a material having a high hardness, a dense structure, and a property of good machinability, it is unlikely that color unevenness due to the suction of the colored paint will be noticeable. In this case, as the depths of the vertical grooves 4 and the horizontal grooves 5 become deeper, the three-dimensional feeling when the wooden floor is formed becomes rich and the soft feeling increases. In the decorative board 1, since the vertical grooves 4 and the horizontal grooves 5 have a depth penetrating the decorative veneer 3 and penetrating into the MDF 6, a wooden floor with a rich three-dimensional feeling and a soft taste can be configured. become.

As described above, the architectural decorative panel according to the present invention has a substrate on which a decorative veneer is adhered on the surface, in which MDF and plywood are sequentially laminated from the surface side in the thickness direction. Or, while the MDF, the plywood and the MDF are sequentially laminated, the vertical groove and the horizontal groove which define the section screen of the veneer veneer penetrate the veneer veneer and enter the surface side of the substrate. And the inner surfaces on both sides of each of the vertical groove and the horizontal groove have a curved surface shape. Therefore, according to such a structure, the depths of the vertical grooves and the horizontal grooves are deep, and the vertical grooves and the horizontal grooves penetrate into the MDF, and the inner surfaces on both sides of the vertical grooves and the horizontal grooves have a curved surface shape. As a result, it is possible to form a soft wooden floor with a rich three-dimensional effect, and a good walking feeling can be obtained because no corners are present at the upper edges of the vertical and horizontal grooves.

Also, conduit holes appear on the inner surfaces of both sides of the curved lateral groove. However, since the inner surfaces of both sides have a curved shape and the cut end of the conduit hole is gently curved, the conduit hole is formed. Thus, even if the colored paint is sucked in, the color unevenness does not become conspicuous, and the appearance of the wooden floor formed using the decorative veneer is improved. Furthermore, when a balance sheet is stuck on the back surface of the substrate provided in the decorative veneer, not only can the warp of the decorative veneer be prevented, but also the inside of the decorative veneer can be prevented. Moisture can be prevented from entering the air. Therefore, according to the decorative veneer for an architectural structure of the present invention, it is possible to obtain an effect that it is possible to improve the design, improve the walking feeling, and improve the appearance of the wooden floor.
