Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated woody board which has a coated layer formed by coating the inside of a kerf without foaming and with a finished surface having a presentable appearance due to such foam suppression, and a method for manufacturing a coated woody board. SOLUTION: This coated woody board has a decorative veneer 2 applied to the surface of a baser material plywood 1 and a coated layer 4, coming into a kerf 3, which is formed on the surface of the decorative veneer 2, with the kerf 3 formed to the depth reaching the base material plywood 1 from the surface of the decorative veneer 2. In this case, a first layer 5 and a second layer 6 have their fiber directions made to intersect each other from the surface of the base material plywood 1 and also the direction of the kerf 3 set almost in parallel with the fiber direction of the first layer 5, with the bottom part 7 of the kerf 3 made to extend as far as the second layer 6.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG.
A decorative veneer 2 is adhered to the surface of the veneer, and a groove 3 having a depth from the surface of the decorative veneer 2 to the base material plywood 1 is formed.
There is known a painted wooden board in which a coating layer 4 penetrating therein is formed by applying a coating to the surface of the decorative veneer 2. In this case, the incision 3 is formed in a substantially V-shaped cross section, but it is also known that the both side walls of the V-shaped have an R shape, and that the V-shaped cross section is formed in a substantially U-shaped or square groove shape. Have been.

[0003] The substrate plywood 1 is a plywood having a three-layer structure (3-ply), and the fiber direction is alternately crossed for each layer. In the second layer 6 adjacent to the back side, the fiber directions cross each other. At this time, the direction of the kerf 3 is substantially parallel to the fiber direction of the first layer 5, so that the kerf 3 can be formed smoothly by cutting, The opening of the conduit section does not appear, and the surface of the coating layer 4 formed by applying the coating on the both side walls which are finished smoothly has a glossy appearance.

However, in the above-mentioned prior art, the bottom of the cut groove 3 stays in the first layer 5 of the base material plywood 1 and does not reach the second layer 6; Since there is no conduit section opening on both side walls of 3,
When the paint applied so as to enter the cut groove 3 is foamed when it cures, there is no escape route for the air due to the foaming, and the foam remains in the coating layer 4 and the appearance is hindered. there were. In particular, this problem occurred frequently when the coating material was applied in a large amount (70 g / m 2 or more).

Therefore, in this case, the direction of the kerfs is substantially parallel to the fiber direction of the first layer from the front side of the base material plywood, and the side walls on both sides of the kerfs present in the first layer are visible. The conduit section cross-section opening does not appear in the easy part, and the surface of the coating layer formed by applying the coating thereon has a glossy appearance. Moreover, the bottom of the kerf extends into the second layer of the base material plywood, and the conduit section cross-section opening appears in the hardly visible portions of both side walls of the kerf present in the second layer. The paint penetrates into the opening in the cross-section of the conduit, and this serves as an escape route for air, thereby preventing the foaming of the coating layer at the same location. Therefore,
The surface of the coating layer applied in the kerfs has a good appearance.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 shows an embodiment corresponding to all of claims 1 to 3 of the present invention. A painted wooden board of this embodiment has a decorative veneer 2 on the surface of a base material plywood 1. A cut groove 3 having a depth from the surface of the decorative veneer 2 to the base material plywood 1 is formed, and the coating layer 4 penetrating into the cut groove 3 is attached to the decorative veneer 2.
And the first layer 5 from the front side of the base material plywood 1 and the second layer 6 adjacent to the back side of the first layer 5 intersect with each other in the fiber direction, and the direction of the kerf 3 is changed. It is made substantially parallel to the fiber direction of the first layer 5 and the bottom 7 of the cut groove 3 extends into the second layer 6. In this case, the cut groove 3 is formed in a substantially V-shaped cross section, and a narrow groove 8 is formed in the bottom portion 7 of the cut groove 3 so as to extend in the depth direction. It extends into the second layer 6.

The method for manufacturing a coated wood board according to this embodiment is characterized in that the first layer 5 from the front side and the second layer 6 adjacent to the back side of the first layer 5 have a decorative pattern on the surface of the base material plywood 1 where the fiber directions cross each other. Veneer 2
To form a cut groove 3 having a depth from the surface of the decorative veneer 2 to the base material plywood 1, where the direction of the cut groove 3 is substantially the same as the fiber direction of the first layer 5. Become parallel and the kerf 3
Of the decorative veneer 2 is formed by painting the bottom 7 of the decorative veneer 2 into the second layer 6 and then coating the coating veneer layer 4 to enter the cut groove 3.

The base material plywood 1 is a plywood having a five-layer structure (5 plies), and the fiber direction is alternately crossed for each layer. Therefore, the first layer 5 from the front side of the base material plywood 1 and its In the second layer 6 adjacent to the back side, the fiber directions cross each other. At that time, since the direction of the cut groove 3 is substantially parallel to the fiber direction of the first layer 5, most of the cut groove 3 having a substantially V-shaped cross section excluding the vicinity of the bottom 7 of the narrow groove 8. The cutting resistance is reduced, and the kerfs 3 can be formed relatively smoothly by cutting.

The specific dimensions of the cut groove 3 are as follows. That is, the V-shaped angle a of the kerf 3 is 45 to 150 degrees, the opening width b is 0.5 to 10.0 mm, the V-shaped depth c is 0.1 to 2.0 mm,
The depth d of the narrow groove 8 is 0.5 to 5.0 mm. The base plywood 1 may have at least the first layer 5 and the second layer 6 from the front side, and the number of layers is not limited, and a board material other than wood is attached to the back side. Even if it is a composite plywood made, there is no problem. Also, the coating method for forming the coating layer 4 is not particularly limited, and may be roll coating or spray coating.

Therefore, in this embodiment, the direction of the cut groove 3 is substantially parallel to the fiber direction of the first layer 5 from the front side of the base material plywood 1. Groove 3
The conduit section cross-section opening does not appear in the easily visible portions of both side wall surfaces, and the surface of the coating layer 4 formed by applying a coating thereon has a glossy appearance. In addition, the bottom 7 of the kerf 3 extends into the second layer 6 of the base material plywood 1, and the portions of the side walls on both sides of the kerf 3 present in the second layer 6 are hardly visible at the cross section of the conduit. The opening appears and the paint seeps into the opening in the cross section of the conduit portion, which serves as an escape path for air, thereby preventing the foaming of the coating layer 4 at the same location. Therefore, the surface of the coating layer 4 coated in the kerf 3 is finished with good appearance.

In this embodiment, in particular, the kerf 3
Is formed in a substantially V-shaped cross-section, and both side walls are conspicuously exposed. However, since a conduit section cross-section opening does not appear at this portion, a coating film formed by applying a coating thereon is formed. The surface of layer 4 has a glossy appearance. Moreover, a narrow groove 8 extending from the bottom 7 of the cut groove 3 extends into the second layer 6 of the base material plywood 1, which is inconspicuous and prevents foaming in the inconspicuous part without any trouble. Is done. Therefore, the surface of the coating layer 4 coated in the kerf 3 can be finished more efficiently with good appearance.
