Claims (4)
- 海水を蒸発させて生成した水蒸気を含ませることにより高湿度とした湿潤気体を冷却して、この湿潤気体中の前記水蒸気を凝縮させることにより淡水の凝縮水を生成する淡水化装置において、
前記海水を貯留して太陽光で加熱することにより前記湿潤気体を生成する蒸発ユニットと、
この蒸発ユニットで生成した前記湿潤気体を冷却して前記凝縮水を生成する冷却ユニットと、
前記凝縮水を貯留する貯水タンクと、
前記冷却ユニットで冷却されて低温となった前記湿潤気体からなる冷温気体を太陽光で加熱して前記蒸発ユニットに送給する気体加熱ユニットと、
前記冷却ユニットで前記湿潤気体を冷却するために用いた冷却用の海水を太陽光で加熱して前記蒸発ユニットに送給する海水加熱ユニットと
を備え、
前記冷却ユニットには、前記湿潤気体を上昇させる上昇用配管と、この上昇用配管内を上昇した前記湿潤気体を下降させる下降用配管とを設け、
前記上昇用配管及び前記下降用配管を前記冷却用海水で冷却することにより前記上昇用配管及び前記下降用配管の内周面に前記凝縮水を生成することを特徴とする淡水化装置。 - 前記下降用配管は、下端の高さを前記蒸発ユニットの高さよりも低くし、
前記気体加熱ユニットは、前記下降用配管の下端の高さと、前記蒸発ユニットの高さの間の高さに設けて、前記下降用配管の下端と第1連通配管を介して連通連結するとともに、前記蒸発ユニットと第2連通配管を介して連通連結したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の淡水化装置。 - 前記蒸発ユニットには、貯留した前記海水を前記冷却ユニットの前記冷却用の海水に合流させる合流用配管を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の淡水化装置。
- 前記海水加熱ユニットは最上部に配置するとともに、この海水加熱ユニットの高さを海水面の高さよりも低い位置としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の淡水化装置。
