Description
図6Aは第1のレンズ素子16を示している。図6AのA−A線に沿う第1のレンズ素子16の断面が図6Bに示されている。第1のレンズ素子16の表面17側から見た様相が図6Aに平面図として示されている。この第1のレンズ素子16は第1の表面および第2の表面を有し、この第2の表面は第1の表面の反対側となっている。拡散反射型テキスチャーが施されているレンズ素子を以降、第1のレンズ素子と呼ぶことにする。更に、拡散反射型テキスチャーが施されている第1のレンズ素子の表面を以降、第1の表面と呼ぶことにする。図6Bの第1のレンズ素子16の表面18が第1の表面を表し、表面17が第2の表面を表している。第1のレンズ素子16の表面17は光学的に平滑であるが、表面18には拡散反射型テキスチャーが施されている。図6Bの表面18に沿って描かれているピーク部および谷は拡散反射型テキスチャーのピーク部および谷を表すものである。なお、図示のピーク部および谷は、そのサイズおよび形状においてかなり誇張して描かれており、それは拡散反射型テキスチャーの存在を表すためのものである。

Claims (8)
- 第1および第2の面を有する第1の光透過レンズ素子であって、該第1の面が主光学領域を有し、該主光学領域内の該第1の面が拡散反射型テキスチャーを有し、該拡散反射型テキスチャーが表面仕上げを有し、該表面仕上げがランダムかつ連続的な一連のピークと谷からなり、該ピークと谷は、0.75度よりも大で0.65度よりも小である傾斜角度(Rdq)と5.9マイクロインチよりも大で25.0マイクロインチよりも小である幅(Rq)と0.0009インチよりも大で0.007よりも小であるピーク密度(RSm)を有するものと;
前記拡散反射型テキスチャーの少なくとも一部に適用された反射媒体であって、十分に薄くなっていてそこに照射される光の一部のみ反射させ、残りを、該反射媒体を通って透過させ、更に、該反射媒体が前記第1の光透過レンズ素子の調整済み第1の面を表す拡散反射型テキスチャーに対して適用されたものと;
前記調整済み第1の面に適用された光透過性接着剤層であって、第5および第6の面を有し、該光透過性接着剤層の第5の面が前記第1の光透過レンズ素子の該調整済み第1の面に適応して形成されたものと;
第3および第4の面を有する第2の光透過レンズ素子であって、該第4の面が該光透過性接着剤層の該第6の面と接しているものと;
を具備してなり;
前記第1の光透過レンズ素子の前記第2の面および該第2の光透過レンズ素子の前記第3の面が、前記拡散反射レンズの両側外側面を形成していることを特徴とする均一拡散全方向性反射レンズ。
- 前記第2の面が前面を形成し、前記第3の面が背面を形成している請求項1記載の均一拡散全方向性反射レンズ。
- 前記第3の面が前面を形成し、前記第2の面が背面を形成している請求項1記載の均一拡散全方向性反射レンズ。
- 前記反射媒体が前記拡散反射型テキスチャーの表面領域全体に適用されている請求項2又は請求項3に記載の均一拡散全方向性反射レンズ。
- 前記第1の面の表面領域全体が前記拡散反射型テキスチャーを有する請求項2又は請求項3に記載の均一拡散全方向性反射レンズ。
- 前記第1の面の表面領域全体が前記拡散反射型テキスチャーを有し、前記反射媒体が該拡散反射型テキスチャーの表面領域全体に適用されている請求項2又は請求項3に記載の均一拡散全方向性反射レンズ。
- 更に、非反射性コーティングが前記前面に適用されている請求項2乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の均一拡散全方向性反射レンズ。
- 更に、抗スクラッチ性コーティングが前記前面に適用され、非反射性コーティングが該抗スクラッチ性コーティングに適用されている請求項2乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の均一拡散全方向性反射レンズ。
