Claims (13)
- HVOF溶射ガンにおいて使用するためのバーナーであって、
少なくとも1つの液体燃料配送管(6)と酸素の流れを供給する装置とを有した本体(8)と、燃焼室(2)とを有するバーナーにおいて、
液体燃料配送管(6)が液体燃料を下流の射出ポート(1)に放出し、
該射出ポート(1)が前記酸素の流れを供給する装置に接続された開口部(9)を有しており、
前記射出ポート(1)が該バーナー内において事前加熱された酸素と該バーナー内において事前加熱された液体燃料を予め混合するための前記開口部(9)に隣接した混合ゾーンを提供し、
前記射出ポート(1)が該バーナー内において事前加熱された酸素と該バーナー内において事前加熱された液体燃料の混合物を前記射出ポート(1)の下流に位置した前記燃焼室(2)内に放出し、
前記バーナーが該バーナー内において事前加熱された酸素と該バーナー内において事前加熱された液体燃料を使用して燃焼前の液体燃料の気化を改善し、
前記酸素の流れを供給する装置と前記射出ポート(1)の前記開口部(9)が、前記射出ポート(1)の軸線方向下流に射出される液体燃料(4)の流れに酸素が放射状に衝突して液体燃料(4)を細かい小滴に霧化するように、配置されていることを特徴とするバーナー。 - 前記バーナーが、該バーナーの長手方向中心軸線の周りに配置された複数の射出ポート(1)を有しており、各射出ポート(1)が酸素と液体燃料の混合物を前記燃焼室(2)内に放出する、請求項1に記載のバーナー。
- 前記バーナーが8個の射出ポート(1)を有している、請求項2に記載のバーナー。
- 前記複数の射出ポート(1)が前記バーナーの長手方向中心軸線の周りに等間隔に配置されている、請求項2又は3に記載のバーナー。
- 前記酸素の流れを供給する装置が、酸素が液体燃料(4)に実質的に放射状の全ての方向から衝突するように、配置されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のバーナー。
- 前記燃焼室(2)が熱伝達室(3)を含んでおり、前記本体(8)が伝熱材料で作られた熱交換体であり、前記熱伝達室(3)が前記本体(8)に隣接して下流側に位置していて、前記熱伝達室(3)と前記本体(8)が熱的に結合されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のバーナー。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のバーナーを備えた溶射ガン。
- 前記溶射ガンが酸素及び/又は液体燃料を事前加熱するための少なくとも1つの別熱源を有している、請求項7に記載の溶射ガン。
- 液体燃料配送装置と酸素の流れを提供する装置とを有したHVOF溶射ガンにおいて連続燃焼を提供するための方法において、
酸素と液体燃料(4)をHVOF溶射ガンのバーナー内において事前加熱し、
液体燃料配送装置(1、6)を通過した前記バーナー内において事前加熱された液体燃料(4)に前記バーナー内において事前加熱された酸素の流れを放射状に衝突させ、液体燃料を細かい小滴に霧化し、
酸素と細かい小滴に霧化された液体燃料の混合物を燃焼室(2、3)内に放出することを特徴とする方法。 - 酸素が液体燃料(4)に実質的に放射状の全ての方向から衝突する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 霧化された燃料が燃焼室(2、3)内に供給される前に気化される、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 事前加熱された酸素が液体燃料の事前加熱に使用される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 酸素及び液体燃料が燃焼行程からの熱を利用して熱伝導によって事前加熱される、請求項11に記載の方法。
