Description
Claims (1)
- 磁気誘導式流量測定装置の運転方法であって、
該磁気誘導式流量測定装置には、
・該磁気誘導式流量測定装置の電極にテスト電流を流すことによる電極インピーダンス測定、
・界磁電流を目的に適って変化させることによって行う線形性検査、
・既知のテスト信号を通常の電極信号に加えることによって行うプリアンプおよび/またはA/D変換の診断、および
・不均一な磁界の生成の診断
である複数の診断機能が設けられている、方法において、
診断機能を実行するために以下のシーケンス制御を実施すること、すなわち、
測定値を得るための該磁気誘導式流量測定装置の通常の測定運転を中断し、
通常の測定運転の中断中に第1の診断機能を実行し、
前記第1の診断機能を実行した後に通常の測定運転を再開し、
測定値を得るための該磁気誘導式流量測定装置の通常の測定運転を再び中断し、
通常の測定運転の中断中に第2の診断機能を実行するシーケンス制御を実施し、
ただし、前記第1の診断機能は、前記電極インピーダンス測定、前記線形性検査、前記プリアンプおよび/またはA/D変換の診断および前記不均一な磁界の生成の診断のグループのうちから選択された1つであって、前記第2の診断機能は、前記第1の診断機能で選択されたものを除く前記グループの中から1つ選択されたものであり、
測定値を得るための該通常の測定運転の中断中に補助測定運転を実施し、
該補助測定運転の場合は、測定値は、該通常の測定運転の測定値より低い精度で検出および出力されることを特徴とする運転方法。
