SEQ ID No.1:ASIPSSASVQ LDSYNYDGST FSGKIYVKNI AYSKKVTVVY ADGSDNWNNN GNIIAASFSG PISGSNYEYW TFSASVKGIK EFYIKYEVSG KTYYDNNNSA NYQVSTS - 前記アミノ酸シーケンスはSEQ ID No.1に示されるアミノ酸シーケンスであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の澱粉結合ドメイン。
- 前記1アミノ酸変異は、32番目、47番目、58番目、67番目、83番目、93番目、または94番目のアミノ酸残基のアラニンへの置換であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の澱粉結合ドメイン。
- 請求項1に記載の澱粉結合ドメインおよび標的ポリペプチドを含む組換えタンパク質。
- 請求項1に記載の澱粉結合ドメインをコードする遺伝子を含む発現ベクター。

(式中、Xはグルコース分子であり、グルコースとグルコースとの間の連鎖がα−1,4−連鎖またはα−1,6−連鎖であり、nが1以上であり、その構造の一部に、主鎖、側鎖、または修飾残基を含む)で示される化合物を含有する親和性マトリックスと結合するための、請求項1に記載の澱粉結合ドメインの使用。 - 前記親和性マトリックスが、前記澱粉結合ドメインの32番目、47番目、67番目、83番目、または93番目のアミノ酸残基に結合することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の使用。
- (a)請求項4に記載の組換えタンパク質を含有する生物学的液体を親和性マトリックスに直接適用することと、
(b)溶出緩衝液により前記組換えタンパク質を溶出することとを含み、前記親和性マトリックスが、

- 前記澱粉結合ドメインに結合する親和性マトリックスをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のキット。
- 前記組換えタンパク質および前記親和性マトリックスを分離するために使用される溶出緩衝液をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のキット。
