The present invention relates to a packaging material with an indicator that indicates that it has been subjected to heat sterilization processing. More specifically, the present invention requires heat sterilization processing in the fields of medicine, pharmaceuticals, foods, etc. It is very useful for contents that are extremely unwell. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a packaging material with an indicator for heat sterilization treatment, which can show the proof of heat sterilization to the user, and can appeal to the content and the effect of promoting safety.
Until now, as a packaging material that expresses heat sterilization treatment by a change in appearance, a packaging material that expresses a color change of special ink, or a label, etc. existed. For example, as a method of expressing the presence or absence of heat sterilization treatment by color change, a proposal using a time or temperature-time integrated value display material that clearly indicates that a predetermined time has elapsed at a predetermined temperature (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In addition, a proposal using an ink composition that can display the elapsed time of a thermal history under a constant temperature condition and can form a clear image (see, for example, Patent Document 2), Proposal using a heat history display ink composition that can be displayed irreversibly by accumulating the passage of time (for example, refer to Patent Document 3) or a container whose contents cannot be seen. In such a case, a proposal of a sealed packaging material, a packaging container, and a packaging body (see, for example, Patent Document 4), in which acid gas is detected and an abnormality of the content liquid can be visually observed in advance by a change in the color of the indicator, or heating. There are many other proposals using a rational indicator ink composition (for example, see Patent Document 5), but these are all applied by changing the color of the ink, and all use ink. Is a feature.
However, the use of special inks has been a factor in increasing costs, and there have been problems with ink storage methods and handling. Furthermore, various companies have applied for patents regarding the color change of the ink, and it has become difficult for later manufacturers to develop while avoiding patents.
The present invention is intended to solve such problems of the prior art, and without using a method of notifying the presence or absence of heat sterilization treatment by color change using special ink, the sense of security and safety to the contents It is intended to provide a packaging material with an indicator for heat sterilization treatment that is useful for food retort pouches and enteral nutrient pouches for medical medicines that can appeal to consumers.

The packaging material with an indicator for heat sterilization treatment according to the present invention is a packaging material in which at least a base film layer and a sealant layer are sequentially laminated via an indicator adhesive layer, and the indicator adhesive layer is obtained by heat sterilization treatment. By having an indicator part consisting of a pattern shape composed of partially bonded and unbonded parts whose appearance changes, the contents can be used without using a method of notifying the presence or absence of heat sterilization treatment by color change using special ink. A sense of security and appeal to safety can be appealed.
In particular, the pattern shape composed of the partially bonded portion and the non-bonded portion is formed by a light and shade pattern of a two-component curable urethane adhesive, so that delamination of a thin portion after heat sterilization treatment can be achieved. Furthermore, since the aluminum foil is used, the delaminated shape has a dead hold property, and a partial pattern shape can be visually recognized from the appearance of the packaging material. Special inks that change color due to heat sterilization by providing a part that is locally bonded after heat sterilization and a part that is not bonded, and using aluminum foil. It is possible to determine the presence or absence of heat sterilization by appearance without using the sterilization, and sterilization of contents, that is, quality assurance can be achieved by a cost-effective method. Furthermore, a gravure plate can be used, a dry lamination process can be used when a pattern is formed with an adhesive, and a printing process can be used when the pattern is formed in a form of a release agent.
In addition, by clearly indicating the part that has been partially delaminated by printing, it is possible to clearly indicate to the user that this packaging material is not a defective product and has intentionally changed its appearance. Easy-to-use and easy-to-use packaging materials.
Furthermore, in the case of forming a bag shape, if the unbonded portion constituting the indicator portion is disposed at the heat-welded portion of the end portion, the bag body may be delaminated after the heat sterilization treatment. It is desirable to arrange inside (thermal welding part).
Although embodiment of the packaging material with the indicator for heat sterilization processing concerning this invention is described in detail based on FIGS. 1-3, it is not limited to it.
FIG. 1 is a side sectional view showing one embodiment of a layer structure of a packaging material with an indicator for heat sterilization processing according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is produced using the packaging material with an indicator for heat sterilization processing according to the present invention. It is a top view which shows one Example of a bag, FIG. 3 is the elements on larger scale of the indicator for heat sterilization processing which concerns on this invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the packaging material with an indicator for heat sterilization treatment of one embodiment of the present invention comprises at least a base film layer (A) and a sealant layer (D) through an indicator adhesive layer (F). As shown in FIG. 3, the indicator adhesive layer (F) has a partially bonded portion (I) and an unbonded portion (J) whose appearance is changed by heat sterilization as shown in FIG. The indicator material (G) which consists of pattern shape (K) comprised by this is a packaging material with the indicator for heat sterilization processing characterized by the above-mentioned.
Next, the indicator part (G) which consists of the pattern shape (K) comprised by the said partial adhesion part (I) and the non-adhesion part (J) is shown by the light and shade pattern of a two-component curable urethane adhesive. By forming, delamination of a thin part occurs after heat sterilization treatment, and at least a barrier layer (B) made of an aluminum foil is provided between the base film layer (A) and the sealant layer (D). By including, the delaminated shape has a dead hold property, and the partial pattern shape can be visually recognized even from the appearance of the packaging material.
The indicator part (G) composed of the pattern shape (K) composed of the partial adhesion part (I) and the non-adhesion part (J) is formed by patterning an adhesive plate used in dry lamination. Alternatively, it can be formed by printing a shape that is not adhered by a release agent or the like.
Next, this packaging material is inferior by clearly showing the indicator part (G) consisting of the pattern shape (K) composed of the partial adhesion part (I) and the non-adhesion part (J) by printed expression. Instead, it is possible to clearly indicate to the user that the appearance has been changed intentionally, and this makes it easy to distinguish and provide easy-to-use packaging materials.
Next, as shown in FIG. 2, when using the packaging material (1) to form a bag (2), an unbonded portion (J) constituting the indicator portion (G) is formed at the end of the heat welded portion. If arranged, there is a possibility of delaminating after the heat sterilization treatment, so it is desirable that the indicator part (G) is arranged on the inner side of the bag end part (thermal welding part) (H).
As described above, the present invention does not use a method for notifying the presence or absence of heat sterilization treatment by color change using special ink, and heat sterilization treatment that can appeal to the contents with a sense of security and safety. A packaging material with an indicator is provided.
Next, one embodiment of the layer structure of the packaging material with an indicator for heat sterilization processing according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
First, the base film layer (A) is not limited as long as it is retort resistant and can be a printing base, and a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, a nylon film, or the like can be used, and the thickness is In this case, it is desirable that at least one surface is subjected to an easy adhesion treatment such as corona treatment on both surfaces.
Next, the barrier layer (B) has no problem as long as it has an oxygen barrier property and a water vapor barrier property film having a dead hold property, and it is particularly desirable to use an aluminum foil of about 7 to 30 μm.
The pinhole-resistant layer (C) is a layer for preventing the bag from dropping when the bag falls or external pressure is applied, and a nylon film or the like is desirable but is not necessarily a required layer. The present invention can be realized without the pinhole layer (C).
If the said sealant layer (D) is a polyolefin-type sealant which can be heat-seal | fused, there will be no problem, and when considering heat-sterilizing treatment, a polypropylene-type film is desirable. <Evaluation>
The above Examples 1-2 and Comparative Examples 1-2 were evaluated for the following evaluation items under the following conditions. The results are shown in Table 1.
(1) Appearance evaluation after retorting Pouch size: 150mm x 200mm
Contents: 400ml of tap water
Retort conditions: 121 ° C, 30 minutes (hot water recovery type retort testing machine)
Appearance evaluation (visual): ○ (appearance change), × (no appearance change), △ (appearance change,
There is inconvenience in use)
(2) Workability Confirm the presence or absence of the assumed pattern shape Evaluation: ○ (clear pattern), × (unclear pattern)
<Evaluation results>
From Table 1 to Examples 1 and 2, a remarkable change in appearance was visually observed on the indicator part, and the entire surface of the plate was coated with a release agent such as Hajikinis in advance. A dry lamination method can be used. In Comparative Example 1, since the configuration not including the aluminum foil has poor dead hold property, a remarkable change in appearance cannot be expected. In Comparative Example 2, since the indicator portion overlaps the heat seal portion, the shape is forcibly crushed by the pressure at the time of bag making, so it was difficult to cause an appearance change after retorting.
