Description
The present invention relates to a cooling or heat insulation garment, and more particularly, to a cooling or heat insulation garment having a pocket capable of storing a cold insulation material or a heat insulation material.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a cooling garment is known in which water is contained in a highly water-absorbent resin and a frozen product is attached to an arbitrary part of clothes as a cold insulating material.
For example,
The present invention solves such a problem in the prior art, for example, in cooling clothing, it is possible to make the cooling effect longer than the existing one and to efficiently cool the body. According to the cooling garment of the present invention, the garment has a heel portion and a storage body, and the heel portion is a fabric having water vapor permeability opposite to the skin-side water-absorbent fabric, where the interlining formed by the water-absorbent fibers. When the moisture evaporates from the heel part that sucks the cooling effect of the cold insulation material and the condensation generated based on the cold insulation action of the cold insulation material, because the storage body can store the cold insulation material. The cooling effect by taking away the heat of vaporization can be maintained, and the cooling can be efficiently performed by the synergistic effect.
In addition, according to the cooling garment of the present invention, it has a heel part that covers the wearer's carotid artery part, and a storage space for the cold insulation material is formed in this buttock part, so that the cooling effect of the cold insulation material is exerted on the wearer's carotid artery part. Therefore, the wearer's body can be effectively cooled.
Further, according to the cooling garment of the present invention, it is provided with an edge portion along the wearer's rear neck, and when worn, takes a suspended posture from the edge portion and a posture folded upward at the edge portion. Since the pocket has a storage space for the cold insulation material, the wearer's back of the neck and the back can be selectively and effectively cooled.
First, the cooling clothing of the present invention will be described.

In addition, in the thing of 1st Embodiment, it is possible to make the
Hereinafter, parts common to those in the first embodiment and those in the second embodiment will be described.
The portions of the cooling
The
An
The water-absorbing fibers constituting the
Any fiber material and any woven or knitted structure can be applied to the water
It is preferable that at least the surface of the
The

As described above, by providing the
As described above, the cooling around the wearer's neck is based on the cooling effect of the cold insulating

Next, the heat insulating clothing based on this invention is demonstrated.

[Cooling clothing]
The specific example of the cooling clothing based on this invention is demonstrated.
Using a warp knitting machine, knitting was performed with polyester filaments and water-absorbing nylon fibers. The obtained material had a basis weight of 85 g / m 2 . Furthermore, this material was subjected to antibacterial deodorization treatment. The front body part, that is, the

The chest cover 12 is provided with a

A skin temperature sensor was attached to the right breasts of four subjects, and after resting in an environment of 20 ° C. × 65% RH, the patient moved to an environment of 38 ° C. × 50% RH, and rested there for 2 hours (120 minutes). And while measuring the change of skin temperature with time, the temperature change of cooling clothing etc. was measured by thermography.
The measurement result of the change in skin temperature is shown in FIG. The vertical axis represents skin temperature, and the horizontal axis represents elapsed time. As shown in the figure, the skin temperature increased from the beginning of the test in the case of the blank and the superabsorbent fiber, but the skin temperature decreased from the beginning of the test in the case of the vest containing the cryogen and the vest containing the cryogen (high neck). . In the case of superabsorbent fibers, the skin temperature rises for about 10 minutes immediately after the start of the test in the same manner as in the case of a blank, and if the water evaporates thereafter, the number of clothes may be one more than in the case of a blank. The cause was an increase in skin temperature over a longer period than with the blank. On the other hand, in the case of the vest containing a cryogen (high neck) and the vest containing a cryogen, the state where the skin temperature was lower than the beginning of the test was maintained over the test time of 2 hours (120 minutes). In the case of the vest (high neck) containing a cooling agent, the carotid artery and the posterior cervix could be effectively cooled, so that the skin temperature could be reduced considerably effectively.
The measurement result of the temperature change by thermography is shown in FIG. 22 and FIG. Specifically, FIG. 22 shows a case of a blank and a case of a highly water-absorbing fiber, and FIG. 23 shows a case of a vest containing a cold insulation agent and a case of a vest containing a cold insulation agent (high neck). In these drawings, the high concentration portion represents the low temperature portion. In the case of FIG. 23, the temperature of the cooling garment does not rise over time, and the so-called “point” such as the carotid artery, the omentum, and the Chubu is cooled, so that the cooling effect is large. As you can see, the increase in skin temperature was suppressed.
[Pocket test]
As described above, it is possible to improve the cold insulation performance by using a heat insulating sheet or applying an aluminum powder coating to the pocket in which the
Using these materials, bag-like pockets were created, and a cold insulating material set at 25 ° C. was placed therein, and changes in the pocket surface temperature over time were observed under an ambient temperature of 40 ° C. The result is shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, the higher the cold retention effect, the higher the temperature of the pocket surface in the initial stage, and therefore there was an effect that the wearer's skin could be cooled without being rapidly cooled. In addition, as shown in the figure, the laminated sheet with the heat insulating sheet is higher than the one using the nylon mesh material, and the one with the aluminum powder coated has a higher cooling effect than the laminated sheet with the heat insulating sheet. In addition, the result of applying the aluminum powder coating and laminating the heat insulating sheet made of foamed polyethylene has a higher cooling effect.
