Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of a shirt worn in midsummer such as a polo shirt and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional shirts worn in midsummer do not wear outerwear, but are worn directly on the skin and made open to improve heat dissipation. In this way, the shirts worn in the summer are made open, and they are made as cool as possible by using materials that are as cool as possible and devising the design. However, even if you wear a shirt with such ingenuity, if you move around in midsummer, your body temperature will rise and your physical strength will be exhausted. Therefore, in order to give such a garment a cooling function, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 52-15747 and Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 53-88301 are those that are cooled with dry ice, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-199408, A water-permeable bag portion in which water-absorbent resin is placed on the inner surface or outer surface of a garment is formed and cooled by the evaporation heat of water absorbed by the water-absorbent resin, or in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2000-96313, the front side is capillarized. Disclosed is a garment that cools by supplying water to the functional material that diffuses water by capillarity from this sponge, with a functional material that diffuses water and a waterproof material on the back side, and a sponge as a water absorption means in the front pocket Has been. However, these have a complicated structure and have a problem of being excessively cooled by dry ice or the like.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Even if the present invention is worn in midsummer as described above and moves around and becomes sweaty, the sweat can be released well and the body temperature can be taken away from the body by evaporation of water by wearing the shirt soaked in water. It is to provide a water-cooled shirt that can suppress the rise of the body, cool the body, prevent heat stroke, etc., has a non-sticky surface and has a simple structure.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Means of the present invention for solving the above problems will be described below.
In the invention of claim 1, a shirt is formed from a fabric which has water repellency and waterproof processing on the front side surface, water permeability and diffusibility processing on the back side surface, and has an infinite number of air holes to provide an evaporation function. This is a water-cooled shirt.
[0005]
In the invention of claim 2, the fabric which has been subjected to water permeability and diffusibility processing applied to the back side surface and has an infinite number of breathability to provide an evaporation function is a fabric formed from a twisted yarn in which fibers are twisted together. The water-cooled shirt according to claim 1, wherein the water-cooled shirt is provided.
[0006]
In the invention of claim 3, the fabric that has been subjected to water permeability and diffusibility processing applied to the back side surface and has an infinite number of breathability to provide an evaporation function is a fabric that has fuzz formed on the back side surface of the fabric. A water-cooled shirt according to the means of claim 1.
[0007]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the water-cooled shirt according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the fabric is composed of a ground and a lining.
The water-cooled shirt in the present invention refers to a shirt that is worn on the body by immersing the entire body in water.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in FIG. 1, a water-cooled shirt 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is formed from a fabric 2 woven from a twisted yarn in which plant fibers such as cotton and hemp are twisted or a knitted fabric 2. The shape of a normal shirt. That is, this shirt is not specially designed or shaped. Conventional water repellency and waterproofing treatment such as silicone resin having water repellency and waterproof properties is applied to the front side surface 3 of the fabric 2. The back side 4 of the fabric 2 is processed as a water-permeable and diffusible state as it is as a fabric 2 woven from a twisted yarn made by twisting plant fibers such as cotton and linen, or a knitted fabric 2 itself. The fabric is made with an infinite number of ventilation holes and has an evaporation function.
[0009]
In other embodiments, the material of the fabric 2 of the water-cooled shirt 1 is formed from a fabric 2 woven from knitted yarn obtained by twisting vegetable fibers such as cotton or hemp or a knitted fabric 2 as in the above-described embodiment. The front side surface 3 of the fabric 2 is subjected to conventional water repellency and waterproofing such as a silicone resin having water repellency and waterproofness. However, in this embodiment, the back side surface 4 of the fabric 2 does not remain in that state as the fabric 2 woven from the twisted yarn obtained by twisting plant fibers such as cotton or hemp or the knitted fabric 2 itself. As shown in FIG. 2, the back side 4 of the fabric 2 is mechanically loosened as a water-permeable and diffusive process applied to the back side 4 to form a fabric 2 having fluffs 5 formed thereon. By forming the fluff 5 on the back side surface 4 of the fabric 2, the capillary action of the fabric 2 is further increased so that water can be absorbed, and the air permeability is also increased. Increases effectiveness.
[0010]
In yet another embodiment, the fabric 2 of the water-cooled shirt 1 is formed from the joint 8 of the outer fabric 6 and the lining 7. In this case, it is not always necessary to stick to the plant fiber as long as the outer fabric 6 is formed from a normal woven fabric or knitted fabric that is not fluffed and is easily water-repellent and waterproof. On the other hand, the lining 7 is made of a fabric 2 woven or knitted fabric 2 made of twisted yarn made by twisting vegetable fibers such as cotton and linen or animal fibers such as raw yarn and wool, which have excellent water permeability and diffusibility. To do. Thus, by separating the fabric 2 into the front material 6 and the lining material 7, the respective roles of the front and back materials can be effectively functioned. Moreover, since it is set as a joint place, a surface material can also be made into chemical fibers, such as a synthetic fiber, even if it is not a natural fiber.
[0011]
If the usage method of said water-cooled shirt 1 of this invention is demonstrated, this water-cooled shirt 1 will be worn directly on skin. When going out during the midsummer day, first, the water-cooled shirt 1 is soaked in water before wearing, and then lightly squeezed so that it does not drip excessively and is worn directly on the skin. In this water-cooled shirt 1, since the fabric 2 is made of woven fabric or knitted fabric, the fabric 2 itself is porous having a texture or stitch. Therefore, even if the front side surface 3 of the fabric 2 has been subjected to water repellency and waterproofing processing, even if the back side surface 4 is immersed in water to absorb water, the absorbed water gradually passes through the porous weave or stitch. It escapes to the front side surface 3 and gradually evaporates, and the heat of evaporation due to this evaporation is taken away from the body, which has the effect of cooling the body. Furthermore, since the front side surface 3 has been subjected to water repellency and waterproofing, it is difficult to evaporate from the front side surface 3 of the twisted yarn of the fabric, and it evaporates to the outside only through the weave or stitch, resulting in an extremely large amount of transpiration. Therefore, the cooling effect can be exhibited over a long period of time without being overcooled. If the lower body part or the abdomen does not like cooling too much, water-repellent and waterproof processing is also applied to the back side surface 4 of the fabric 2 of that part of the water-cooled shirt, or in the case of the joint place 8, the cooling is hated. The portion is only the outer surface 6 and the lining 7 is removed, or the lining 7 of the portion is subjected to water repellency and waterproofing so that water cannot be absorbed.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention has a normal shirt shape, the shirt fabric is subjected to water repellency and waterproof processing on the front side, water permeable and diffusive processing on the back side, and Shirts made from cotton or other plant fibers and animal fibers that have innumerable ventilation holes to give evaporation function, or when they are put together, the back side of the fabric is water permeable and diffusible The shirt is made of fabric and animal fibers, such as cotton, which has been processed and has a myriad of vents to provide evaporation function. A cooling effect can be obtained, and a cooling effect can be obtained for a long time. Further, since rapid transpiration is suppressed, it is not overcooled, and the front side surface is water repellent and waterproof. And other clothing on it Can also be put on without becoming soaked, it is possible to prevent to become such as to sunstroke to wear when you go out in the intense heat.
