前記カニューレステント(10)が拡張していないときに、第1の湾曲部(17)及び該第1の湾曲部(17)より大きい、第2の湾曲部(19)から対になって平行で延びる複数の平行ストラット(16)を有するフープセグメント(12)と、
を有し、
前記可撓性セグメント(11)と前記フープセグメント(12)は、該可撓性セグメント(11)の前記半円形の湾曲部(15)の特定の1つから、該フープセグメント(12)の前記第2の湾曲部(19)の特定の1つへと延びる軸線方向連結バー(21、22)によって、前記軸線方向連結バー(21、22)が前記フープセグメント(12)の前記第2の湾曲部(19)に接する対をなす隣接した平行ストラット(16)間に配置された状態で連結され、前記軸線方向連結バー(21、22)が前記可撓性セグメント(11)の特定の1つの半円形の湾曲部(15)に該湾曲部の外側表面のみで接続し、
前記第1の湾曲部(17)は半円形状であり、前記半円形の湾曲部(15)の曲率半径は、前記第1の湾曲部(17)の曲率半径より大きくされ、
前記軸線方向連結バー(21、22)と接続していない前記半円形の湾曲部(15)は、前記ストラット(14)と実質的に同一の厚み及び材料からなり、それによって、前記カニューレステント(10)が拡張すると、前記可撓性セグメント(11)の実質的に全ストラットは一様に開くようにされ、

前記カニューレステント(10)が拡張せず、対をなす隣接したストラット(14)の半円形の湾曲部(15)がそれぞれ連続的に該ステントの円周表面上で接しているときに、前記対をなす隣接したストラット(14)は、該ストラットの先端でそれぞれ収束するようになされ、それによって、前記カニューレステント(10)が拡張又は収縮されるときに、前記可撓性セグメント(11)の拡張性が向上すると同時に、前記ストラット(14)及び前記半円形の湾曲部(15)における引っ張り歪は最小となり、
前記第1の湾曲部(17)は前記第2の湾曲部(19)のうちから選択された1つの湾曲部と隣接し、前記第1の湾曲部(17)は前記フープセグメント(12)の前記平行ストラット(16)とだけ接続するようになされ、それによって前記カニューレステント(10)が拡張又は収縮されるときに、前記フープセグメント(12)の拡張性が向上すると同時に、前記平行ストラット(16)、前記第1の湾曲部(17)及び前記第2の湾曲部(19)における引っ張り歪が最小となる、

Claims (4)
- カニューレステント(10)であって、
半円形の湾曲部(15)から対で延びる複数のストラット(14)を有する可撓性セグメント(11)と、
前記カニューレステント(10)が拡張していないときに、第1の湾曲部(17)及び該第1の湾曲部(17)より大きい、第2の湾曲部(19)から対になって平行で延びる複数の平行ストラット(16)を有するフープセグメント(12)と、
を有し、
前記可撓性セグメント(11)と前記フープセグメント(12)は、該可撓性セグメント(11)の前記半円形の湾曲部(15)の特定の1つから、該フープセグメント(12)の前記第2の湾曲部(19)の特定の1つへと延びる軸線方向連結バー(21、22)によって、前記軸線方向連結バー(21、22)が前記フープセグメント(12)の前記第2の湾曲部(19)に接する対をなす隣接した平行ストラット(16)間に配置された状態で連結され、前記軸線方向連結バー(21、22)が前記可撓性セグメント(11)の特定の1つの半円形の湾曲部(15)に該湾曲部の外側表面のみで接続し、
前記第1の湾曲部(17)は半円形状であり、前記半円形の湾曲部(15)の曲率半径は、前記第1の湾曲部(17)の曲率半径より大きくされ、
前記軸線方向連結バー(21、22)と接続していない前記半円形の湾曲部(15)は、前記ストラット(14)と実質的に同一の厚み及び材料からなり、それによって、前記カニューレステント(10)が拡張すると、前記可撓性セグメント(11)の実質的に全ストラットは一様に開くようにされ、

前記カニューレステント(10)が拡張せず、対をなす隣接したストラット(14)の半円形の湾曲部(15)がそれぞれ連続的に該ステントの円周表面上で接しているときに、前記対をなす隣接したストラット(14)は、該ストラットの先端でそれぞれ収束するようになされ、それによって、前記カニューレステント(10)が拡張又は収縮されるときに、前記可撓性セグメント(11)の拡張性が向上すると同時に、前記ストラット(14)及び前記半円形の湾曲部(15)における引っ張り歪は最小となり、
前記第1の湾曲部(17)は前記第2の湾曲部(19)のうちから選択された1つの湾曲部と隣接し、前記第1の湾曲部(17)は前記フープセグメント(12)の前記平行ストラット(16)とだけ接続するようになされ、それによって前記カニューレステント(10)が拡張又は収縮されるときに、前記フープセグメント(12)の拡張性が向上すると同時に、前記平行ストラット(16)、前記第1の湾曲部(17)及び前記第2の湾曲部(19)における引っ張り歪が最小となる、
カニューレステント。 - 前記可撓性セグメント(11)が、第1の端部に第1の組をなす湾曲部を、第2の端部に第2の組をなす湾曲部を有し、前記第1の組又は第2の組をなす湾曲部のうち少なくとも1つは前記軸線方向連結バー(21、22)によって前記フープセグメント(12)へ接続され、前記第1の組をなす湾曲部において3箇所の前記半円形の湾曲部(15)のうち1箇所のみが前記軸線方向連結バー(21、22)に接続され、前記第2の組をなす湾曲部において3箇所の前記半円形の湾曲部(15)のうち1箇所のみが前記軸線方向連結バー(21、22)に接続されている、請求項1に記載のカニューレステント。
- 前記カニューレステント(10)が拡張していないときに、前記ギャップ(23)は、前記フープセグメント(12)の前記平行ストラット(16)の幅のおよそ5分の1幅から前記フープセグメント(12)の前記平行ストラット(16)の幅のおよそ3分の1幅の大きさである、請求項1乃至2のいずれかに記載のカニューレステント。
- 前記フープセグメント(12)は、第1の組をなす湾曲部(17、19)によって画定される第1の端部と、第2の組をなす湾曲部(17、19)によって画定される第2の端部とを有し、前記第1の又は第2の組をなす湾曲部(17、19)のいずれか一方から延びるいずれか2本の隣接する軸線方向連結バー(21、22)の間に、少なくとも3箇所の、前記一方の第1の又は第2の組をなす湾曲部(17、19)とは異なる他方の前記第1の又は第2の組をなす湾曲部(17、19)が位置する、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のカニューレステント。
