Description

The present invention relates to a protective cap that covers an end portion of a single pipe constituting the single pipe barricade and a single pipe barricade with a protective cap.

Conventional single-tube barricades that use a single pipe are in a state where both ends of the single pipe are exposed to the outside, so if a car accidentally collides with the barricade, the single pipe may pierce the car, etc. There was a risk that the single tube would come off due to the impact of.
Therefore, as a method of reducing the weight of the single pipe, preventing exposure and preventing the end of the single pipe from being damaged, a method of attaching a reinforcing member to the single pipe end as disclosed in Patent Document 1 is known. ing.

However, in the method of Patent Document 1, both ends are reinforced with a reinforcing member, and the outer diameter of the reinforcing member is substantially equal to the outer diameter of the single tube, and the area of the contact portion does not change. Although it is possible to prevent the tip portion from being damaged, it has been difficult to prevent the single tube from being pierced or detached from the barricade due to an impact at the time of collision when an automobile or the like collides.

Therefore, the present invention provides a single tube barricade using a single tube, and a single tube protective cap that prevents the single tube from being pierced at the time of a collision of an automobile, etc. The object is to provide a single-tube barricade with a protective cap.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

First, as shown in FIG. 1A, the protective cap 2 of the present invention is attached to the end portion 6 (FIGS. 2 and 3) of the single tube 5, and to the mounting portion 12. It is provided with an impact absorbing portion 10 made of an elastic member having a diameter larger than that of the end portion 6 so as to cover the front portion in the axial direction of the end portion 6 in a state of being attached to the end portion 6. It is made of an absorbing material.
Incidentally, the protective cap 2 is preferably made of ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM), chloroprene rubber (CR), natural rubber (NR), or styrene butadiene rubber (SBR).

Next, the impact absorbing portion 10 is formed in a dome shape that bulges forward in the axial direction of the end portion 6 from the position where it is connected to the mounting portion 12, and as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. A cap-shaped protective member 16 is disposed in the shock absorbing portion 10 so as to be fitted to the end portion 6 from the front in a state of being attached to the end portion 6 and whose tip is formed in a circular arc shape. Further, in front of the protection member 16, a plate member 11 having a diameter larger than that of the protection member 16 is provided in the orthogonal direction in front of the protection member 16 in the axial direction.
Incidentally, the plate member 11 is a plate member having a plate thickness of 3 mm or more. As a material, FRP resin, carbon FRP, or the like can be used, but it is preferable to use an iron plate having an appropriate strength and suitable for processing. The material of the protection member 16 is the same.

Further, an inner diameter hole 14 having an inner diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the single tube 5 is formed in the mounting portion 12, and a protective member 16 is brought into contact with a deep portion of the inner diameter hole 14 in front of the plate member 11 to have a predetermined depth. The collar part 15 which prevents that it distributes more than the length is formed. In addition, after the single tube 5 is inserted, in order to prevent the single tube 5 from coming off from the mounting portion 12, a groove 13 for winding and fixing the band 7 is provided on the outer periphery of the mounting portion 12. Yes.

Next, the single tube barricade 1 with a protective cap will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 2 (a), an upper single pipe 5a and a lower single pipe 5b (single pipe having the same structure as the single pipe 5a, but between the support legs 4 and 4 are distinguished from each other. In order to achieve the above, a single tube barricade 3 is formed.
Then, the protective caps 2a and 2a are press-fitted into the protective member 16 at both ends of the single tube 5a extending to the outside of the support leg 4 until the end portions 6a and 6a are attached to the protective member 16, respectively. Wrap around and fix. Further, similarly to the single tube 5a, the protective caps 2b and 2b are also attached to both ends of the single tube 5b extending from the support leg 4 to the outside so that the end portions 6b and 6b are mounted on the single tube 5b. After each insertion, the bands 7a and 7b are wound around the groove 13 and fixed to form the single-tube barricade 1 with a protective cap shown in FIG. 2 (b).

Next, the case where the automobile 20 collides with the single-tube barricade 1 with the protective cap will be described.
First, the case where the automobile 20 collides with the single-tube barricade 1 with the protective cap from the same direction as the axial direction of the single tube 5a will be described.
In this case, as shown in FIG. 3A, the automobile 20 first comes into contact with the impact absorbing portion 10 at the tip of the protective cap 2. However, since the impact absorbing portion 10 has a dome shape, After being dispersed, the impact is transmitted from the surface of the impact absorbing portion 10 to the inside.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), after the impact transmitted to the inside is further transmitted to the plate material 11, the impact absorbing portion 10 is pressed backward to transmit it to the end portion 6a. Is done. At this time, shearing of the flange portion 15 and the plate material 11 by the end portion 6a becomes a problem, but after the protective member 16 attached to the end portion 6a comes into contact with the plate material 11 as shown in FIG. Since the tip is formed in an arc shape in cross section, the contact position moves in a direction other than the axial direction of the single tube 5a and releases the impact, so that the end 6a does not break through the shock absorbing portion 10.
And an impact is transmitted from the edge part 6a to the single pipe 5a, and the single pipe barricade 1 with a protective cap will be pushed back.
Further, even when the automobile 20 collides with the single pipe 5b, the same effect is obtained except that the collision position with the automobile 20 differs vertically.

Next, the case where the automobile 20 collides with the single-tube barricade 1 with the protective cap from a direction other than the axial direction of the single tube 5a will be described.
Also in this case, as shown in FIG. 3D, the automobile 20 is in contact with the surface of the impact absorbing portion 10 and the impact absorbing portion 10 has a dome shape, so that the force at the time of collision is dispersed and the outer shape is bent. The process up to this is the same as the case of collision from the axial direction of the single tube 4a. However, since the protective member 16 attached to the end portion 6a does not contact the plate member 11, the end portion 6a does not pierce the impact absorbing portion 10 and pierce the automobile 20, and the contact location of the impact absorbing portion 10 As a fulcrum, the single tube barricade 1 body with the protective cap is pushed out in the other direction.
Further, even when the automobile 20 collides with the single pipe 5b, the same effect is obtained except that the collision position with the automobile 20 differs vertically.

As described above, the protective cap 2 of the present invention includes the mounting portion 12 that is mounted on the end portion, and the axially forward portion of the end portion 6 that is connected to the mounting portion 12 and is attached to the end portion 6. A shock-absorbing portion 10 made of an elastic member that covers and is larger in diameter than the end portion 6 and a cap-shaped protection provided in the shock-absorbing portion 10 and fitted to the end portion 6 from the front in a mounted state. The end 6 is exposed by providing the member 16 and the plate member 11 which is provided in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the protective member 16 in the shock absorbing portion 10 and has a larger diameter than the protective member 16. This prevents the single tube 5 from being stuck in the collision of the automobile 20 or the like, and prevents the single tube 5 from coming off the single tube barricade 3 due to an impact.

The front surface of the protection member 16 is formed in a circular arc shape that bulges forward in the axial direction, thereby preventing the single tube 5 from protruding from the impact absorbing portion 10.

In addition, the impact absorbing portion 10 is formed in a dome shape that bulges forward in the axial direction of the end portion 6 from a position where it is connected to the mounting portion 12, and thus is suitable for collision from various directions.

In addition, the single pipe 5 is prevented from protruding from the impact absorbing portion 10 by setting the plate thickness of the plate material to 3 mm or more.

In addition, a space 18 is provided in front of the protection member 16 in the shock absorber 10, and an elastic member 17 that protrudes from the plate member 11 side toward the protection member 16 side on the axis of the protection member 16 is provided in the space 18. This prevents the single tube 5 from protruding from the shock absorbing portion 10.

The protective caps 2 and 2 are attached to both ends of the single tube 5 extending from the support leg 4 to the outside, thereby preventing the end portions 6 and 6 from being exposed. Prevents the single tube 5 from being detached from the single tube barricade 3 due to impact.

Note that the configuration of the protective cap 2 of the present invention is not limited to the aspect of the embodiment described above, and the single pipe 5 protrudes from the impact absorbing portion 10 and pierces the automobile 20 or the like in a collision of the automobile 20 or the like. As long as the single pipe 5 is prevented from being detached from the single pipe barricade 3 due to an impact at the time of a collision, the single pipe 5 can be appropriately changed as necessary without departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, the protective member 16 may be lightened by thinning the inside as long as the tip is formed in an arc shape in cross section and the impact is released in a direction other than the axial direction of the single tube 5. It can be changed.

In addition, as long as the shock absorbing portion 10 is formed in a dome shape and disperses the force at the time of collision, the weight may be reduced by internal thinning or a reflective seal may be attached to the surface. 11 can be changed as appropriate, for example, a plurality of sheets.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4A, a space 18 is provided in front of the protection member 16 in the shock absorption portion 10 in the shock absorption portion 10, and the plate material 11 is placed in the space 18 on the axis of the protection member 16. An elastic member 17 protruding from the side toward the protective member 16 may be provided and can be changed.
In this case, the elastic member 17 is deformed when it comes into contact with the protective member 16, and as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the end portion 6 absorbs the shock because the impact is released in a direction other than the axial direction of the single tube 5. It does not break through part 10. For example, even if the impact cannot be released in a direction other than the axial direction of the single tube 5, the tip of the protection member 16 is formed in an arc shape in cross section, and as shown in FIG. Since the member 16 abuts on the plate 11 and the abutment position moves in a direction other than the axial direction of the single tube 5 to release the impact, the end portion 6 does not break through the impact absorbing portion 10.

Next, the flange portion 15 prevents the protective member 16 from being inserted beyond a predetermined depth of the inner diameter hole 14, but the protective member 16 abuts the plate member 11 so that the inner diameter hole 14 has a predetermined depth. It may be prevented from being inserted as described above, and can be changed.

In addition, the mounting portion 12 is not necessarily configured to be fixed to the groove 13 with the band 7 after being mounted on the single tube 5, as long as the single tube 5 is prevented from being detached from the holding portion 12. Good and changeable.
