Claims (6)
- 容器に収容された粉粒体を受入容器に移すにあたって前記容器の排出口と前記受入容器の受入口とを連通させる排出弁であって、
前記排出口を自重にて閉塞可能であり、磁性体を有する第一の弁と、
前記受入口を自重にて閉塞可能であり、磁性体を有する第二の弁と、
前記第一の弁の磁性体に対して磁場を発生可能な第一磁化手段と、を備え、
容器に収容された粉粒体を受入容器に移す際には、前記第一の弁と前記第二の弁とを対峙させた状態にて前記第一の弁の磁性体を磁化させることによって、前記第二の弁を磁力にて前記第一の弁に密着させ、前記第一磁化手段にて双方の弁を一体に上昇させる
ことを特徴とする排出弁。 - 前記第一の弁は、前記容器内に配置され、当該容器の内周面と嵌り合うコーン弁であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排出弁。
- 前記第二の弁の磁性体に対して磁場を発生可能であり、磁力によって前記第二の弁を閉弁方向に引き付ける第二磁化手段をさらに備え、
容器に収容された粉粒体を受入容器に移す際には、第二磁化手段による磁場を取り除く
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の排出弁。 - 前記第一磁化手段及び前記第二磁化手段は電磁石であり、
第二の弁用電磁石への通電と共に第一の弁用電磁石への非通電によって、前記第二の弁は閉弁方向に引き付けられ前記受入口を閉塞し、
一方、第一の弁用電磁石への通電と共に第二の弁用電磁石への非通電によって、前記第二の弁は前記第一の弁と磁力にて一体となる
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の排出弁。 - 前記第二の弁は、
前記受入容器の前記受入口の内周面に設けられたシール部材に弾性的に嵌合することによって前記受入口を閉塞し、前記第二磁化手段の磁場によって前記シール部材に対して吸着する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の排出弁。 - 前記第一の弁には、前記容器内に向かって延び容器内の粉粒体に埋設される埋設板が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の排出弁。
