Description
磨耗の諸徴候は概して、軸受接触、とりわけ、軸受滑り面上の軸受接触に関して協同している軸受滑り面において生じる摩擦と関連している。軸受装置の完璧な交換を必要としつつ、磨耗のこれら徴候を回避するためには、とりわけ滑り軸受の中に、磨滅してしまえば交換することのできる軸受胴が用いられている。しかし、滑り軸受の構造設計は、このことによって著しく複雑になっており、更に、軸受胴を交換するためには、費用のかかる整備プロセスが必要となる。
各々の独立請求項は、本発明のとりわけ好都合な態様に関する。
従って、本発明は、基体を被覆するためのスプレー粉、とりわけ、軸受装置の軸受部品を被覆するためのスプレー粉であって、少なくとも次の組成:即ち、炭素=0.1〜1.5重量%、マンガン=0.1〜8重量%、イオウ=0.1〜2重量%、銅=0.1〜12重量%、及び、鉄=残りの重量%を含有している該スプレー粉に関する。
従って、以下にいっそう詳しく説明されるように、本発明によるスプレー粉は、加工部材の表面であって軸受接触(bearing contact)に関しもう1つの表面と協同している該加工部材表面を被覆するのにとりわけ適している。なぜなら、銅堆積物は、表面層の摺動特性を著しく改善するからである。
溶射においてとりわけ優れた結果を達成するためには、その粒径はとりわけ、1μm〜90μmの間、好ましくは5μm〜50μmの間であるのが好都合である。
該スプレー粉は、軸受接触に関してもう1つの加工部材と協同する加工部材の上に、特定の方法で表面層の溶射を行うのに適している。
本発明による表面層の好ましい具体例において、MnSは、乾燥潤滑剤として、マンガンの割合が1〜2.5重量%の間となり、好ましくは1.7重量%となり、また、イオウの割合が0.5〜1.5重量%の間となり、好ましくは1重量%となるように含有されており、その結果、とりわけ、潤滑剤を用いることなく軸受接触に関して協同する複数の軸受部品(換言すれば、乾式潤滑による軸受の該軸受部品)にこの種の表面層が与えられると、とりわけ好都合となることがある。乾燥潤滑剤としてのMnSはまた、湿式潤滑による軸受(換言すれば、オイル又はグリースを用いて滑らかにされる軸受)の表面層におけるMnSの潤滑効果をも有利に創り出すことができることは言うまでもない。
この態様における表面層は、1種以上の炭化物、とりわけFexCy、好ましくはFe3Cを含有すれば、とりわけ好都合である。例えば、該表面層の中に微粒子の状態で堆積することのあるこれら炭化物は、本発明による特定の表面層の、とりわけ機械的強度を増大させ、炭化物のそれら微粒子は、該表面層における転位の移動を防止し、このようにして、該表面層を機械的に安定させる。
本発明による表面層は、それの品質を高めるために及び/又は特別な幾何学的必要条件に適応させるために、ホーニング仕上げ(honing)によって仕上げられると好都合である。
しかし、対照的に、もし軸受装置の軸受部品に、本発明による表面層が与えられた場合、軸受胴は完全に省略することができる。なぜなら、本発明による表面層は、諸軸受部品が損耗するのを防ぐので、既知の軸受装置では軸受部品を保護するのに役立つ軸受胴は不要となり得るからである。
最終的に、本発明は、本発明によるスプレー粉を用いて、本発明による表面層を製造するためのスプレー方法(spraying method)であって、溶射法(thermal spraying method)、とりわけ、大気圧プラズマ溶射法(atmospheric plasma spraying method)、真空プラズマ溶射法(vacuum plasma spraying method)、HVOF(高速ガスフレーム溶射)法、火炎溶射法(flame spraying method)、又は冷ガス溶射法(cold gas spraying method)の上記スプレー方法に関する。
本発明は、略図で示す図面の助けを借りて、以下により詳しく記述される。
Claims (10)
- 軸受装置の軸受部品2を被覆するためのスプレー粉において、不純物は別として、次の組成:
炭素=0.1〜1.5重量%、
マンガン=0.1〜8重量%、
イオウ=0.1〜2重量%、
銅=0.1〜12重量%、
鉄=100重量%に対する残りの重量%
を含有しており、しかも、リン0.01〜0.2重量%、クロム5〜20重量%及びモリブデン0.1〜20重量%から成る群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の元素を含有している、上記スプレー粉。 - スプレー粉の粒径が、5μm〜90μmの間にある、請求項1に記載のスプレー粉。
- 溶射によって施用された鉄含有表面層であって、前記表面層が軸受部品2の軸受層3で、不純物は別として、次の組成:
炭素=0.1〜1.5重量%、
マンガン=0.1〜8重量%、
イオウ=0.1〜2重量%、
銅=0.1〜12重量%、
鉄=100重量%に対する残りの重量%
を含有しており、しかも、リン0.01〜0.2重量%、クロム5〜20重量%及びモリブデン0.1〜20重量%から成る群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の元素を含有している、上記表面層。 - MnSが、乾燥潤滑剤として含有されており;マンガンの割合が、1〜2.5重量%の間であり;イオウの割合が、0.5〜1.5重量%の間である、請求項3に記載の表面層。
- α鉄のベースマトリックスを含有している、請求項3又は4に記載の表面層。
- Fe x C y 又はFe 3 Cの炭化物を含有している、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の表面層。
- 分離相として生じている銅堆積物4を含有している、請求項3〜6のいずれか1項に記載の表面層。
- 0.5〜5体積%の気孔率を有している、請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載の表面層。
- ホーニング仕上げ又は研削によって仕上げられている、請求項3〜8のいずれか1項に記載の表面層。
- 請求項3〜9のいずれか1項に記載の表面層を製造するためのスプレー方法であって、該スプレー方法が、大気圧プラズマ溶射法、真空プラズマ溶射法、HVOF法、火炎溶射法又は冷ガス溶射法の溶射法である、上記スプレー方法。
