Claims (3)
- 第1の面にて圧力を受け、その圧力により電荷を発生する圧電素子を備えた圧電センサにおいて、
前記圧電素子は、圧力を受けて電荷を発生する圧電薄膜層と前記圧電薄膜層から発生する電荷を取り出す上部電極とを備えており、
前記上部電極は、前記圧電薄膜層の前記第1の面とは反対の第2の面における外周側の領域のみと接しており、
前記圧電素子の前記第2の面に設けられた、導電性の棒状部材であって軸方向の一端面に凹部のない導電部材が、該端面で前記上部電極と接していることによって、前記導電部材と前記圧電素子とが電気的に接続されていると共に、前記第2の面と前記導電部材との間に空間が形成されていることを特徴とする圧電センサ。 - 前記上部電極は、前記圧力が作用して前記圧電素子の内部に生じる圧縮応力によって発生する電荷を取り出すように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧電センサ。
- 前記圧電素子を装着するための筐体を備えており、
前記圧電薄膜層は前記筐体の前端壁に形成され、この前端壁における前記圧電薄膜層が形成されている部分はダイアフラムとして機能するように加工されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧電センサ。
