Description
(1)1または複数の薬物を送達するためのオリフィス装置であって、
基端部及び先端部を有する内側部材と、
前記内側部材の周りに螺旋状に平行に巻かれた複数の別個のワイヤを含む、前記内側部材の周りに螺旋状に巻かれた巻線とを含み、
前記巻線と前記内側部材が、1または複数の薬物を移送するための少なくとも3つの別個の流路と、前記巻線の基端部及びその先端部のそれぞれで前記複数の別個のワイヤの入口及び出口を画定していることを特徴とするオリフィス装置。
(2)前記複数の別個のワイヤの少なくとも2つが異なった直径を有することを特徴とする実施形態(1)に記載のオリフィス装置。
(3)更に、前記巻線上に外側部材を含むことを特徴とする実施形態(2)に記載のオリフィス装置。
(4)前記少なくとも3つの別個の流路の少なくとも2つの流路が異なった流量を有することを特徴とする実施形態(3)に記載のオリフィス装置。
(5)前記少なくとも3つの別個の流路の少なくとも2つの流路が異なった薬物を移送することを特徴とする実施形態(4)に記載のオリフィス装置。
(7)前記ワイヤが円形の断面を有することを特徴とする実施形態(1)に記載のオリフィス装置。
(8)前記ワイヤが六角形の断面を有することを特徴とする実施形態(1)に記載のオリフィス装置。
(9)前記ワイヤが八角形の断面を有することを特徴とする実施形態(1)に記載のオリフィス装置。
(10)前記ワイヤが三角形の断面を有することを特徴とする実施形態(1)に記載のオリフィス装置。
(12)前記外側部材がポリマー材料から形成されていることを特徴とする実施形態(3)に記載のオリフィス装置。
(13)前記ポリマー材料がPTFEであることを特徴とする実施形態(12)に記載のオリフィス装置。
(14)前記流路充填材料が接着剤であることを特徴とする実施形態(6)に記載のオリフィス装置。
(15)前記ワイヤが劣化耐性のある材料から形成されていることを特徴とする実施形態(1)に記載のオリフィス装置。
(17)前記材料がステンレス鋼合金であることを特徴とする実施形態(15)に記載のオリフィス装置。
(18)前記材料がプラスチックであることを特徴とする実施形態(15)に記載のオリフィス装置。
(19)前記ワイヤが0.001インチ〜0.050インチ(0.0254mm〜1.2700mm)の範囲の幅を有することを特徴とする実施形態(1)に記載のオリフィス装置。
(20)前記ワイヤが0.004インチ〜0.005インチ(0.1016mm〜0.1270mm)の範囲の幅を有することを特徴とする実施形態(19)に記載のオリフィス装置。

Claims (19)
- 1または複数の薬物を送達するためのオリフィス装置であって、
基端部及び先端部を有する内側部材と、
前記内側部材の周りに螺旋状に平行に巻かれた複数の別個のワイヤを含む、前記内側部材の周りに螺旋状に巻かれた巻線とを含み、
前記巻線と前記内側部材が、1または複数の薬物を移送するための少なくとも3つの別個の流路と、前記巻線の基端部及びその先端部のそれぞれで前記複数の別個のワイヤの入口及び出口を画定しており、
前記複数の別個のワイヤの少なくとも2つが異なった断面直径を有することを特徴とするオリフィス装置。 - 更に、前記巻線上に外側部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオリフィス装置。
- 前記少なくとも3つの別個の流路の少なくとも2つの流路が異なった流量を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のオリフィス装置。
- 前記少なくとも3つの別個の流路の少なくとも2つの流路が異なった薬物を移送することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のオリフィス装置。
- 前記外側部材が、前記少なくとも3つの別個の流路の1つの流路の薬物の流れを遮断するために流路充填材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のオリフィス装置。
- 前記ワイヤが円形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオリフィス装置。
- 前記ワイヤが六角形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオリフィス装置。
- 前記ワイヤが八角形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオリフィス装置。
- 前記ワイヤが三角形の断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオリフィス装置。
- 前記外側部材がスリーブであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のオリフィス装置。
- 前記外側部材がポリマー材料から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のオリフィス装置。
- 前記ポリマー材料がPTFEであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のオリフィス装置。
- 前記流路充填材料が接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のオリフィス装置。
- 前記ワイヤが劣化耐性のある材料から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオリフィス装置。
- 前記材料がニッケル−チタン合金であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のオリフィス装置。
- 前記材料がステンレス鋼合金であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のオリフィス装置。
- 前記材料がプラスチックであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のオリフィス装置。
- 前記複数のワイヤの内の少なくとも1つが0.001インチ〜0.050インチ(0.0254mm〜1.2700mm)の範囲の幅を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオリフィス装置。
- 前記複数のワイヤの内の少なくとも1つが0.004インチ〜0.005インチ(0.1016mm〜0.1270mm)の範囲の幅を有することを特徴とする請求項18に記載のオリフィス装置。
