Claims (10)
- 一つの操作ボタン(1)と、これに接続された一つのボルト軸部(7)とを有するばね変位固定ボルトであって、
前記ボルト軸部(7)が、一つのスリーブ(12)内でばねの力により変位可能であり、
前記スリーブ(12)が、機械部品又は家具の対応穴の中にねじ込まれるものであり、
その際に、前記ボルト軸部(7)が、前記穴の中に押し込められ、さらに、
前記固定ボルトが、場合により、引き出された前記ボルト軸部(7)をその上昇位置においてロックするロック機構を有しているものにおいて、
前記操作ボタン(1)に、その軸方向に延在する一つのスリーブ部材(3)が一体に成形され、ばねの力によって長手方向に変位するスリーブ(12、22)が多角形のカラー部(14)を有しており、そのカラー部(14)が前記スリーブ部材(3)内の多角形断面(5)のリセス内で該多角形断面(5)に係合することを特徴とする固定ボルト。 - ロック機構のない固定ボルトでは、前記多角形断面(5)のリセス内において長手方向に変位可能であるように配置される前記スリーブ(12)が、引き出し長さ(20)の全長にわたり、前記断面(5)の形状に合致する多角形のカラー部(14)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定ボルト。
- ロック機構を有した固定ボルトでは、前記多角形断面(5)のリセス内において長手方向に変位可能であるように配置される前記スリーブ(12)が、前記引き出し長さ(20)の一部に亘って円形のカラー部(18)を有し、該円形のカラー部(18)が多角形のカラー部(14)に連設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定ボルト。
- 前記操作ボタン側のスリーブ部材(3)の前記多角形断面が六角形の断面形状として構成されること、および、それに応じて、前記スリーブ(12、22)の前記多角形のカラー部(14)が六角形であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の固定ボルト。
- 前記スリーブ(12、22)の前記多角形のカラー部(14)が、レンチをあてがう面を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1から4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の固定ボルト。
- ロックを確実にするために、前記スリーブ部材(3)の端面(4)には、前記多角形断面(5)に対して円周方向に位置をずらした別の多角形断面(6)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の固定ボルト。
- 前記別の多角形断面(6)が、前記端面(4)において凹設されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の固定ボルト。
- 前記スリーブ(12、22)の基部側に位置する、ねじアタッチメント(15)にねじ山(13)が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の固定ボルト。
- 前記スリーブ(12、22)と前記ボルト軸部(7)との間に、圧縮コイルばね(9)が配置され、該ばねの一方の端部が前記ボルト軸部(7)の端部(10)と、他方の端部が前記スリーブ(12、22)の段部(11)と接続することを特徴とする請求項1から8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の固定ボルト。
- 前記スリーブ(12)の前記円形のカラー部(18)に続いて多角形のカラー部(19)が連設されており、該カラー部(19)の端面が多角形のカラー状のロック面(24)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1から9のうちのいずれか一項に記載の固定ボルト。
