Description
本発明は、スクレーパに関し、長尺の、少なくとも張力を伝達する可撓性構造を含み、該構造は複数の成形片Xから形成され、該複数の成形片は長手方向sに相互に次々に連結され、継手構造Nを用いて高さhの方向に立ち上がる軸線まわりに相互に対してねじれるw1ように設けられ、該継手構造Nは、先行する成形片にその高さhの方向に上下に存在する複数の端部突起N1と、後行の成形片に存在する、該先行する成形片の端部突起間に配置されるべき中央突起N2をと含む。継手構造N;N’は、一連の成形片Xの本質的に長手軸線sまわりの相互に対するねじれw2を可能にするように設けられ、その原理は、特に、図2a、図2b、図6、図7および図8から理解できる。
Claims (3)
- 水面に存在する物質のかき取りに使用されるように意図されたスクレーパであって、
長尺の、少なくとも張力を伝達する可撓性構造を含み、該構造は複数の成形片(X)から形成され、該複数の成形片は長手方向(s)に相互に次々に連結され、継手構造(N;N’)を用いて、高さ(h)の方向に立ち上がる軸線まわり(w1)と、長手軸線(s)まわり(w2)とに相互に対してねじれるように設けられ、該継手構造(N;N’)は、先行する成形片にその高さ(h)の方向に上下に存在する複数の端部突起(N1)と、後行の成形片に存在する、該先行する成形片の端部突起間に配置されるべき中央突起(N2)とを含む、スクレーパにおいて、
スクレーパの単位体積の重量は、空気または浮揚材料で充填された中空フレーム(XR)を有する成形片(X)を用いることによって水よりも軽く設けられ、
成形片(X)の剛構造のフレーム(XR)には、着脱可能なスカート部(XH)が設けられ、該スカート部は成形片のフレーム(XR)よりもより軟質な/可撓性を有する材料から製造され、
スカート部(XH)の下端には、浮揚する成形片を鉛直位置に保持するための補助重量構造(LP)が設けられ、
スクレーパの継手構造(N;N’)は、突起(N1,N2)の継手ピン(T)のための孔(R)を含み、該孔は高さ(h)の方向に延び、
中央突起(N2)の上端および下端はアーチ状に設けられ、孔(R;R’)は、断面で見て、中央突起(N2)の中央からその上端および下端に向かって拡径するように設けられ、
スクレーパの各成形片(X)は、相互に類似し、成形片(X)の第1の継手表面に端部突起(N1)が存在し、該成形片(X)の第1の継手表面に対向する他方の継手表面に中央突起(N2)が存在することを特徴とするスクレーパ。 - 成形片のフレーム(XR)はポリプロピレンから製造され、スカート部(XH)はポリウレタンまたはゴムから製造されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスクレーパ。
- スカート部(XH)は、フィン状の補強/封止構造(XHL,XHL’)を有し、該構造はスカート部の外表面から外方(r)に突出し、一連の成形片の、高さ(h)の方向に延びる回転軸線まわりの相互に対するねじれ(w1)を可能にするように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のスクレーパ。
