Claims (7)
- 異なる感度レベルの2つ以上の出力(A1、A2、Ai)を有する物理値を測定する測定装置において、圧電センサ(10)と異なる増幅度設定の2個以上の電荷増幅器(20、21、22)とを含み、センサ(10)と電荷増幅器(20、21、22)との間に、測定時にそのセンサ(10)からの電荷信号(Q)を、各々が電荷増幅器(20、21)の内の1つで処理可能な部分信号(Q1、Q2、Qi)に分割可能な信号スプリッタ(40)を配置した、前記測定装置。
- 請求項1記載の測定装置において、前記センサ(10)は力、圧力、伸長、慣性または加速度を測定可能である、前記測定装置。
- 請求項1または2記載の測定装置において、前記信号スプリッタ(40)には、各前記電荷増幅器(20、21)の前にコンデンサ(C1、C2)が配置されている、前記測定装置。
- 請求項3記載の測定装置において、前記コンデンサ(C1、C2)の容量値は同じオーダーであり、互いに最大10倍だけ異なる、前記測定装置。
- 請求項3または4記載の測定装置において、前記電荷増幅器(20、21)の増幅度設定は最大100倍だけ異なる、前記測定装置。
- 請求項1及至5のいずれか1項に記載の測定装置において、出力(A1、A2)の感度は最大1000倍だけ異なっている、測定装置。
- 請求項1及至6のいずれか1項に記載の測定装置を含む装置(50)。
