Claims (9)
- 気−液タイプの液圧アキュムレーターであって、内部にチャンバ(11c)を定める剛性のハウジング(11)、気体用のポート(30)及び液体用のポート(19)を備え、高圧ガスの吸気を制御させるために前記気体用のポート(30)内にガスチャージ弁(31)を備え、前記ハウジング(11)内に変形可能で、半透性のセパレーター(35)を備えて、前記内部のチャンバ(11c)を前記気体用のポート(30)と連通する気体用のチャンバ(33)と前記液体用のポート(19)と連通する液体用のチャンバ(21)に区別させ、さらに、
(a)前記気体用のチャンバ(33)から、前記半透性のセパレーター(35)を通って、前記液体用のチャンバ(21)内に流れるガスを集合させるガスの集合手段(41)を前記液体用のチャンバ(21)内に設け、
(b)管手段(45)を設けて、この一方の端部(45a)を前記ガスの集合手段(41)と連通させ、他方の端部(45b)を前記ハウジング(11、27)に対して取付けて、前記ガスの集合手段(41)から前記液体用のチャンバ(21)外へガスを流通させるようにしたことを特徴とする液圧アキュムレーター。 - 前記剛性のハウジング(11)は略円筒形状であって、水平方向に延び、前記気体用のポート(30)は前記ハウジング(11)の一方の軸方向端部に設けられ、前記液体用のポート(19)は前記ハウジング(11)の他方の軸方向端部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧アキュムレーター。
- 前記半透性のセパレーターは長手方向に延び、略円筒形状で、弾力的に変形可能な内袋(35)を構成し、この内部に前記気体用のチャンバ(33)を定めて、この一方の端部(37)を前記ガスチャージ弁(31)付近で前記剛性のハウジング(11)に対して固定させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液圧アキュムレーター。
- 前記略円筒形状の内袋(35)は前記剛性のハウジング(11)内に定められる前記内部のチャンバ(11c)内に該チャンバと略同心軸上に配置され、前記内袋(35)は前記液体用のチャンバ(21)によって囲まれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液圧アキュムレーター。
- 前記ガスの集合手段(41)は長手方向に延び、少なくとも前記内部のチャンバ(11c)の軸方向長さの大部分にわたって軸方向に延び、前記アキュムレーターがその長手方向軸が水平方向に指向するように設けられたとき、前記内袋(35)の上方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に液圧アキュムレーター。
- 前記ガスの集合手段(41)は、ガスの集合部分(43)を有する移送用隔膜であり、前記液体用のチャンバ(21)内で前記移送用隔膜が通常の操作圧力に晒されるとき、前記集合部分(43)を通ってガスが移動できるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧アキュムレーター。
- 前記移送用隔膜は、前記気体用のチャンバ(33)内の前記ガスに対して透過性を示す一方、液体に対して透過性を示さない素材からなるレイヤ(41a)を有するとともに、この素材のレイヤを前記気体用のチャンバ(33)と前記移送用隔膜の前記ガスの集合部分(43)の間に配置したことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の液圧アキュムレーター。
- 気−液タイプの液圧アキュムレーターであって、内部にチャンバ(11c)を定める剛性のハウジング(11)、気体用のポート(30)及び液体用のポート(19)を備え、高圧ガスの吸気を制御させるために前記気体用のポート(30)内にガスチャージ弁(31)を備え、前記ハウジング(11)内に変形可能で、半透性のセパレーター(35)を備えて、前記内部のチャンバ(11c)を前記気体用のポート(30)と連通する気体用のチャンバ(33)と前記液体用のポート(19)と連通する液体用のチャンバ(21)に区別させ、さらに、
(a)前記気体用のチャンバ(33)から、前記半透性のセパレーター(35)を通って、前記液体用のチャンバ(21)内に流れるガスを集合させるガスの集合手段を前記液体用のチャンバ(21)内に設け、前記手段は前記剛性のハウジング(11)にライナー(39)を配置させて、この少なくとも一部を前記ガスに関して半透性となるように構成し、
(b)管手段を設けて、この一方の端部を前記ガスの集合手段と連通させ、他の部位を前記ハウジング(11)に対して取付けて、前記ガスの集合手段からガスを流通させるようにし、前記管手段は前記剛性のハウジングを前記ガスに対して半透性を示す有孔性のフィラメント素材から形成するように構成したことを特徴とする液圧アキュムレーター。 - 前記ライナー(39)は前記液体に対してほぼ非透過性であるが、前記ガスに対して透過性の素材から形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の液圧アキュムレーター。
