Claims (12)
- 衝撃及び/又は振動保護手袋であって、
手袋本体と、
前記手袋本体の内部又は表面に含めるための少なくとも1つの衝撃及び/又は振動吸収材料要素とを備えており、
前記衝撃及び/又は振動吸収材料要素は、
可撓性高分子材料から構成され、その全域に複数の孔を有する内側層と、
クローズドセル型フォーム材料から構成され、その全域に複数の孔を有する外側層とを備え、
前記両層を互いに適切に重ね合わせた際に、前記内側層の前記孔が、前記外側層の前記孔に対してオフセットするようにし、
前記少なくとも1つの衝撃及び/又は振動吸収材料要素を前記手袋本体の内部又は表面に配置して、当該保護手袋の使用時に着用者が受ける衝撃及び/又は振動力を吸収するようにし、
前記内側層の硬さが前記外側層の硬さより小さく、当該衝撃及び/又は振動吸収材料要素が衝撃力を受けたときに、前記内側層の一部が前記外側層の前記孔内に撓み、
当該保護手袋が物体と衝突したときに、前記少なくとも1つの衝撃及び/又は振動吸収材料要素の前記内側層の一部が前記外側層の前記孔内に撓むことによって衝突した物体に伝達される前記衝撃力の大きさを増大させるようにしたことを特徴とする手袋。 - 請求項1に記載の衝撃及び/又は振動保護手袋であって、
前記手袋本体が、革、ビニル、繊維、複合材料、及びエラストマーから成る群より選択される材料から構成されることを特徴とする手袋。 - 請求項1に記載の衝撃及び/又は振動保護手袋であって、
前記少なくとも1つの衝撃及び/又は振動吸収材料要素が、前記手袋本体の内部に沿って配置されたことを特徴とする手袋。 - 請求項1に記載の衝撃及び/又は振動保護手袋であって、
前記少なくとも1つの衝撃及び/又は振動吸収材料要素が、前記手袋本体の内側層と外側層との間に配置されたことを特徴とする手袋。 - 請求項1に記載の衝撃及び/又は振動保護手袋であって、
前記少なくとも1つの衝撃及び/又は振動吸収材料要素が、前記手袋本体の内部又は表面に設けられた少なくとも1つの受けポケットに配置されたことを特徴とする手袋。 - 請求項1に記載の衝撃及び/又は振動保護手袋であって、
前記少なくとも1つの衝撃及び/又は振動吸収材料要素が、前記手袋本体の外部に配置されたことを特徴とする手袋。 - 請求項1に記載の衝撃及び/又は振動保護手袋であって、
前記少なくとも1つの衝撃及び/又は振動吸収材料要素の前記手袋本体への取り付けを容易にするために、前記少なくとも1つの衝撃及び/又は振動吸収材料要素が伸縮性繊維材料で実質的に覆われたことを特徴とする手袋。 - 請求項1に記載の衝撃及び/又は振動保護手袋であって、
前記少なくとも1つの衝撃及び/又は振動吸収材料要素が、前記手袋本体に着脱可能に取り付けられたことを特徴とする手袋。 - 請求項1に記載の衝撃及び/又は振動保護手袋であって、
前記少なくとも1つの衝撃及び/又は振動吸収材料要素が、前記手袋本体に恒久的に取り付けられたことを特徴とする手袋。 - 請求項1に記載の衝撃及び/又は振動保護手袋であって、
当該手袋の特定の領域に異なる衝撃及び/又は振動吸収性を選択的に与えるために、前記少なくとも1つの衝撃及び/又は振動吸収材料要素に不均一なパターンの孔が形成されたことを特徴とする手袋。 - 請求項1に記載の衝撃及び/又は振動保護手袋であって、
単一の手袋に複数の衝撃及び/又は振動吸収材料要素が設けられたことを特徴とする手袋。 - 請求項1に記載の衝撃及び/又は振動保護手袋であって、
前記可撓性高分子材料が高分子ゲルであることを特徴とする手袋。
