Description

The present invention relates to a dynamic damper.

The dynamic damper is attached to, for example, a seat back of a vehicle seat, and attenuates vibration of the seat back (see Patent Document 1).

As an example of such a dynamic damper, as shown in FIG. 6, an outer member 102 having a bottom wall portion 120 and a pair of side wall portions 121 and 122, and a mass member 103 provided inside the outer member 102, In some cases, the rubber member includes a pair of upper and lower rubber support members 104 that connect the side wall portions 121 and 122 of the outer member 102 and the mass member 103 to each other. The support member 104 is tuned to a vibration having a relatively low frequency and a large amplitude by being formed thin.
JP 2006-283951 A

In the dynamic damper, when the mass member 103 vibrates in the X direction shown in FIG. 6B, the mass member 103 swings in the Y direction shown in FIG. 6B with the support member 104 as a fulcrum (FIG. 6B). ). If it swings in this way, the support member 104 is distorted, and in the worst case, the support member 104 is damaged. Further, if the support member 104 is broken, the mass member 103 may fall off the outer member 102.

This invention is made in view of this point, and it is in suppressing that a supporting member is damaged. Further, even if the support member is damaged, the mass member is prevented from falling off the outer member.

A first invention is a dynamic damper that is attached to a vibration source side and attenuates vibrations on the vibration source side, and includes an outer member having a bottom wall portion and first and second side wall portions; A mass member provided on the inner side, and the first side wall portion and the first side surface provided between the first side wall portion and a first side surface of the mass member facing the first side wall portion, respectively; A pair of first support members that are connected to each other, and the second side wall portion and the second side wall portion provided between the second side wall portion and the second side surface of the mass member facing the second side wall portion, respectively. A rubber support member having a pair of second support members that connect the two side surfaces to each other, the first side surface having a first insertion hole, and the second side surface having a second insertion hole. It is formed to extend in the direction in which the support member extends, and the first side wall portion has The first long hole extending in the longitudinal direction of the side wall in the portion facing the first insertion hole, and the second long length extending in the longitudinal direction of the side wall in the portion facing the second insertion hole in the second side wall. Holes are respectively formed, and the rubber first pin member is inserted into the first elongated hole in the first insertion hole, and the rubber second pin member is inserted into the second insertion hole. The first insertion holes are respectively inserted in the state of being inserted into the second long holes, and the first insertion holes are respectively formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the side wall of the first side surface, and the second insertion holes Are respectively formed at both end portions of the second side surface in the longitudinal direction of the side wall portion .

Thus, the rubber first pin member is inserted into the first insertion hole of the first side surface of the mass member in a state of being inserted into the first long hole of the first side wall portion of the outer member extending in the longitudinal direction of the side wall portion, and the second side surface Since the rubber second pin member is inserted into the second insertion hole in a state where it is inserted through the second long hole of the second side wall portion extending in the longitudinal direction of the side wall portion, the mass member has the pin member along the long hole. Although it can move in the longitudinal direction of the side wall by being guided in the longitudinal direction of the side wall, it is suppressed from moving in the lateral direction of the side wall. Therefore, even when the mass member vibrates in the longitudinal direction of the side wall, it is possible to suppress the mass member from swinging in the lateral direction of the side wall using the support member as a fulcrum. Therefore, it is possible to suppress distortion of the support member, and it is possible to suppress damage to the support member.

Moreover, since the pin member inserted into the insertion hole of the mass member is inserted into the long hole of the side wall portion of the outer member, even if the support member is damaged, it is possible to suppress the mass member from dropping from the outer member. .

Further , one first insertion hole is formed at each of both end portions of the first side surface of the mass member in the longitudinal direction of the side wall portion, and one second insertion hole is formed at each of both end portions of the second side surface of the second side surface in the longitudinal direction of the side wall portion. Since it forms, a pin member is each arrange | positioned at the both ends of the side wall part longitudinal direction of a mass member. When the pin member is arranged in this way, the mass member swings in the lateral direction of the side wall portion with the support member as a fulcrum as compared with the case where the pin member is arranged in the central portion of the mass member in the longitudinal direction of the side wall portion. It can be further suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to surely prevent the support member from being distorted and to reliably prevent the support member from being damaged.

A second invention is a dynamic damper that is attached to the vibration source side and attenuates vibrations on the vibration source side, and includes an outer member having a bottom wall portion and first and second side wall portions; A mass member provided on the inner side, and the first side wall portion and the first side surface provided between the first side wall portion and a first side surface of the mass member facing the first side wall portion, respectively; A pair of first support members that are connected to each other, and the second side wall portion and the second side wall portion provided between the second side wall portion and the second side surface of the mass member facing the second side wall portion, respectively. Each of the first insertion holes is inserted in a state of being inserted into the second long hole, and the two first insertion holes are formed so as to be shifted from each other in the lateral direction of the side wall portion. Two holes are formed so as to face each of the first insertion holes.

As a result, two first insertion holes are formed, these are shifted from each other in the lateral direction of the side wall, and two second insertion holes are formed so as to face each first insertion hole. The first and second pin members are arranged so as to be shifted from each other in the lateral direction of the side wall. When the pin member is arranged in this way, the first member and the second pin member are respectively arranged in the same position with respect to the side wall portion short direction, and the mass member is in the side wall portion short direction with the support member as a fulcrum. Can be further suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to surely prevent the support member from being distorted and to reliably prevent the support member from being damaged.

According to a third invention, in the first or second invention, the first and second insertion holes are arranged so as to face each other and are continuous, and penetrate the mass member in a direction in which the support member extends. A through hole is formed, and the first and second pin members are integrated to form an integrated pin member, which is inserted into the through hole.

Thereby, since the integrated pin member formed by integrating the first and second pin members is inserted into the through hole formed by connecting the first and second insertion holes, the first and second pin members are separately provided. Compared with the case where it is, the length of the part inserted in the insertion hole becomes still longer. Therefore, it is possible to reliably suppress the pin member from falling out of the insertion hole.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a dynamic damper that is attached to the vibration source side and attenuates vibrations on the vibration source side, and includes an outer member having a bottom wall portion and first and second side wall portions; A mass member provided on the inner side, and the first side wall portion and the first side surface provided between the first side wall portion and a first side surface of the mass member facing the first side wall portion, respectively; A pair of first support members that are connected to each other, and the second side wall portion and the second side wall portion provided between the second side wall portion and the second side surface of the mass member facing the second side wall portion, respectively. The first insertion hole is inserted into the second long hole, the first insertion hole and the second insertion hole are arranged so as to face each other, and the mass member is extended in the extending direction of the support member. A through hole is formed, and the first and second pin members are integrated to form an integrated pin member, which is inserted into the through hole. .

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a dynamic damper that is attached to the vibration source side and attenuates vibrations on the vibration source side, and includes an outer member having a bottom wall portion and first and second side wall portions; A mass member provided on the inner side, and the first side wall portion and the first side surface provided between the first side wall portion and a first side surface of the mass member facing the first side wall portion, respectively; A pair of first support members that are connected to each other, and the second side wall portion and the second side wall portion provided between the second side wall portion and the second side surface of the mass member facing the second side wall portion, respectively. The first insertion hole and the second insertion hole are formed one by one in a state of being inserted through the second long hole, and they are arranged so as to be shifted from each other in the longitudinal direction of the side wall. It is characterized by.

As a result, one each of the first and second insertion holes are formed and are shifted from each other in the longitudinal direction of the side wall, so that the first and second pin members are shifted from each other in the longitudinal direction of the side wall. Be placed. When the pin member is arranged in this way, the mass member swings in the lateral direction of the side wall portion with the supporting member as a fulcrum, compared to the case where the first and second pin members are arranged at the same position with respect to the longitudinal direction of the side wall portion. This can be further suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to surely prevent the support member from being distorted and to reliably prevent the support member from being damaged.

According to the present invention, the first pin member made of rubber is inserted into the first insertion hole on the first side surface of the mass member in a state of being inserted into the first long hole of the first side wall portion of the outer member extending in the longitudinal direction of the side wall portion, Since the rubber second pin member is inserted into the second insertion hole of the second side surface in a state of being inserted into the second long hole of the second side wall portion extending in the side wall portion longitudinal direction, the mass member has a long hole as the pin member. Can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the side wall by being guided in the longitudinal direction of the side wall, but it is suppressed from moving in the lateral direction of the side wall, so that even if the mass member vibrates in the longitudinal direction of the side wall, The mass member can be prevented from swinging in the lateral direction of the side wall with the support member as a fulcrum, so that the support member can be prevented from being distorted and the support member can be prevented from being damaged.

Further, since the pin member inserted into the insertion hole of the mass member is inserted into the long hole of the side wall portion of the outer member, even if the support member is damaged, the mass member can be prevented from falling off the outer member. .

The weight 3 is disposed on the inner side of the outer metal fitting 2, and the surface of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped metal member is covered with a rubber film. The length of the weight 3 in the X direction is substantially the same as that of the outer metal fitting 2. On both side surfaces 30 and 31 of the weight 3 facing the both side wall portions 21 and 22 of the outer metal fitting 2, a step portion 32 is formed at the center in the longitudinal direction. On the surface of the weight 3 facing the bottom wall portion 20 of the outer metal fitting 2 and on the surface opposite to this surface, protrusions 33 are formed vertically.

The support member 4 is provided between the first side wall portion 21 and the first side surface 30 of the weight 3 that faces the first side wall portion 21, and connects the first side wall portion 21 and the first side surface 30 to each other. A pair of first support members 40, 40 having a substantially square cross section to be connected, and a second side wall portion 22 and a second side surface 31 of the weight 3 facing the second side wall portion 22, respectively. It has a pair of second support members 41, 41 having a substantially square cross section for connecting the second side wall portion 22 and the second side surface 31 to each other. Both the first support members 40 and 40 are arranged at a predetermined interval in the X direction, and both the second support members 41 and 41 oppose each first support member 40 with the weight 3 interposed therebetween. Are arranged as shown. Specifically, each first support member 40 is positioned from the left and right end edges of the first side wall 21 (or the first side 30) so as to be positioned outside the step 32 in the X direction. 1 side 30) is arranged in a portion that is about a quarter of the length in the X direction. The same can be said for the second support member 41. The first and second support members 40 and 41 are tuned to vibration having a relatively low frequency and large amplitude by being formed thin.

Hereinafter, the characteristic part of the dynamic damper 1 of this embodiment is demonstrated.

A first insertion hole 34 having a substantially square cross section is formed on the first side surface 30 of the weight 3, and a second insertion hole 35 having a substantially square cross section is formed on the second side surface 31. It is formed one by one. The first and second insertion holes 34 and 35 are provided in the center of the weight 3 in the Y direction and are shifted from each other in the X direction. Specifically, the first insertion hole 34 is closer to the first support member 40 on one side in the X direction (right side in FIG. 2A) between the first support members 40, 40, and the second insertion hole 35 is the second insertion hole 35. The two support members 41 are provided near the second support member 41 on the other side in the X direction (left side in FIG. 2A) between the support members 41 and 41, respectively.

The first side wall portion 21 of the outer metal fitting 2 has a substantially rectangular first elongated hole 21a extending in the X direction at a portion facing the first insertion hole 34, and the second side wall portion 22 has a second insertion hole. Each of the second oblong holes 22a having a substantially rectangular shape extending in the X direction is formed in a portion facing 35. These first and second long holes 21a and 22a are arranged so as to be shifted from each other in the X direction, like the first and second insertion holes 34 and 35.

The first insertion hole 34 has a substantially square rubber cross section extending in the Z direction. The first insertion hole 35 is inserted into the first elongated hole 21a, and the second insertion hole 35 has a cross section extending in the Z direction. The substantially square rubber-made second pin member 6 is inserted through the second long hole 22a without any gap, and is fixedly bonded.

The first pin member 5 is normally in non-contact with the front, rear, left and right edges of the first long hole 21a. The same can be said for the second pin member 6. Hereinafter, these will be described in detail.

First, the first pin member 5 is normally positioned at the center of the first long hole 21 in the X direction, and there are gaps between the left and right edges of the first long hole 21a. The same can be said for the second pin member 6. From these facts, the weight 3 can move in the X direction by the pin members 5 and 6 being guided in the X direction along the long holes 21a and 22a.

Next, the first pin member 5 normally has a slight gap between the front and rear end edges of the first long hole 21a. The same can be said for the second pin member 6. For these reasons, the pin members 5 and 6 hardly move in the Y direction in the long holes 21a and 22a, and accordingly, the weight 3 hardly moves in the Y direction.

From the above, even if the weight 3 vibrates in the X direction, the weight 3 can be prevented from swinging in the Y direction with the support member 4 as a fulcrum. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the support member 4 from being distorted and to prevent the support member 4 from being damaged.

In particular, in the present embodiment, the first and second pin members 5 and 6 are arranged so as to be shifted from each other in the X direction. Therefore, the first and second pin members 5 and 6 are arranged at the same position with respect to the X direction. Compared with the case, it is possible to further suppress the weight 3 from swinging in the Y direction with the support member 4 as a fulcrum. Accordingly, the occurrence of distortion in the support member 4 can be reliably suppressed, and the support member 4 can be reliably suppressed from being damaged.

In addition, since the tips of the pin members 5 and 6 protruding from the side surface of the weight 3 protrude from the long holes 21a and 22a of the side wall portions 21 and 22 of the outer metal fitting 2, even if the support member 4 is damaged, the weight 3 can be prevented from falling off the outer metal fitting 2.

Furthermore, since the pin members 5 and 6 are made of rubber, even if the pin members 5 and 6 come into contact with the front, rear, left and right edges of the long holes 21a and 22a, noise is hardly generated.

In the dynamic damper 1 having the above-described configuration, the outer metal fitting 2, the weight 3, the support member 4, and the pin members 5 and 6 are integrally formed by vulcanization with an adhesive applied to the insertion holes 34 and 35 of the weight 3. It is manufactured by

(Embodiment 2)
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the integrated pin member 7 is inserted into the through hole 36. This will be described in detail below.

The first and second insertion holes 34 and 35 are arranged so as to face each other and are continuous, and form a through hole 36 that penetrates the weight 3 in the Z direction. The through hole 36 is provided at the center of the weight 3 in the X direction. The first and second long holes 21a and 22a are arranged to face each other with the weight 3 interposed therebetween. Specifically, the first long hole 21 a is provided at the center in the longitudinal direction of the first side wall portion 21 of the outer metal fitting 2, and the second long hole 22 a is provided at the center in the longitudinal direction of the second side wall portion 22. The first and second pin members 5 and 6 are integrated to form an integrated pin member 7, and the integrated pin member 7 is inserted into the through hole 36. The other points are almost the same as in the first embodiment.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the integrated pin member 7 formed by integrating the first and second pin members 5 and 6 and the through hole 36 formed by connecting the first and second insertion holes 34 and 35 continuously. Therefore, compared with the case where the first and second pin members 5 and 6 are separate, the length of the portion inserted into the insertion hole is further increased. Therefore, the pin member 7 can be reliably prevented from falling out of the insertion hole 36.

(Embodiment 3)
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, one integrated pin member 7 is disposed at each end of the weight 3 in the X direction. This will be described in detail below.

One through hole 36 is formed at each end of the weight 3 in the X direction. One first long hole 21 a is formed at each longitudinal end of the first side wall 21 of the outer metal fitting 2, and one second long hole 22 a is formed at each longitudinal end of the second side wall 22. It is formed one by one. The integrated pin member 7 is inserted into each through hole 36. The other points are almost the same as in the second embodiment.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the pin members 7 are arranged at both ends of the weight 3 in the X direction. Therefore, compared to the case where the pin members 7 are arranged at the center portion of the weight 3 in the X direction, 3 can be further suppressed from swinging in the Y direction with the support member 4 as a fulcrum. Accordingly, the occurrence of distortion in the support member 4 can be reliably suppressed, and the support member 4 can be reliably suppressed from being damaged.

In the present embodiment, the integrated pin member 7 is fitted in the through hole 36, but the same configuration as in the first embodiment may be used. That is, one first insertion hole 34 is formed at each X direction both ends of the first side surface 30 of the weight 3, and one second insertion hole 35 is formed at each X direction both ends of the second side surface 31. . A state in which the first pin member 5 is inserted through each first long hole 21a in each first insertion hole 34, and a second pin member 6 is inserted through each second long hole 22a through each second insertion hole 35. And fit each. According to this configuration, substantially the same operational effects as in the present embodiment can be obtained.

(Embodiment 4)
In the present embodiment, four pin members are disposed as shown in FIG. This will be described in detail below.

Two first insertion holes 34 are formed, and these are shifted from each other in the X direction and the Y direction. Specifically, the first insertion hole 34 on one side in the X direction (on the right side in FIG. 5A) is closer to the first support member 40 on the one side in the X direction between the first support members 40, 40, and the other side ( The first insertion holes 34 in the left side of FIG. 5A are provided near the first support member 40 on the other side between the first support members 40, 40. The first insertion hole 34 on one side is on the surface side of the weight 3 facing the bottom wall portion 20 of the outer metal fitting 2 (the upper side in FIG. 5B), and the first insertion hole 34 on the other side is the weight 3. Are provided on the surface side opposite to the surface facing the bottom wall portion 20 (lower side in FIG. 5B).

Two second insertion holes 35 are formed so as to face each first insertion hole 34 with the weight 3 interposed therebetween. That is, these second insertion holes 35 and 35 are arranged so as to be shifted from each other in the X direction and the Y direction, similarly to the first insertion holes 34 and 34.

Two first long holes 21a are formed, and these are shifted from each other in the X direction and the Y direction. Specifically, the first long hole 21a on one side in the X direction is on the bottom wall 20 side (the upper side in FIG. 5B) of the outer metal fitting 2, and the first long hole 21a on the other side is on the bottom wall 20 side (see FIG. 5). to 5 (b) in the lower side) are respectively provided. Two second long holes 22a are formed so as to face each first long hole 21a with the weight 3 interposed therebetween. That is, the second long holes 22a and 22a are arranged so as to be shifted from each other in the X direction and the Y direction, similarly to the first long holes 21a and 21a.

The other points are almost the same as in the first embodiment.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the first and second pin members 5 and 6 are respectively shifted in the Y direction, the first and second pin members 5 and 6 are respectively Y Compared with the case where it arrange | positions in the same position regarding a direction, it can suppress further that the weight 3 rock | fluctuates to a Y direction by using the supporting member 4 as a fulcrum. Accordingly, the occurrence of distortion in the support member 4 can be reliably suppressed, and the support member 4 can be reliably suppressed from being damaged.

In the present embodiment, the first and second insertion holes 34 and 35 and the first and second pin members 5 and 6 are separate, but may be configured in the same manner as in the second and third embodiments. That is, the first and second insertion holes 34 and 35 are connected to form a through hole 36. The integrated pin member 7 formed by integrating the first and second pin members 5 and 6 is inserted into the through hole 36. According to this configuration, substantially the same operational effects as in the present embodiment can be obtained.

(Other embodiments)
In each said embodiment, although the insertion holes 34 and 35 and the pin members 5 and 6 are made into the adhesion state, they are good also as a non-adhesion state. However, in order to prevent the pin members 5 and 6 from coming off from the insertion holes 34 and 35 reliably, the former is preferable.

In each of the above embodiments, the weight 3 and the pin members 5 and 6 are integrally formed by vulcanization. However, the pin members 5 and 6 may be separately formed and fitted into the insertion holes 34 and 35.
